BMW 2019 M5 CompetitionEuropean Motors is definitely highly recommended especially with the previous services I ve already attended at this location. As a recent new customer, I was speechless of how well they re willing to come through and go beyond for their customers. Very difficult to find people I rarely stand by. I take a lot of pride in my vehicles. So it s nice to know there s still good people out there who are willing to do the same for others.With wise choices of keeping updated after completing your current service and also spotting any other issues. They take the initiative to keep in contact for any other future follow ups. And that s from vintage, luxury or your regular daily. No doubt, make that call for an appointment. By far, I have never regretted my trust and comfort from this company.Excellent work and thanks again,

European motors saved the day and ensured my Range Rover was A+ when it was returned back to me. Not only did they correct the issue I visited them about but they also diagnosed and fixed other very needed repairs that would have cost way more without their service!! I recommend them 1000 times over and will be bringing my vehicle there in the future!

I ve been to European Motors twice now. Both times I ve been extremely impressed by their quality of service. On top of that, their shop is extremely clean. They were easy to work with, provided pictures of the issues, and gave me a call when the work was complete. I have been using European Motors the last few years to service my BMW. They do a great job. They are honest and suggest things without being pushy. I feel confident that their work is being done correctly. I appreciate the 1 yr/12k mile warranty on all their service/repairs and am thankful I haven t had to use it.

They were friendly efficient even gave me a ride home and this is the second time I ve taken my Audi there and I ve taken my Porsche there two times as well. Highly recommend them.

I was told by a friend that had his vehicle serviced at European Motors . I would regularly schedule my vehicle to be serviced at the dealership and for years regretted the up charge for nothing. I was impressed with the service at European Motors and the professionalism and knowledge about my vehicle and not trying to sell me stuff I didn t need for my vehicle!Service: Electrical repair

The entire team was on top of their game. Their knowledge of the vehicle (despite its age) was phenomenal. They provided immediate detailed feedback regarding what was wrong and the solutions to address the problems. There is a reason for the overall 4.8 stars reviews. I give them a 5 stars for their excellent job, employees are very communicative and honest. I highly suggested it for Anyone.Prices are incredibly great for the quality of job they do, I m very happy with their service.Btw an update for those military personnel, they offer military discount.Update: April 1st 2024I received a call from European Motors, regarding a current concern that I was encountering with my Tiguan, and because I though I was out of warranty and didn t call them first to clarify the inconvenient, and thinking that they will not care since I m another state. European Motors did reach out to express interest in helping me solve my problem with my Tiguan, regardless they are located in another state, way far from where I m at. I am aware that taking time to take care of a customers that might not be able to visit them, is worth mentioning and I recognize the quality and professionalism this action represent. I was super happy with the outcome when I took my Tiguan the first time to them and they will again take it to them if I were to be in Washington again. They are very professional and did a good job. They changed oil and inspect my GL550. They fix the front break of my car by replacing some old parts with new parts. I went on 11 days road trip to Vancouver, Kamloops, Jasper, Banff, Spoken and to home(University Place). This is my second time using European Motors for my Range Rover and both times I have had very good experiences. The first one was just a simple door handle replacement, but they ordered parts and repaired it faster than expected. This recent time was because my transmission was running rough and I also needed some new spark plugs and a simple AC recharge. They were very thorough when diagnosing the issues after I dropped it off and not only sent me a detailed invoice but also explained it all over the phone to me as well. They once again finished the work in a very timely manner and it actually ended up costing less than expected.Not to mention the employees I've had the pleasure of interacting with have been nothing but great.I will definitely continue to use European Motors for any future repairs I may need.Services: Transmission, Air conditioning

European motors is the best!! They are genuine, honest and knowledgeable.My Volkswagen had a reoccurring check engine light for over a year - previous mechanics had charged me for dishonest work, which was later discovered by European motors. They fixed it all up for me, and dedicated a lot of time to figure out the issues. Absolutely choose them!Thank you European motors!

Tried this place because they have raving reviews but I will never be back. None of the emails I received prior to my service stated that my car would be kept for 5 hours for a simple oil change and brake line flush. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was told it would take 3-5 hours for the service as they had not even ordered the parts yet. I understand having other cars to work on or not wanting to waste money or parts on people who cancel last minute or don t show up for their service, however I had no ride arranged and had to Uber home because none of this was told to me in any of the emails prior to my appointment. The only consolation I have is that I was only charged for an hour and a half of labor. In total the services cost $380, this seems steep to me, my dad, and my diesel technician boyfriend. Will never be returning and will be telling my friends and family of my experience.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Had a Range Rover issue causing my engine to overheat and my dealership told me I had to wait 2 months to get it seen. European motors was able to see me within 2 days of calling and had it fixed 2 days after bringing it in. Everyone there is polite and willing to help you fix whatever is wrong. Definitely will go to European Motors instead of my dealership if I have any other issues.

Went here last year and never posted about it but horrible experience and I got scammed. Took my Mercedes here with check engine light on which I asked to get scanned to see whats going on. So basically 1 week later and $2700. I'm having same problem. I goggle what my car is doing and replace fuel pump and crankshaft sensor with another mechanic of course and problem solved. Not only did new mechanic tell me check engine code is showing crankshaft sensor but he couldn't believe how they scammed me. Would not recommend this place unless your rich and got money to just throw away.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I believe this organization is a rip off. I m pretty mechanical inclined in the automotive industry. They hook up a scan tool, the same as auto zone and charged me $171. Also they wonted to charge $400 for a coolant hose ect. Same your self the time and money and just do the work yourself if possible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very professional....friendly...and honorable. The owner honored quote given to complete a pretty labor intensive job...even though it required about 4 extra hours...they didn't charge me...saved me hundreds....they have gained a new customer....also car was finished EXACTLY when they told me it would be....thanks Joe!!

Although appointments were booked up, they allowed our vehicle to be dropped off to do diagnostics in between jobs. The diagnosis was thorough and pointed out multiple items that needed attention. Their hourly labor rate is a little lower than BMW dealerships and they do offer military discount, which helps manage the repair expenses and slightly elevated parts prices.

I had a man named Dylan go to absolute war with my warranty company who were doing everything they could to get out of repairing my vehicle. He managed to get the car repaired and mostly covered by the warranty company where 3 other repair shops had failed. After getting the ok to fix the vehicle from the warranty company the repair was done extremely fast and the quality of the repair was fantastic. European motors 10/10, my man Dylan 100/10, he needs like 3 raises I swear.

Avoid this place at all costs! They are extremely dishonest, and will tell you that your car needs expensive repairs that it does not need.I took my VW Tiguan here because there was a scraping noise when I went over bumps. They told me that it needed a new Transmission and a bunch of other stuff which totalled over $10,000 (more than the cost of the car!!).I was skeptical and took it to another shop. They told me that it absolutely did not need all of that work done and they fixed my issue for less than $200.I have now heard another similar story about this place where they told somebody that they need a new engine when they did not. Please save yourself the stress and money and take your car anywhere else.Service: Vehicle Inspection
