4/9/24 update -I'm changing my two star to a one star. If it were possible i would give them a 0 star. I went into the dealership last summer and talked to Joey directly, he said that he would talk to the owner who is the person that responded to my post and get back to me. He never got back to me. I went to Texas for half a year. When I got back to the area I went back into the dealership and it was basically a repeat conversation and results. It s now been over a week since I went in and haven t been reached to again. I guess their version of taking care of their customers is to ghost them. ..South bound has responded to my post and since I can't reply to their response, I am added my response to the bottom of this post.Nice crew but they clearly don t do a good inspection on used bikes that they buy. When I bought the bike a year ago I didn t know much about bikes but they told me there was no sign of the bike being dropped. It clearly has signs of it dropping and every time I work on the bike. I see more evidence of it being dropped and wonder how they could of missed it. When I first looked at the bike I noticed some of the scrapes on the mirror and other locations all on the same side and they just it was prob just normal wear and tear and maybe got nudged into a wall. After I bought the bike, I replaced the foot pegs and found the bottom was scrapped up bad enough that I had use a metal filer to be able to replace the peg. Later I replaced the hand grips and out the handle bar was also damaged. I went back to the location and brought up what I had found and all they did was denied and deflected and didn t own up to their mistakes.They clearly need to have a better inspection process that needs to include a deeper inspection when there are scrapes and/or 3rd party parts on the bike.4/9/23 - 16 hours after South Bound has given me a reply.You must be calling the wrong person because I haven't missed any calls. I understand that to remove the grip off of the clutch side it normally can't be put back on which is understandable on why at least that side isn't taken off. However on throttle side at least for Indian, it was a simple screw to take the grip off which could have been placed back on with no issue with the original grip. For the pegs, I'll add the additional pic but the clutch peg had no issues getting a replacement floor board. The brake fluid seepage is a logical cause for the reservoir. For the mirror though, it had to hit something hard enough like the ground to grind it down.

I came in to buy a dirt bike for my husband as a surprise for Christmas. Dirt Bike Carl was really friendly and helped me decide on the right bike for what my husband would be using it for. Joey and Denise were awesome when helping look at a new exhaust and even hooked me up with a new set of straps. Nick made the paperwork signing process easy and answered all my questions- not to mention, they all paused their lunch to help me! This isn t the first bike we ve purchased from South Bound and it won t be the last!

We purchased our Indian Bobber today at South Bound Motorsports. It was an outstanding experience! Incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I especially give kudos to the Sword Swallower! She rocked! We highly recommend! Absolutely outstanding.

Joey from South Bound handled a unique and almost stressful scenario for both the dealership and myself like a professional. I had communication with him for a few months and always had an immediate response. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even after hours. Great dealership experience. Maybe Joey needs a raise.

Took it in for a tire change and service my bike did not come out without issues or damage. First pic shows they forgot to tighten the chain tensioner on my back wheels when they did a tire replacement. My motorcycle also had my first service there and they scratched my brand new screen on my bike. This shop way overpriced for any services. Very disappointed, I bought this bike new at their partnered dealer and this is how they treat my bike?!

Recently bought a used Ducati here and had questions about the contract a few days after signing. They were more than helpful in my case and very understanding. Very diverse used inventory, anyone can find their ride here.

I purchased my first motorcycle here. It was the best experience I could have asked for. Manny was fantastic. I was pretty nervous about the whole process, but he was very knowledgeable and helped every step of the way. Everyone in the building was overall really kind, and thoroughly helpful.I live in Seattle and don t have much experience on the bike, so riding home was very intimidating. Manny help find a route for me that would be comfortable and safe to ride, and it went fantastic. He even rode with me for a bit on the way back to make sure everything went smoothly.Overall this dealership went above and beyond, and I would hands down recommend it to anyone especially novice riders.

Great Shop with friendly and very helpful staff. Purchased 2 bikes, His 2018 ( Red, White, Blue) Hers 2017 (Red, Black, White) Honda Africa Twin Motorcycles. My wife had just had surgery and Joey opened the door for us to come in and sign our papers. The new owner came and greeted us and actually sat down with and chatted which was awesome. They even delivered my wife's bike to the house. They will definitely get my business again.

I bought my first big bike through these guys and it was a great experience, I knew what I wanted and they helped me get it. Jason and Nick specifically were very helpful in making the process quick and smooth. Anytime I ve been back to the shop for whatever reason they ve always jumped on helping me out. Great customer service from those two as well as the rest of the shop.

Took my bike in just to get the tires psi checked out the staff was hella friendly and cool people all around. Padro and Bill were the ones who helped me out and also ended up fixing up all the dings I got on my bike for free. Definitely gonna buy my next bike from here really cool place with cool people. (Great selection of bike too)

Bought my Trident from here a few months back. Purchasing process was smooth with absolutely 0 complaints. Their service department is stellar with quick turnaround times and some super nice people. Definitely a place I'll be going back to for years to come.

Worked with Manny for more than a year waiting to be able to buy my bike. He was patient and attentive. The whole process was seamless even though I came in towards closing each time, once to drop off the trade-in and the other time to close the deal. Before closing the deal he had already programmed my name into the instrument cluster (SPELLED CORRECTLY too, because not even my family consistently does this), which was a nice touch. Manny navigated the digital cluster and everything I needed to know to get started with this new bike before I took off. Jake in Finance was great too, nice guy with an adorable dog and a passion for what he does. He was very quick with the process and didn t try and push unnecessary add-ons without thoroughly explaining the benefits, which I appreciated. The whole experience was relaxed and quick. Will definitely be returning for service and farkles.

Bought my wife her very own Triumph. The sales team exceeded our expectations. Nick was accommodating as he set up her test ride. Chris was personable, attentive, and patient throughout the process. Jake was relaxed and made the financing process a breeze. Kevin offered nachos and prep d our bike for departure. Great team work. We rolled away happy customers.

Top, Top, Top review of the Service team at South Bound Motorsports. I delivered a dangerous-to-ride motorcycle to them after a supposed repair from "another motorcycle dealer in Tacoma". That other repair fixed only the plastic fairing and ignored the bent fork, the bent steering overall and the dangerous handling.Thank goodness for South Bound Motorsports. They put my bike right! Previously the bike would hardly turn and when the front hit a bump it would severely jar to one side.Fork legs now Fixed and replaced.Handlebar replaced.Steering stem bearings overall re-set and lubricated.The bike with the cosmetic only fix from "that other repair shop" now is like factory new. I couldn't be happier.South Bound Motorsports of Lakewood is now my go-to shop.They also mounted new tires for me.I will bring my other bike to them for service, now that I have found a super repair team.

Denise was very knowledgeable and patient in assisting me in finding a helmet. She provided straightforward information on the quality and safety of various helmets. I have several piercings which I feared might cause problems in trying on and wearing a helmet, Denise walked me through the process and there were zero issues with the helmet and my piercings and/or jewelry. I purchased a helmet and am confident I made the correct choice. Thanks Denise! I will return for gear in the very near future.

Omg! Best buying experience ever! These guys are amazing. Super helpful and knowledgeable! Then I went to the parts section and bought all new gear. The wonderful woman who helped me is the bomb!!! I will always do business with them. I can't them recommend enough!!!!

We loved everything about the experience here! I had gone in a few years ago to look around and was less than pleased, but the newer owner and staff were awesome. Kevin, Nick and Maxwell treated us like royalty and with great respect. Left with a bike and a helmet, planning on going back for another for my girlfriend. I would absolutely recommend this place for amazing customer service and product knowledge. Definite 5 star review!!

I came in 5 times over a span of about a week and a half, and every time I walked through that door I got greeted with a huge smile and great service. I talked with almost every person who worked in this store, and I have to say that I m thoroughly impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone is. Especially Manny, Joey, and Nick. These three guys even kept the shop open late for me, so that I would be able to come in after I passed my classes and buy the bike I d been drooling over. I honestly wouldn t recommend taking your business anywhere else, for the sole fact that they re people trying to get you what you want. Not workers who are just trying to take your money.

Denise at the parts department is amazing! She happily looked up what I needed and made sure it was in stock so I d know about how long it d take before arriving. When I went to pick it up today she told me about a new product I hadn t heard of to provide some UV protection to my bike from the NW weather. Had to grab a can of RX to keep my bike looking brand new.

South Bound Honda has taken great care of me on all my motorcycle purchases. They are great to deal with, and make it a enjoyable, smooth experience.Tim was friendly and accommodating. Even though the ADV150 wasn't ready for sale, and the shop was backed up, he convinced them to squeeze it in and got the bike setup for me the same day! As a technician, I recognize how stressful it probably was to even have that discussion, I am extremely appreciative that they got it done.Nick, as always, is super helpful and patient. He made the financing process really easy, and worked with me to get the numbers I needed.Overall, I highly recommend South Bound Honda! They will bend over backwards to get your business. A solid group of people.

The overall crew was awesome very professional and straightforward no bs no hidden fees etc. Manny move mountains!!! He will make everything possible to give me superb customer service also knowledge to motorcycle. Treated me like a VIP giving me advice on mods helmets and where to get the best discounts. He replaced my battery with brand new one (free of charge) and drove all the way to me installed the battery making sure it working perfectly just fine. Now thats out of the world customer service and a really cool guy.

Will in parts was awesome. Went above and beyond to research and source parts and communicate with me for my new 750 Shadow I bought there. Nick, Joey, Jason and Derren in service were all awesome. It s hard to find that caliber of customer care and professionalism these days. I won t deal with anyone else! Best experience all around. I would highly recommend South Bound Motorsports Lakewood as first choice!!

When it was go time to purchase a Goldwing I reached out to South Bound Honda to get a quote. The sales manager Joey reached out to me immediately and took care of me from start to way past the actual purchase. We did negotiations and accessory orders over the phone, text, and email. He called every couple of days with updates on the accessory orders and delays. If I reached out to him, I got an immediate response! When I picked up the bike, we were late due to traffic. He still made sure I knew everything I needed to know way after closing. He also mentioned that he noticed a scuff in the seat and had already ordered a replacement. He even checked on how I liked the bike after my first ride later that evening! I have reached out a few times after the purchase and Joey was still quick to respond! We also went back to get a helmet for my wife and the parts department was quick, helpful, and very friendly!! They have a huge selection of used bikes too. I would highly recommend South Bound Honda for your motorcycle, parts, and service needs!
