Terry is awesome and they really try to work with you. We went in low income and really struggling and Terry was so helpful and helping us to try to figure out how to afford to get our vehicle fix. This is for sure the only place I am taking my car from now on. Really great people.

Any of my vehicles I have brought in - I always got good service- Terry keeps it clear with communication about the vehicles & he always gets me in to get the work done - with no problem. I recommend this shop to anyone because I been around with several vehicles and this shop I never had to return or have a complaint. Thank you.

Blew a top radiator hose on the way home from work right in front of Meineke. They instantly started working on my truck. Terry and the crew had me on the road home in less than 2 hours. Great lightning fast friendly honest work. You gained a customer. Thx again!

After entering the store I was ignored by the man working at the front desk. It seemed as though my car troubles were less important than his show he was watching on TV while I was speaking to him. As I described my problem with urgency I was treated as though I was a nuisance. He then stated he was closed and did not handle electrical vehicles. Note to owner , please find a kind, professional person to operate your front desk. Due to the bad energy and horrid customer service it's safe to say I will take my vehicle elsewhere. He seriously needs adequate training or needs to retire in general he seems as though he does not want to assist people and that is unfortunate I've never been a customer, but as an inquiring customer this is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

I've attempted to take my car to this shop a few occasions period however the gentleman that answers the phone is extremely rude. Very snippy when I've told him what I needed done he argues with me and I know that this is a way for shops too update your pocket book by adding more to the services and I'm not falling for that I may have actually take in my card to this facility had he been not been so rude I've been in customer service for a long time and I've never spoken to customers the way that he does.

Got me out in half the told time they told me it would take, a me a little off the bill for the cash I had and we're super friendly and informative definitely will be back for the next issue in the future. Thanks guys.

Terry is AMAZING. He gave us so much peace of mind & really helped us. He fixed my car in one day in only a couple of hours, if that- it was so fast & efficient. We brought it in about 3ish & picked it up around 5:10pm. You can tell he has a good work ethic; the second my car was towed there, they were immediately started working on it! You can also tell he treats his employees well. Thank you again Terry for saving my car!

Got my car serviced here day-of and had it back in under 3 hours, with new brake pads and rotors. Terry was friendly and helpful, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He answered all of my questions and got straight to the point. Prices were very fair. I'd definitely go here again!

Terry got my daughter's car in on short notice and serviced her air conditioner in less than an hour. She called me and said he had time for my car too so I ran mine in. At first they thought mine might be a compressor issue but upon further evaluation discovered it was a bad fuse. Both cars done quickly and both air conditioners blowing cold air now. These guys are not all warm and fuzzy but were professional and helpful and got the jobs done. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car in especially when my mobile mechanic isn't available or it's a job he can't do.Service: Air conditioning

I went in for a brake service, however Terry/crew checked my truck over (and took a test ride) with me and determined my brakes were good. They recommended an alignment and referred me to a different shop. Excellent customer service from a Veteran owned business.

My husband's lucky he made it home in his car after they did a shoddy job of replacing the spark plugs. $200 for nothing since apparently they don't know how to gap or install spark plugs all the way. That was just the price for labor; we provided the spark plugs. The jeep had one bad plug, and now my husband will have to go in and redo them all since we could still see the threads and the plugs weren't gapped. Don't go here unless you want your car to run worse than when you brought it in.

Scheduled appointment online-great website, BUT when I called for a question about check in, Terry told me they don't make appointments. Tried to tell him corporate web site was making appointments for him. He augured with me and said he had nothing to do with corporate and only thing he said was that I could leave my car there and he would get to it when he could. He acted like I was crazy to think I was getting in sooner. Not crazy, just had an appointment that you won't honor. Does not leave a good impression for the Meineke brand.Service: Oil change

Terry and his crew are fantastic and changed my brakes and rotors on the front end of my Kia in about 3 hours and were friendly and definitely know what they're doing! I would not recommend this company. These Brokechanics don't know what the he'll their doing when it comes to fixing a car. To top it off my husband new car got damaged/scratches from their stand up tools.

A guy name Terry answer the phone I ask about rims he then cut me off while I was talking and said he didn t do rims. After I said oh , I was going to come to him with my 2nd problem before I could do so the phone hung up. I assume the call got dropped because I m in a Stryker in the field. I called again told them I was the guy from before and he said oh yeah I think the call dropped we don t do tires and hung up

This shop is trustworthy, fast, and very caring. Terry listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. My car broke down on a Thursday night and he let me bring it in on Friday morning and it was done later that same day! Terry gave me a wonderful price and his quote was very accurate. I called to make an appointment for the very near future to have new brakes installed. To my amazement, I got in that same day. I had a great time talking with Terry in the office while the technician repaired my brakes, and I was out of there promptly after the repairs and test drive. I m pretty sure I ve found the place we ve been looking for, and plan to bring all of our vehicles here in the future. Thank you for the exceptional work you did on my 2006 Dodge Ram.Service: Brakes

The old guy behind the counter is the rudest man I ve ever had an encounter with. When we walked in he didn t even bother to say hello nor acknowledge us. While he finished his phone call he rudely asked what we need done and said an oil change and he said we don t do that here barely spared a glance and then proceeded to turn around and act like we weren t there. I had been to others and they never had a problem they always do an oil change no problem. I don t recommend this place to anyone for anything. After we left I read the reviews (should have done this first) this man is obviously a racist and lazy.

His team did outstanding work, were in constant communication with me during the process, and completed the services by the estimated time. Called to find out how much a oil change cost. The man who answered was rude and would not help me at all. If this is the kind of service they give I would never ever go to this shop...zero stars!!!

Terry and his team are awesome! We ve taken both of our trucks (a 2008 Ford F-150 and a 1983 Ford F-250) to him. The 2008 was just driven cross country and needed an oil change and some engine work done and they took really good care of us, getting good prices and providing quality work. The 1983 we just bought and didn t really know what work it needed to be done but Terry figured it out and again, got us great prices and it s running beautifully now! Honestly can t recommend them enough! We ll definitely be going back for our regular oil changes & any other car trouble we have.

I took my 25 year old pickup to Meineke on South Tacoma Way for coolant change, hose replacements, and general inspection. They discovered several other items which needed attention and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The price was actually less than estimated for the work they did, as the work was done in less time than estimated. Very happy with the attention to detail, their knowledge, and friendly service.
