This was my 2nd time at this location. Both times, they were very helpful and professional. They did a great job on both visits. They can give options on savings if you call ahead. It is a reasonable price, and you are in and out in a short time. It is a little tight with a large pickup but easily done. They offer services on both Gas and Diesel vehicles and other services besides just oil. I am very happy to make the long drive for great service. And they have a Military discount.

We use Classy Chassis for our business, and my last visit for an oil change was great! Was greeted by two young kids, it was during the freezing weather and they worked hard and quick!The car wash was down but it was weather related, overall this is a great choice for an oil change. Hope to get back to claim my free car wash.They also have an on site coffee place which is great as well.

Great place to get a fast oil change, and they tell me to come back and get a free top off after 5,000 miles or every 2 weeks, but for some reason, the newer employees keeps charging me for it. And when I ask why? They say it's policy or I needed more than usual, but multiple times i went in with almost no oil (because my car does not leak oil but for some reason, it runs out of oil fast) and they didn't charge me this being from employees who have been there since I started going there like from 3 yrs ago. Why call it a free top off if the newer employees charge me for it. If the policy changed, why not update the customers with the new information. Most of the times I go in with out carring my debit card or cash because I go assuming it's free since that's what I was told since I started coming here. Other than that, most of the employees are very hard workers and they provide great customer service and care to the car.

Went in for an oil change and was given the same blend as last time without being asked. Then was told that blend was "..All your car can take." I hope this person wasn't lying to me. I was expecting to be asked what blend I wanted in my car before getting charged a price I may not have been able to afford. I think they should ask people first before assuming the blend of oil they want for that reason.

Their oil change ended up costing me over $900. Let me explain... I went here for an oil change for my SUV. I was sure to tell them I wanted parts and oil that would match up to my car's original manufacturer equipment. That's especially important since the oil change interval on my car was much longer than 3,000 miles.Around 5,000 miles, I started my car and oil flowed out of the bottom. The oil filter gasket failed. When I went to talk to them about it, they blamed me. They stated their filters are only rated to 3,000 miles. If that's true, their oil change works out to cost about 4x more than the oil change at the dealership.When I asked why they used an inferior filter after I asked for ones rated for 3,000 miles instead of 10,000 like the oem, they told me that no filter would last beyond 5,000 miles. That's simply not true. Some newer cars only require an oil change every 15,000 miles. A simply Google search will show milage ratings beyond 10,000 miles.This oil change ended up costing me over $900 for the oil change itself, the car repairs, the tow bill, the replacement fabric bottom cover, etc. This business refused to cover any of the costs. I made the mistake of giving them the failed filter so they could "look into it." I gave up money evidence. They claimed it was required for them to consider covering the repair costs.Also, when I was waiting for management, I heard them upsetting a guy on several services. He went in there for his second oil change at 6,000 miles. This was a VERY new car. They talked him in to a coolant flush as well as transmission fluid replacement. There is no car I'm aware of that calls for either fluid to be changed before 60,000 miles. They sold him something he absolutely didn't need.

Today was my first visit to this place. Simply put, the entire crew working here was efficient AF! From filling out the initial paperwork to getting the oil changed, everything was ez pz. I had a oil leak after I got a oil change from them. I took the car to Kia to see what was going on because I didn t want to risk it becoming worse. Anyway after Kia fixed oil leak and replaced the oil I went back to classy chassis to see about getting refunded for the labor from Kia. I met with the owner who gave me a full refund for services from KIA, cleaned the undercarriage where oil had spilled. Because I didn t take it back directly to them (classy chassis)they could have said no to a refund but they didn t. Much respect to them.

I will still give them 5 stars because their customer service is excellent. We did have a discrepancy at the car wash part But the oil change side is excellent. It's worth every dime.

Just got my oil changed here and had a wonderful experience. Three cars were in already line when I arrived, and I was still in and out of there in 30 mins flat. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will definitely be back in the future! Thanks again!

This is my second oil change service at Classy Chassis Xpress Lube and I brought my friend in with me, so she can get her oil change service there also. The oil change service was excellent and my car runs smooth and good. You will be surprised what A oil change will do for your car. And when you have someone who takes pride in their work and service they give you, is wonderful. Classy Chassis Xpress Lube, just don't try to rush you in and out . And overfill your car with oil. They take their time and do the job right. As with other oil change service business, they seem to pray on women and try to sell you high price items, just to make a extra dollar. They treated my friend as A person not As if she was a dollar. And made sure she was satisfied with the service she got and I was satisfied with the service I received also with my oil change service. Very comfortable environment. And you don't feel like you are getting taken advantage of, or being giving some reason you need something that you really don't need. Thank you

I went in this morning for a coolant top off, and it was discovered that my coolant was at the proper level. So instead, I opted for a power steering flush, as that was recommended to me the last time I was in there. I was greeted by the manager and another employee in the most friendly manner possible. I truly felt like a valued customer. They were both extremely professional, well-dressed, and very fast.I really appreciate that they explained every step of the process to me. I left feeling confident that my car is running better than ever because of these two. I used to use another service in town to get my oil changes done, but since I have discovered the amazing service at Classy Chassis, I have never been back to any of their competitors. I'm very brand-loyal now.One thing I really want to mention is that this morning I had not only the lube services explained to me, but I was also informed of other sales going on within the company for car wash, coffee, and I was even told about the wonderful dog wash across the street. It's so nice to find a company where are all of the employees truly are knowledgeable and work together to create a comfortable environment for the customer where we feel valued.

Not impressed by this place at all. I only came because the reviews highly referred this place. I really had no other business coming all the way down to Lakewood from North Tacoma. My visit was a non professional visit with no personable skills. They had a child complete my oil change. He may have been at age regardless his baby face didn t help reassure me at all. They charged way too much for a basic oil change and didn t bother to help explain the recommended package. The service was too long that I heard most of their man on man gossip. Note to self, stay with you re familiar areas, Jiffy Lube, even if the wait time is too long at least they offer the best services with affordable pricing.

Second time coming here. Once with the truck and today with the car. Fast service, pulled right into the bay. Standard synthetic oil change, tire pressure check, window shield wiper fluid refill. The usual, you know. Friendly staff. Quick service. Decent price totaling 61.31 with a paired discount. Can t get much better. The free car wash is a nice bonus.Edit: went and got a detail #2 inside and out. They forgot to clean the truck after having it for 6 hours. I called and they said they would refund $15 tomorrow.

Since coming from dealership service only, I found this place a refreshing change. No waiting, professional, didn't need to make appointment a week in advance, courteous, done in about 10 minutes, free carwash, price was good. Will definitely be coming back again!

Great staff Alex was efficient and quick with his work. Unfortunately, it seems management doesn't value their staff or customers as he was the only person working out of a staff of 6 folks. 5 star service 1 star management.

Friendly young guys full of energy. I brought my own filter and oil and they were cool with doing the change. They didn't try to upsell me. Very professional and quick. Worth the money. Even got a free car wash out of it. I would recommend to people that don't have the time or know how to change their oil. After hearing horror stories about Jiffy Lube, I was happy to find a quick service stop with good reviews and service.

Both times I've been, the staff was personable & frank. Despite being busy, the service was reasonably quick without any gotchas. The free carwash voucher & coffee was a pleasant surprise.

Have been living in the Tacoma/Lakewood area for 23 years. Me and my family go here for car washes, oil changes, and interior and exterior cleaning up on our cars. The service is amazing! Thanks so much for being great for so many years and more to come. I'm a loyal customer for life.

Love classy chassis! I always get my oil changed and they put air in my tires at no charge! They are super friendly, fast, funny, and reasonably priced. The longest I've waited to get in was 5 minutes! highly recommend this place!

Second time getting my oil changed here. It's always been a great experience and quick service, and i never feel like they are trying to squeeze more money out of me. The free car wash is a nice touch too. After 2 great experiences here, i will definitely not be Jiffy Lubing ever again!!
