Positives. I had a quick turnaround as my repair want too extensive nor did I need replacement parts. I needed some repairs done to my roof which involved removing some scrapes, a dent, and repainting. I needed to repaint the door panel as well to make smooth look. The roof looks great and you can't even tell there was any damage.Negatives. For some odd reason, my interior was blasted with overspray. There are globs of paint and paint in areas that you would think there wouldn't be. The paint job was on the roof and the driver's side yet my passenger side is blasted with paint. The speakers in my doors are covered as well.The manager told me I can bring the truck back to get it cleaned, which is super cool. I'll lose the truck for at least a day. I haven't done so yet due to me being away for work. Aside from the overspray and lack of care for my interior, the truck looks good (on the outside).

I was sent here by USAA after my car was hit. I dropped my car off and Caliber kept me informed throughout the entire process, step by step, through texts and calls. My car was finished on the date they promised and the work they completed was done well! I would use them in the future and recommend them to anyone I know.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent customer service and kept me updated about the repairs. My vehicle was completed when they said it would be and the work done was outstanding. They worked with my insurance and the rental car company to make things smoother and easier.

Really did a great job with the work. Only thing is my after market dashboard LED lights are missing. And I still had to go back for the polish and the emblems to get put on

This place went above and beyond my expectations. The wait time was a little longer than expected, but it was finished sooner than they estimated. They kept us updated constantly. They do not keep parts in stock they have to order parts, so it does take a little time, but they do the most they can at hand. They handled everything with the insurance part, took all the pictures, and sent all the information over. Hopefully, I won't have to use this place again, but I would definitely recommend this place.

We were assigned to Caliber Collision by our insurance company. At first, the experience was what we expected from a body shop: receiving clear communication, an estimated completion date, and a point of contact to contact with questions or inquiries on the repair work being done.All well and good. The vehicle was picked up on 9/18/23 with an estimated delivery date of 10/10/23. Which was acceptable since we have rental coverage for 30 days.On the 10th we were called by the car rental company first asking how we would like to proceed with the rental, telling us that we would need to extend it. We had not yet been contacted by anyone at Caliber and when we called we were given two different stories about the status of the repairs. One calming that person doing the suspension wasn't able to make it that week and that they were waiting on him. A few days later told they had to order more parts. The estimated date of delivery then changed to 10/18/23.On the 18th we had reached out in the morning asking if our car would be ready for delivery. We were told that they had ordered the "tool" they needed to complete the repair so the suspension guy could finish his part. We were tyring to work with them so the repairs would done right, this is Wednesday afternoon.Thursday morning I called again and was told that everything was done and the car was at Les Schwab getting the alignment done and they hoped to have completed by the end of the day. I called back around 2 explained that we were leaving town in the morning and needed our car since our rental was about to expire. I was told again they hoped to have it done. So at 4:30 I went and sat in the waiting room waiting for my car, knowing that they close at 5:30. I spoke with the service tech overseeing the repairs and he was going to stay with me until they were done at Les Schwab so we could have our car. Still satisfied with customer service we had received up to this point.Thursday at 5:30 the office manager, told me in a rather rude way that I needed to leave. I tried to explain my case and she walked out the door very clearly annoyed with me. Ten minutes later, the gentleman that I was working with walked over and told me that the owner has authorized extending our rental, which very appreciated. Making it clear that we needed our car first thing in the morning, we went back at 8:30 am Friday because they did not answering the phone when called. Upon our arrival, we were told the car was still at Les Schwab and would still need to have the codes cleared. At this point we're out of time and needed to get on the road. Thankfully, they again authorized the rental over the weekend.Monday morning (10/23/23), I went to pick up the car and drop off the rental. My car was not ready, still needing to be cleaned and in the detailing bay. I was not offered any other option. I was handed my keys and asked to pay the deductible. The lady at the front desk explained the warranty and gladly accepted my payment. Fun fact, as I was driving to work I did a check the lights, and found that fog-lamps were not working.At this point I am done with dealing with Caliber in Lakewood and will replace the non-working lamps and hand wash my car since they did not have enough time to thoroughly check to see everything was working or provide us with a clean car upon delivery even after providing them with it for an extra 5 days past the extended delivery.While reading the reviews left by previous customers, it truly surprises me that are so many positive ones. This is the second time I've had to have work done at this Caliber location and both times I have experienced similar customer service consisting of delays and excuses. While I was there, I witnessed another customer complaining about the overspray left on their vehicle. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally difficult and rude both times I was in, if she would have been kind and helpful this review would have been quite different.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Was sent here by insurance for my estimates. Submitted all the damage online and was sent the info. Next was to have them physically check out the car and see whats causing it to shake while driving. My insurance set me up for the in person courtesy appraisal. When i called to see a good time to bring in my car, i was refused then hung up on. A week of time wasted

My advice GET 3 DIFFERENT ESTIMATES... I felt price Gouging like a mofo cuz the insurance was going to pay for the repairs. Mayco used to advertise a whole car paint job for $500. They wanted $1500 just for labor to paint one side of my car ....must get paid $500/hr to paint a portion of a car. Happy Holidays.

Caliber Collision in Lakewood did a very professional repair on our Mercedes S550 after a "fender bender". The "tri-color paint" matched perfectly. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Great repair shop with great services! Definitely recommend 100%. Very helpful. I did find minor damage in my vehicle after repair pick up on my driver side door , as well as a faulty lock on my passenger door which is from the area they did repairs to originally. I called back a few days later to let them know about it. They told me to bring it in for them to look at. So I went in today they reviewed the damage on my drivers side door and they took fault 100% and they are going to try their best to get it fixed which is amazing. As for the passenger door they did not hesitate to help in repair the locking system which was my biggest concern. Not sure how they did it but they fixed it so quickly on my visit there. Very thankful to them for making my car look brand new again doesn t look damaged at all after repairs. Would upload pictures but my phone is not letting me. Just take my word for it!

GREAT SERVICE ALWAYS; yet, were rental cars drop off comes into play, please detail someone to walk around the rental to e sure nothing of importance was left in the vehicle because things happen by accident.

I don t have any complaints, great communication, updates all the way to the end, excellent repair, went above and beyond to get the truck back to what it was and even a little extra that I asked for since I had some bad repairs at another shop after a different accident, I will always bring my vehicle to this place from now on

I was very impressed with Caliber. Especially the men from service. They called with progress reports to update me, since they had to wait for a back ordered part, it took longer than ordinary. I was 20 minutes late, and they refused to complete the appointment even though there was no one else on the lobby or even on the phone. Claimed it was a policy of my insurance carrier, but when I called them, they denied it and tried to get me to go back while they called to deal with them. I refused as I wasn't going to give them my money after being treated like that. I rescheduled with a different collision center.

USAA recommend Caliber of Lakwood, based on the shop's excellent reviews. I primarily spoke with Stacy and Robert, and both were just steller to work with. The office environment is professional and everyone there is kind and courteous. Robert was my estimator, and walked me through the process. I had a lot of anxiety about what the final repair would look like. However, Robert was very patient with me, answered all my questions and ensured I would be pleased with the completed work. Well sure enough, my truck looks amazing. I am very, very happy with the attention to detail that was put into my repair. They even took care to remove and reinstall the custome emblems on my truck, without a scratch. Thank you Caliber, I would absolutely recommend your service to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was a victim of a hit and run collision on the I-5 that happened a month ago from this post. My Insurance (USAA) recommended me to use Caliber Collision (Pacific Hwy,Lakewood) and informed me of the Lifetime Warranty that they gave, in case repairs weren t satisfactory. Repairs that needed to be done were my Jeep s front Bumper & reinforcement bar, fender w/paint and my Airbags diagnosed because the airbag s light were constantly on. Despite on going Global supplies demand and a Horrific Joe Biden s Build Back Worst Economy Somehow, Greg Heier and his team, got my Jeep back up and running again within 2 weeks! They kept me up to date minute by minute and every action that was taken on my jeep. From the receptionist at the front to the crew who worked on my vehicle, we re very professional and courteous. Not that I hope I get into another accident. But, I m glad that Caliber Collision, Pacific Hey, Lakewood is near me and hope that the staff members don t change or at least their customer service relations doesn t change. If I do happen to get into another accident (Washington drivers ) I m not worried about sending my vehicle to Caliber Collision Pacific, Hwy Lakewood. Because, I know I m going to get taken cared of. My assignment was canceled by insurance . But nobody told me not caliber not my insurance then I drove an hour to get there. Then the office assistance or manager is multitasking and dealing with a few people at once and on a ear piece or looking at the computer I could not even tell if she was talking to me half the time. That s it no sorry it was just an for some scratched paint. You think they could of just given me the estimate anyway . Aren t estimates free? Total waste of time

These guys are beyond excellent! Not only from the very beginning did they work me in giving the waitlist and time for trying to get in anywhere here in Tacoma for trying to get car repair done they had scheduled me at one point was over a month out then kept me on a cancellation list and called me literally within a couple days and was able to get me in. The repairs were done as scheduled, as planned and most definitely on time! The most important thing was they kept me informed and updated on every single detail from the very beginning to the very end, they would either text me every day or Alec, my service rep, would physically call me every day and update me. I also was not made to feel stupid or inadequate if I had questions that I didn t know I didn t understand I need a clarification on and Stacy at the front desk is absolutely hands-down the best customer service office manager whatever her title is it should be more and she should be paid very handsomely for what she does she is excellent she is not only polite but she is laid-back and she gets you and she can laugh at herself and laugh at situation and you could tell that she is a big part of the glue that keeps everything functioning and go in there at Caliber Collision . I would absolutely hands-down recommend this place and if I ever need any vehicle work done whatsoever on my truck, SUV or my classic collector car it will be going there and they re only.Service: Body & Trim

IF YOU HAVE A "HEAVILY MODIFIED" CAR DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. This is NOT a review on service but better yet the communication side. Stacey the front desk lady was amazing while we filled out our paperwork and made us feel comfortable right off the start. So then we had Dan come look over the damage on our vehicle he marked what he needed too, we showed him the remote to our air ride in the car and just told him to please air out when parked. He agreed and we left. About 2 hours later we get a call stating we needed to come get our car because they don't work on "heavily" modified cars. The only thing we have done to our car is air ride, interior, and bash bar in rear. Nothing in their way of paint work on quarter panel. I guess the General Manager came after we left and said "no" they couldn't work on it. Moral of story if you have air ride which was their excuse of why they can't work on it and figured i would save someone else's time since ours was waisted don't come here with " heavily modified" cars.

Great experience with this Caliber after someone busted up my car trying to steal it. Repairs were done ahead of the estimate date and I got regular updates on how the process was going. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of repair services.
