Very happy with my experience with outside machine and Brad the owner. They do great work and stand behind what they tell you. I brought a 12 valve cummins in to Brad for a complete overhaul and I was quoted a great price. The owner is very knowledgeable about his work. The motor was done exactly to the standard he spoke about and the price was exactly what he quoted. Fast forward a couple months, my truck runs very well and I'm one happy customer!

I've had Brad provide me with machine work,both in the field and in the shop. He does the work nobody will or can . Not sure which. I can say his work is nothing short of exceptional. His invoices are less than they should be in our current economic situation. I'll probably retire when he does.

Had a run in with one of the guys who I am assuming is the one who runs things at the shop. When I started to explain that the owners of my company have trust issues with work that gets done for us and that i needed the guy to show me exactly what was wrong with my heads once he checked them he copped an attitude and didn't want to do the work. Explained to me that he has been in the business for x amount of years and if we have trust issues he doesn't want our work. While I might be wrong, that says a lot to me about how they do business. Maybe the correct thing should be something along the lines of: we will check them and show you exactly what is wrong and left it at that.

Called them to get a quote for pushing 4 sleeves in a diesel block. Owner was rude and obviously doesent want my business. Obviously they have too much money and does not need or want mine. Very bad temper. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED. THEY ARE CLUELESS.

Came in to get my block magnafluxed. Brad came out with some parts cleaner, sprayed some spots and told me my block was bad. Luckily, he had another engine to sell me for $5000. Took it to another shop to get an actual magnaflux done, block is fine and being rebuilt now. The only thing worse than Brad's services is his mouth. Guy can't get three words out without spewing f bombs and other garbage. Go here if you like someone to belittle you before ripping you off.

diesel and performance done right the first time, not the cheapest as quality doesn't come cheap ,there are grown men working here so if your a snowflake better send a grown up in as there may be language spoken here that will hurt sensitive ears. one of the last machine shops left....
