5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!!I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that clich� "you're a woman in an auto shop, so I'll talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you it's a big deal.)I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so we're gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do.

Nice, friendly people, but I m not sure repairing modern vehicles is their strong point.I had my Saturn Vue there four times in the space of two months.Had numerous parts replaced, but they were still not able to fix it. They were not able to find the cause of and fix a P-0300 (random cylinder misfire) code.It is one thing to be able to read a diagnostic scan; it s another thing to be able to fix what s causing the problem.

Had a car emergency and they were able to squeeze me in on a thursday and were able to get my car up and running by saturday. I couldn't take the hit financially to go through with the repairs that month, but the whole experience (despite not getting the car fixed there) left a very, very good impression on me and I will be taking my vehicle to them when I need it fixed again.Service: Auto maintenance

Nice enough guys and probably fine for your average brake job/oil change on newer cars but do NOT trust them with classics. 20k and a year later and finally had to tow my project outta there. An extremely basic 350 swap and power steering conversion on a 53 Chevy coupe turned into an absolute nightmare with no end in sight. Really amateur level stuff. Horrible welds, rack and pinion jammed into place, hand bent brake lines, the list goes on and on. Recommended to me for a build and I wish I'd pulled the plug 3 months in. They should not be touching hot rods or antiques.

Took my Suburban in to get detail because child #5 was on the way any day (having any kids you know my car was trashed). Everything was completed within a very timely and expedited manner. They went above and beyond my expectations. Anyone can detail a car but not everyone can treat and detail your car like it was there own. If you take your car anywhere else you will be doing yourself an injustice. Thanks again Mark and the team!!
