I m a small business owner and this was the first time I needed help with my mini excavator that only has bout 600 hrs on it. It turns out it needed an ignition switch which controls a fuel solenoid, plus some other little things. They diagnosed it within 2 hours and I appreciate the way the tech wrote it up, it was methodical and I could see his thinking and his cross check of the problem, so it went good. Kasey was the office person that set me up, etc and I appreciated the good communication.I went in there seriously looking for not just a fix but I needed a relationship worth having as I grow and acquire more machines. Turned out good.

I brought my truck in, it wasn't running right and it was spewing a lot of smoke I was devastated. I called and they were able to get me in same day and I was off driving into the sunset happy is can be. Highly recommended, great customer service!

Two of my box trucks were having issues at the same time and we were hemorrhaging money using a rental. All the shop in the area have such long lead times, dealerships are a whole month out before they can take new customers.Equipment Experts are so efficient that they were able to pick up my trucks from my yard, bring them to their shop, got them diagnosed AND repaired within a week.I am extatically happy and they ended up saving me over $2300 because I was able to send the rental trucks back and use my own.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Equipment experts are amazing! If you need anything from them, Bonnie is amazing walked me through the whole process! Shout out to Bonnie!! We needed repairs for our equipment in a time sensitive manner and equipment experts were there to help! Fast local service with no hassle and they diagnosed and repaired our equipment very well!

Do not take your equipment here. They are not educated in diagnostics! Tried to charge me $4700 for a non running forklift, then lowered the bill to about $3500 for a non running forklift, settled on $2000 to get my NON RUNNING forklift back from these crooks.Then, decided to fix it myself. Got a manual, did 15 minutes worth of ohm checking a couple sensors..... $36 crank sensor fixed it.Total scammers, wanting you to pay for guesswork!!They are not technicians, they are guessers & parts changers.... At YOUR expense.

I'm so pleased Michael (Sales Representative) came into my office just when I needed help with my trucks! The previous company was not prompt, rarely quoted jobs and was very difficult to work with. I tried out Equipment Experts and was pleasantly surprised with the promptness (I got a tech scheduled with in one day), work done (very concise and made sure I understood repairs needed), promptly sent quotes and the repairs were done same day as approved. I would highly recommend giving Equipment Experts a try!

Having had my 1998 Dodge service by two dealers in this area in the past, I have come to trust Equipment Experts with my truck now. They have serviced my truck for eight (?) years now, and I will not allow anyone else to service my truck. They have consistently delivered excellent service, repairs were on schedule, and (perhaps most importantly), I never got a "surprise" as I have with dealers, (e.g. " Sorry, but there are about $400.00 in additional repairs we didn't notice before...."). I trust these people absolutely. I recently (March, '24) had additional repairs (necessary), and as always, the work was efficient and well done.

Happy to share our positive experience with Equipment Experts. Equipment Experts was able to provide a full time professional experienced Tech (Voltaire) on short notice to help oversee maintenance and scheduled PMs services on our fleet of Rolloff truck, Trailers, Wheel loaders, Excavators, Backhoes and a Grinder during the startup at a new location. Stracy, Ryan and Voltaire made the experience easy and painless allowing our management to concentrate on startup objectives knowing maintenance was taken care of.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, my previous positive experiences with this company have been overshadowed by the poor service I received on my last visit. There seems to have been employee changes and with those changes came a change in service, communication, and transparency.I had been to a few other shops prior to finding this one and the experience here was a HUGE difference. Equipment Experts made everything so easy. I worked with Jake a lot. He was very responsive, professional, and helpful. I especially appreciated the timeliness and communication.Thank you Jake! I'd like to start this with positivity by saying I never spoke with a more awesome person with tremendous customer service as I did with the General manager Arielle. She was understanding, soft spoken, honest with a sense of sensitivity. When I felt i was being deceived she didnt ignored the issue. She went out her way to make me feel comfortable and understand as I often doesn't see. Arielle is definitely a 5 star employee.After several diagnosis from other companies "Equipment Expert" was suggested. One company I worked with, I won't say but Initials F.H truck and trailer repair suggests I stay away from Equipment Expert. I looked at the reviews and figured I give them a try since I'm right up the street from them.I called, spoke with "Alex" the guy clerk.From the start I felt bad energy from this guy. I figured maybe he's lacking sleep or just nonchalant about customer service.I Walked in, explained my situation, that I'm having a D.E.F system code P204F Alex assured that my problems will be fixed when all said and done. He said it'll be a 2 hour labor at $150 an hour, I agree. Same day he called said the Techs need 2 more hours to dig more into the D.E.F issue. I was too busy to dispute the issue so I agree. After 4 hours at $600 dollars to conclude that I needed a "DEF Sending Unit" [header unit]"Alex" calls and tells me to replace that part it will be a 5 hour labor. I Saw that as a red flag. Either they have bad technicians or overall company was bad. After asking why and saying 5 hours of labor is unreasonable even a YouTuber replaced this part in under an hour. "ALEX suggested, in other words, if I'm not good with 5 hours I can go elsewhere. I felt emotional and a fool saying to my self, i was warned not to work with this company. This guy Alex was rude, nonchalant, deceiving and lacking customer service. I passed him my payment, he snatched it and returned it by slapping it on the front counter.He's definitely someone I recommend should stay in the back away from customers until he adjust his attitude and better his behavior..I called multiple companies for quotes, parts and labor costs. They said an hour, max 1.5 hoursConclusions:Aside from ALEX, behavior,I will recommend this place.Arielle handle the issues with a kind heart and technician explained more in depth that it won't take 5 hour. We use Equipment Experts quite often. Usually we schedule out a day or two at a time but there have been several times when we had emergency needs that they were able to get right on and really save the day. I recommend giving them a shot Cliff, Jim, Melanie know their stuff

Adrienne was not helpful, didn t follow up on things timely, left a lot of my questions unanswered and didn t seem to care. In addition, the manufacturer warranty they speak of is useless. I needed the same repair done within 4 months for a part that should last years. According to Adrienne she was the only one who could reach out to vendor to have warranty honored. She didn t hear back and advised I was pretty much out of luck". I know these repairs are costly and have no problem paying, but they need to step it up on their end. I approved the needed part to be expedited for an extra fee. After waiting days and calling multiple times to confirm, I was finally advised the part was never ordered. I ended up picking up my truck 2 weeks and a few days after the original drop off with NO REPAIRS having been completed. I had to take my business else where to avoid being out of service for an additional unknown amount of time.

First off, I run a large recycle yard in the Seattle area. The reason I say this is because we have a lot of large heavy equipment on site. When it comes to our material handlers and other large equipment, Equipment Experts have a gentleman by the name of Michael. I want to let you know if this guy comes out to your facility he is a wealth of information about heavy equipment. His service, attitude, and work ethic is absolutely top notch.With the service I have received on our yard equipment, I figured I would give them a shot servicing our trucking fleet. I have not been disappointed. Good service, fast response time, and very competitive pricing.The owners Greg and Stacy Conner have made a point to come to our facility and show how well their customer service base is. Always making me feel like our company is number one on their "to do list" and making sure that all our needs are not only met, but exceeded. I would highly recommend this company for coming in and helping take care of your job related service issues.

I have not use this company, but was helped out by one of their truck drivers. They were extremely helpful and kind to me when I made a mistake and was in the wrong lane and could not get over. It might not seem like a big deal but I was already near panic trying to figure out where I was going and could only see a huge sea of cars is coming. Their driver noticed and stopped far enough back so that I was able to change lanes and get back on track. It made a huge difference to my day. Any company that can hire drivers that are that courteous and caring of other people they ll never see again is a company I would use.

Professional competent technicians who went the extra mile to find the cause of hydraulic malfunctions versus just repairing the symptoms of an ongoing problem. Recently called them to look at my forklift which was having fuel issues. Mechanic showed up in a reasonable time. Unfortunately that was the end of the good service. Mechanic evaluated, blew out lines and said it was running fine. Before he left I told my operator to go drive it to make sure it was working properly which is when it started acting up again.The mechanic stayed longer to continue working on it. At the end of the day, he said that he'd have to take apart my engine, it would be down for two weeks and would probably cost 3k to 6k in parts plus labor depending on the issue. We rented another forklift ($500/day) to get ready for that, luckily I have an employee that's mechanically inclined that took a look at it, spent about an hr. cleaning up the manual pump, no cost for parts, and it's been running fine ever since.Just got their bill for $700 for them doing zero to fix the issue and included the time was the time we spent fixing the mechanics truck that wouldn't start. I asked if they could cut me a a little bit of a break considering everything...and the response was a hard no. Apparently they have enough work that they don't care about us never calling them again.Part 2: Be careful of parts also. We're on your 3rd radiator hose in 2 months. It looks like one of the places they get parts from may have faulty parts. The have swapped them out each time for free - so that's good at least.Part 3: since there's no place to respond to that the response, I'll add it here.As it was stated in the response below "some additional clarity on this situation" here's the real facts:- 1st The technician didn't know what the root cause was, that's why he wanted to take off the fuel pump and injectors to have them bench tested at another shop since you guys don't do that. WE found the manual pump was plugged, cleaned it and has ran perfectly all week. I guess time will tell but I think that was the root cause and I just save 6-7k plus another 3k by renting another forklift.- 2nd when I asked about a loaner machine, they checked and I was told you didn't have one and that I was going to have to rent one.- 3rd I believe it was probably 45 min that the guy sat here before we jump started him, but I didn't clock it. we were all inside finishing up paperwork and one of my guys went outside saw him, grabbed jumper cables and got him back up and running.- 4th. I honestly don't believe you do care about making "each service call a great experience"- Tech was here within one day, but was about to leave me with a forklift that was still down, he stayed to try to fix it but didn't.- We fixed it the next day by checking the one thing that he didn't and it took us an hr to do that.- I asked if you could just cut me a little bit of a break, and even said that "I understood that he had time getting there, getting back, and evaluating, so I get it if you have to charge something for that time, but if you could discount a little"- I didn't hear anything for a couple days then got a call to pay the bill which was over $700. I said that I was still waiting to hear back if you guys were going to cut me a break.- The next day I got a call back saying no discount, 0 break at all, when you guys did nothing to fix it.Look, this money isn't going to break either one of our businesses, but my rule of thumb is doing the right thing to make sure the customer is taken care of. If I did this same thing to any of my customers, I would expect them not to ever call me again! So no, I don't believe you do care about "Every customer is important to us and we strive to make each service call a great experience." - I believe you just care about the money, which is fine, I'll move on, just don't lie to yourselves and everyone else about it.

We've been frustrated for years by the poor service from, what we thought, was the only cat service provider in western washington. I was fortunate enough to find Equipment Experts. Arielle and Stacy have been wonderful to work with - they've made everything easy and understandable even with my limited understanding. Their service tech came to our site and completed all work and inspections professionally. Their recommendations for future work have been informative and reasonable. Definitely will recommend to anyone needing equipment service. They are the experts!

Efficient and convenient service provided by Equipment Experts! I appreciate Cliff and Robert's great customer service and taking care of my E-350 so quickly. The best part about Equipment Experts is they offer On-site repair so I was able to get my truck serviced at my job while I worked; taking the stress and time away from me sitting at a mechanics shop all day. Terrible shop, terrible mechanics. Said a forklift my boss sent in there was condemnable and the engine was blown. When I had just done a fresh rebuild on it and after receiving it from the shop had it running and operating perfectly in 30 minutes. Of course they wanted us to buy one of their forklifts and keep ours as trade in. Ask any equipment mechanic or reputable shop such as pape handling and they all know these guys and have the same opinion as I do.

Customer service is prompt and courteous. Stacey gave us a ride to rent a car while they fixed our International Prostar. We are very pleased with their techs as well, very thorough and fixed right the first time! Very highly recommend them for your repair needs.

Great service! I have been using this company for the last 4 months or so. Have had no issues with getting maintenance scheduled, even when the unexpected comes along. Great service and great people to work with. Look forward to having them take care of the fleet.

Our F-150 suddenly had break issues. I called at 7 in the morning and was able to bring it right over! They had it fixed by the end of the business day. As a small business owner it s crucial to be able to get my trucks back up and running and they were able to without any issues or complaints. Great customer service and such friendly staff!
