Always super easy to communicate with Ben regarding appointments, cost of services, and with anything that comes up while the vehicle is being serviced. I ve taken my X5d to him twice and am very happy with the work he has done. Highly recommend him and his shop!

Ben installed a new downpipe for my Cayman and a new exhaust system for my Macan. 10/10 immaculate work and incredible attention to detail.If anyone is considering this shop, I would never hesitate to recommend them. I'll be bringing my cars back to them for regular maintainence as well now.

This was my first time going to see Ben at his shop. I can tell you that Ben is a very hard worker and someone who stands by his word which I value very much. I went to get a few things done and everything for the most part went smoothly other than one part of the install. He wasn't able to fix it at his shop but told me he would take care of the cost for me to have Porsche fix it as what happened was unexpected. After taking it in to Porsche and getting it resolved he did take care of the invoice from them. I can't voice how much that meant to me and the fact that he is an honest person who stood by his word. That's something you don't find very often these days. Ben thank you again for everything The new led lights look much better at night also

It's very hard to find a excellent shop for european vehicles. I can across Strictly Euro and spoke with the owner Ben. We spoke about the issues with my 06 BMW 650I and gave me an estimate that was better than a shop in Spanaway. I made another appointment for more repairs. His team provides excellent quality service, please pass it on to a friends.

Diagnosed the exact issue and explained to me what needed to be done. Had some coolant problems. Fixed the problem with quality oe parts. Also had them replace my rear rotors and pads. Took pictures of work done and showed me my old parts and what went wrong. I felt the price was fair for the work done. And they cleaned up after themselves. Friendly! Very clean shop too! Support small business! 100% Satisfied!

I'm very pleased with the work that was done at the shop and of course thw price. I asked for some more estimates for some other things that needs to get done to my F36 and this is definitely a shop I'll keep bring my car to. Great work!

Those of you that read my reviews know that I seldom EVER give 5 stars, but this one is earned for multiple reasons (not just because the location is super convenient). I was in the area and stopped by the shop for a minor issue and although they were busy, Ben talked to me regarding my problem and even had one of his shop guys do a quick scan. He provided me with a summary of what my problem was and later have a very reasonable quote for repairs. I accepted the quote readily. The appt was made for the job and started on time. I inquired about another issue that might be something to consider. He confirmed my suspicion that the repair (or prevention of needing one later) should be considered and again provided a very good quote. The completed job was done on time and Ben provided a detailed breakdown of what was done and answered other questions. Yep, I believe they earned the rating and I have them on my contacts list for future reference. Excellent work. Most recently I had them check an issue with my daughter's vehicle and he quickly diagnosed and recommended a repair, which was spot-on as noted with the picture supplied.

Ben at Strictly Euro is just amazing. I just bought a used 335i m-sport and asked for recommendations on the work that needed to be done considering it had quite a few miles on it. Ben thoroughly looked over the entire car and gave his recommendations on the services it needed and things that could wait. His prices are also the best by far. I'll be going to Ben for all my car maintenance needs and highly recommend his shop.

I would like to boast about this super shop. Its clean and efficient. The service is great and the employees are focused on making customers return. I definetly will, the price beat everyone else and job was complete as promised.More than all I would like to boast about a young man named BEN, he helped me with a quote for my BMW 2013, returned all calls even when very busy. Was extremely polite to my family when we dropped of the car. This young man gave exceptional service. I will refer all my friends with European cars to them. Had to get my water pump and thermostat replaced on my 328. Fantastic service the whole way through. Answered all my questions with very quick responses, and had my car fixed in a day. Definitely recommend and will be coming back to.

I've been to multiple mechanics in the past with my BMW but none like strictly euro. Gave me the whole rundown on my issues with my car. He let me know what I might need down the road. He gave me a list of the parts and what he did to my vehicle. He gave a me a receipt as well something I never got in the past. I'd recommend this shop to anyone with a Euro car.

Strictly Euro is a specialty European automitive service center. I own a 335d, nothing super fancy but not an average car by any means. Strictly Euro has proven time and time again that they have the knowledge and ability to deliver superior service and work on my vehicle. Strictly Euro is a top notch shop for all performance euro car needs, and the ONLY mechanic I will let touch this tuned turbo diesel platform- if you own a performance Euro car- this is the place you can trust to deliver the goods. Ben is a very knowledgeable technician and knows BMW's and Mercedes cars very well. Not only did he diagnose the vehicle properly, but advised on repairing the specific issue instead of throwing parts at the car hoping it would fix it like most other shops. This resulted in big cost savings compared to other quotes I received, and now the car runs and drives better than ever. This business may have just opened recently but, Ben, operator and owner, has been working on cars at a professional level for a while. I use to take my older AMG to the shop he worked at for things that I couldn t do myself in my garage, and he worked on it as the main mechanic there.So when he decided to open his own shop, I knew exactly where I needed to take my newer to me AMG for a transmission service. Ben was professional and communicative throughout the whole process, and competitive on pricing compared to other Indy shops (a lot cheaper than the sealerships). He was even kind enough to show me things that he noticed would need attention soon while the car was on the ramp without charging extra for it. Unfortunately, his shop doesn t have a waiting area, but he was kind enough to let me hang out at his shop s loft and use his internet to do some work while I waited for him to finish the job.5 star customer services and workmanship for sure! Take it from me who would rather do their own work on their own vehicles to insure the job is done properly , this is the place you want to take your German car to for repairs and maintenances to.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance
