Having had enough of dealership service, I went to Rolf s for an oil change, routine check-up, and advice on a brake issue for my 2013 BMW 535xi. Enjoyed friendly interactions with staff and a comfortable waiting room with adequate wifi, and received excellent service and advice. Felt like I was being listened to and not taken advantage of. I ll gladly go back next week for service needs that were discovered.

I was referred to Rolf's by a friend. Went over to discuss service and a transmission issue. The service was an oil change and service light reset. The issue with my transmission included sluggish gear changes when cold and rough shifts from gears 3-4-5. I talked with Ephraim (great guy/superior customer service) and we discussed a transmission fluid/filter change. After the service, my car is running great and my transmission shifts smooth and direct. That transmission service isn't cheap but it's definitely a must if you want to keep your Audi running well for years. FYI, my Audi is 20 years old and that's the first transmission service ever. I lived in Germany for many years and will say Rolf's is as close as you will come to a German Luxury Car Dealership experience in America. Two thumbs up Rolf's. I did not get a chance to talk to the technicians/mechanics but they are the folks behind the scenes making all the magic happen. A big "thank you" to those guys. My only issue is I wish I had known about Rolf's earlier. I highly recommend Rolf's if you own a German vehicle. Their customer serice and work, first class. I'll definitely return and recommend their business to anyone I know with a German vehicle.

I was so impressed with Rolf's for their integrity, thoroughness, patience and communication throughout the process. I had a problem with my diesel filter and a check engine light, and they diagnosed my problem(s), explained the issues and my options, then even helped me get it fixed by the dealer under warranty. They were so incredibly helpful and I'm grateful for their help, even though they didn't make a cent on me. These guys are honest and knowledgeable - give them a chance!!

I'm a mechanic by trade, and this is the best shop I've ever been to, hands down...all the benefits and resources of a chain with the feel of an indie shop. The front office knows cars and is very personable and friendly. I was provided with a very detailed report via email and text, and they were more than happy to answer all of my questions. They warranty their work, even in cases when I wouldn't have expected any shop to. And now they have locations that deal with non Euro cars. Great people providing great service at a great price... There's really not much more you can ask for.

I bought an X5M from a dealership and had Rolf do a PPI. Considering I live out of state this is the best way to insure the quality of the vehicle that I am purchasing. Even though Rolf's customer service was great, the inspection was not. I was told the car was in great condition but could use standard services. When I received the vehicle it needed over $18,000.00 in work. Here's what makes it worse, Rolf knew that I own a nationally recognized euro auto repair shop. If they would screw me over, I can assure you they would do the same to you.

The work is done as it should be, and Rolf's does it right. With that said, it was crazy expensive, and communication was lacking from my previous experiences. My car was there for over two weeks and nearly double the cost when finished. The only communication was via an email service estimate with no explanation to the higher costs. In the past, I'd get a call as well as the email detailing what was up.I will cut them a little slack as they are opening another location and scrambling for manpower to cover all their bases, however this was the first time I felt I was left in the dark as to what was happening with my vehicle. I've been going to Rolf's for years and this is my second vehicle they've taken care of. I will go back for my needed service in the future, but will be more mindful of how the communication, etc. goes.

Just got my f30 bmw 335i back from Rolfs, they did a small cooling system overflow repair. They also installed my new high end Corsa performance exaust system from the catalytic converter back. Once again their work has far exceeded my expectations. Cassandra in the front office as usual was above and beyond a true pleasure to deal with, up front and communicated all the details and costs so I knew exactly the costs and timeline without having to ask. Brandon was the technician who did the installation of the exaust, he is a true mechanical artist and the results spoke for itself. Attention to detail was very obvious. If you want a repair shop to do it right the first time, definitely use Rolfs in pierce County, Washington state.Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance

I just bought a 20 year old mini cooper, took to Rolf's for noises. They fixed the issue. Had it back a few days and it wouldn't start. Nicole arranged tow truck and they found the issue and fixed. Don't put bling around your ignition. Had it back another few days and another strange noise. They texted me to check how things were going. I explained the new noise, took back to shop and they checked, changed out parts stating it was under warranty since they were just in that area last time and no charge. I appreciated the honesty and the help. They will have my business as long as I own my car.

I ve been taking my Range Rover to Rolf s for a little over a year now, and I have nothing but positive experiences! Owning my vehicle was new to me and Rolf s has always been very informative. They work tooth and nail for you and your vehicle to make sure they give great service! Going above and beyond for their customers is an under statement. I feel like family every time I walk in the door and being greeted by name is just awesome! I will definitely be a life customer with all my foreign vehicles! Highly recommend this place to ANYONE who wants amazing customer service with fair prices in a family environment!

Great customer service. Had them do a whole look over my wife s Audi, great with explaining upcoming services, prioritizing the service needs and going over cost. They are understanding and really care and making sure your concerns are addressed. Will definitely be a returning customer, even if we have to drive from olympia for the service. This is an awesome facility to take care of my BMWZ3.They are concerned, caring and very informative about all my cars needs concerns and helpful to get it up and running like it should.They video the problems and I completely trust them to takeThe utmost care of my car which I absolutely love.I truly appreciate knowing my car is finally being taken care of.They also gave me a loaner which was greatly appreciated as I reside in Gig Harbor..You won t be disappointed by trusting your car to them.

My need for their service was due to a horrendous incident that I survived & did not harm myself, nor anyone else s life or property. They were confident that they would determine the cause, determine if it could be fixed & the cost. It took me 5 days & nights to calm my nerves. Nicole was fantastic to work with. She kept me informed, and explained why my car had a failure & how it would be fixed. Another repair needed was identified & that was repaired as well. I was not sure I would keep the car, but their confidence in their ability to identify, diagnose & repair/replace the cause, helped me to decide to keep the Mercedes SUV. I can tell the difference in the transmission & gear changes, so I know it was fixed. I now felt that I was safe to keep & continue to drive the vehicle. I was tired of the revolving door of service advisors at MB and the constant battle to get things done timely, not to mention the price. Every time a new person to deal with that seemed to not have a clue of what my vehicle needed or what my vehicle already had done. Seems simple but apparently not. Rolf's is priced better, way better customer service and simply easy to deal with. Ephraim has been awesome to work with and shows patience with my wife's questions which I sincerely appreciate.

Hands down one of the best shops around for European cars. Nicole and Cassandra were awesome working with my warranty and dealership to get some service paid for. The technicians show you pictures of what they have found, not just tell you. Very knowledgeable. And they even have a loaner car so I could get the work done. Will be back to get the rest of my service done. Highly recommend!

Kassandra And Ephraim were very personal and professional. People always say your car should be In better condition after taking it to the shop if not your at the wrong shop. Friendly, personal and most of all professional! I trusted Rolf's with my 2013 BMW 550i M, they did not disappoint. They treated my car as if it was owned by themselves. Nicole, Ephraim, and Cassandra were all amazing. I was so worried about my car, and they took excellent care of me and got me back on the road! Love these guy's and will recommend them to anyone and everyone! Their experience, knowledge and ability to work as a team make them stand out from the rest! Also shout out to Fred my mechanic, Ty!
