Lu and Sandy were awesome, friendly and efficient! Great client relations with the front counter! Techs were also amazing always going above and beyond! Kyle and Corey were the techs that helped fixed my flat tire repair! Keep up the good work and amazing customer service skills!

Why make an appointment for 4:00 p.m. when they are not going to start on it until after 5:00 p.m.? Three trailer tires on my camper that do not need balancing taking over 2 hours from the original appointment time? Ugh. "Sorry" is appreciated but just tell me the truth when I get here and can drop off the vehicle and go do other things.3:55pm - I bring in my truck and trailer for my 4pm appointment.5:00pm - the tech asks me if I really want to have the suspension shackles greased, it would be $50 extra (which I originally requested). I said no, also wanting the process to be expedited. I asked for an ETA, he said 20 minutes.5:30 - I went to look at the situation, the three tires were being mounted and balanced. I asked the front desk clerk if they were backlogged today, she said not too bad. She apologized for the delay.5:55 - the tech came back. I paid the $473 for 3 basic load range E trailer tires and mounting, they did not charge extra for balancing. I settled up and asked to speak with a manager. The assistant manager came up - he was the same one who checked me in! He said I was at the top of the list and they didn't have a good reason it took an hour to start the task. He asked what they could do to make it right - I need to think about it.

Specifically this Les Schwab has earned my business til the end of time. I ve had plenty of tire places work on my vehicles and honestly this has been the most efficient and satisfying experience with any company. This team here works hard and helps the community out in every way possible.Donovan helped me out a ton and took a great deal of headaches from me while, I was working with the insurance Company. He was completely transparent and helpful throughout the entire process of my vehicle being worked on.Not only have I had my Subaru STI worked on, I ve now had my Fianc�e Infinity Q60 worked on here. Any issues are addressed upfront and options are provided and discussed with you. Please do yourself a favor and bring all your tire needs to this team and let them earn your business time and time again.

They are professional and they really get the job finished quickly. I bought tires from them and whenever I get a slow leak or a flat they will fix it, while under warranty. Always buy your ties from Les Schwab it's worth your money.

I went to fix the tire on my car, it was liking air, but who works on my car did so many scratches on my rim, I called for try explain, but the girl said they do not take off the tires!! and I checked up the tire pressure and they were so high.I have many years coming at this store but this time was really bad service. I am very disappointed.

After buying my truck about a year ago. I brought it to this les scwhab to have new tires and a leveling kit put on. They had to do some trimming of the wheel well to fit the larger tires. Sometime during the process it looks like the grinder or whatever they used to trim the wheel well cover grabbed the felt and was pulled into the body of truck. It scrapped up the fiberglass on the wheel well and cut the cover almost in half. When I took it back to show them the first employee I dealt with immediately apologized and started the process of making things right. About a week later a manager called and essentially denied that it was them and insinuated it was something I did myself and told me I could watch the video if I would like. The overhead picture of the cameras does not enable you to see into the wheel well while they work on your vehicle. I looked this truck over from top to bottom when I bought it and took it to schwab the next day for the tires, it was not prexisting the truck was in fantastic condition and that is not something I would have missed. I was very understanding and said I don't mind the body damage under the wheel well cover, but I would appreciate it if the cover itself was replaced. Needless to say that never happened. I have always had a good experience with this location until this last visit. I have taken my fleet of 15 work trucks exclusively to schwab over the last ten years due to what was usually very good customer service. EVen though the price tends to be a bit higher than competitors. I have found a local shop to take my personal and fleet vehicles to going forward. The customer service at Schwab used to be very respectable, over the years I have given them tens of thousands in my business. It's a shame no one would admit a mistake was made and make things right. Had that been the case I would still be a loyal customer.

Employees are greeting me as I get out of my car... Also Running all over... I spent 15 years working for Car dealerships and had that same hustle. I will be getting new tires this winter and will be definitely getting them here. Friendly. Clean. 5 Stars.

This place is amazing! I am a contractor and went to hook up to one of our trailers. I glanced at the tires and quickly noticed a 3 cut in the tread of a tire, I could see the steel bands. I called the Lakewood branch and asked if they could get it taken care of this morning so I can get the trailer to a site. They said no problem and that they would get it worked in and back to me as quick as they can. Because they have taken care of us, we in turn can take care of our customers! Thank you!This isn t the first time les Schwab has been there. We had a tire blow out on 599 with the excavator loaded on it. We were stuck, within 45 minutes they had a mobile unit to us and had us back up in running 20 minutes later!#lesschwab for life!

Want to start off with the good, the tech (Cory) was awesome and helpfull answering my questions about my breaks and tire that was being repaired for a flat.( ahead is the reason they got 3 instead of 2 or lower.Now the bad. I dropped my vehicle off at about 1130am they told me the wait time was about 3hr. So I left it there and walked home because I live close. I call in around 3pm the told me it was next. I had an appointment to go to so I went. I showed up at about 530pm they tell me it's next in line. I asked how's that because 2.5 hrs ago it was next. They didn't have an answer and the lady said I don't know and walked away.they had my number, yet Noone could communicate to me that it was going to be longer and seems like the people at the counter are clueless on what's happiness with peoplrs vehicles. That left me speechless. She could have at least went to ask why it was not brought in earlier and given me an answer instead of leaving me hanging with no answer. So a 3hr wait turned I to a 7hr wait.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Simple flat tire I was told would take 45 min to an hour took 4.5 hours. How can a time estimate be that far off? Just unreal. I would have made other arrangements had I been given a legitimate estimate. I've been using Les Schwab for years, however i will very seriously consider going elsewhere when needing new tires. F- letter grade.

Whew! when you come in here be prepared to spend an arm , a leg and possibly your first born!! The staff were nice, the place was clean. 6-8-2022Ok, ok so I may have been a bit harsh, it's just so hard hearing these high prices nowadays. My apologies to you Les Schwab. I tend to call things as I see or hear things. The price you quoted my roommate was a bit of a sticker shock. It didn't make me happy. It still doesn't.

Had an appointment on Saturday morning 5/20/23. John and Steve got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. These two gave absolutely the best customer service I have ever received at this particular location. Thank you both for making me feel valued and respecting my time. I will definitely be back because of these two gentlemen

My car was vandalized by a crazy person that's stabbed two of my tires. One of which was a brand-new reputation tire. That was put on my car not two weeks ago. So it was a brand new tire. Instead of giving me my reputation tire that I paid for. They put a lesser Brand tire on passenger front and passenger back. I had to pay $437 for two lesser quality tires.

My partner and woke up to find the tire on our critical care ambulance was mostly flat. We were in a bind because we were being dispatched to go retrieve a patient who was having a heart attack at a remote hospital needing to go to a cardiac hospital.I called Jon and explained the situation. He said to come down pull around back and Sam would be waiting for us. Sam was amazing. He had the tire fixed in less than 20 minutes and we re back on the road now going to retrieve the patient.Les, if you read this, these guys are life savers. Give them a raise. Thank you

Guy told me didn't need to check psi for my tires. I asked what he put them at he responded 35 psiI told him it says 33. He also told me couldn't help Navigate turning the light off. I probably have a sensor issue.

The facility is clean, management is transparent about services and the employees are very respectful. Derek is an outstanding manager who truly puts his customers first. I will recommend this location to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

Having an appointment is the way to go. They allowed plenty of time for my repair. The job was completed in a much timely manner. At checkout, It was verified everything that was done to my car. My questions were answered as well. A very professional and reasonable experience.

Usually Les Schwab is pretty good for service but this particular location is not.I called ahead of time to see if they were busy And I was told no bring my car in.After I got there I was told it would be about an hor so I left my car there and walked around for about an hour and a 1/2 when I came back no one had touched my car at all.

This store is GRAND! A tire on the only vehicle I can use right now developed a slow leak in one tire. My husband just had surgery and I had to have this vehicle available. I am not comfortable leaving my husband alone for more than a couple of hours. The earliest appointment I could get was five days out so I left home early Saturday morning to be at the store when it opened in hopes of getting in and out within two hours as a walk-in (optimistic for a Saturday). They opened the doors at 7:50 and I was the second customer in line behind a customer with an appointment. Thirty minutes later, my tire was repaired and I was back on my way home. HUZZAH!They could have easily sold me two new tires. I suggested that as an alternative. Instead, they fixed my tire, inspected all my tires and sent me on my way. WOW, super customer service, who d have thought? As long as I live in this area, I will never buy tires anywhere else. I recommend them to anyone.

I came here from a leak in my tire and they tried to convince me I needed 4 brand new tires and there was no way I could patch the original tire. Also, no way I could replace just the leaking tire (even though it s a new car). They quoted me over a thousand dollars. I asked them to put the spare on and took it to discount tire where they measured the leak and patched it for no charge. My car is running like a charm now. They also said that since my car is new worse case scenario is I order just one tire to replace the leaking one. I m sure they re very competent here, but I definitely would do some research before making a final decision.*follow up on their comment. It could be safely repaired. That s the point

Put a brand new front end on a pickup, they claimed they won't align it cause the upper ball joints don't have cotter pins (nylon nuts)And the ball joints where not greased?...It was clear and obvious that these people have not a clue when it comes to auto repair and their job ... And that they are a simply retarded corporate that probably have no business touching a car in the first place.... Firestone will take care of this one.. lmfao

Employees are rude, not helpful, and too busy playing around to do their job. Do not recommend coming here. Came in to get the simplest thing done, air put into my tires. I was told there was one person in front of me and they took 30 minutes to put air in that person's tire. Then they let people cut in front of me for air, and didn't care that I had a screaming kid in my car who just wanted to go home. Do NOT come to this Les Schwab at all.

Everyone was super friendly here. They were so nice and efficient with getting our car fixed. It was a much better experience than the previous shop our car was towed to. When that shop refused to help us Les Schwab saved the day. Will return here for any future needs. Sandy and Ashley both provided the best customer service as well.
