I was recommended to brunos auto repair through a friend who's vehicle crapped on him on the freeway, so he was desperate for repair , from the jump their conducted a diagnosis and didn't try to upsell him on things he didn't need. My buddy is a tough customer and was very pleased with their customer service and their work. Had the vehicle running in a timely manner. My issue was my car battery which i did a self diagnosis , which i came to the conclusion my starter was acting up. Mind you i can still drive my vehicle and it runs just fine but sometimes has a slow crank After running their test they found nothing wrong with my vehicle and said they tighten down my battery. Other experience with mechanic shops will try to rob you blind. I was very pleased with their honesty And knew that I had to give them a good review and would recommend them to anyone looking to get an honest quote and good work on their vehicle.

My car battery had unexpectedly died tonight in Tacoma, and I had my baby with me. AAA had quoted me two hours for roadside service. Then out of the blue, the Bruno Auto Repair tow truck happened to park next to us. My husband asked the driver if he could jump our car, and without hesitation he said of course and within two minutes our car was running. I am definitely going to Bruno Auto Repair next time we need dependable, professional, and friendly service for our vehicle. Thank you so much!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was passing through town when my check engine light came on. I called and Roberto was able to look at my car right away, determine the issue was being caused by an engine cylinder issue and replace the part for me within an hour at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone who needs work done on their car. The location can be a little hard to find, located in the alley alongside America s Best Value Inn, but the service makes it worth the hunt! Can t thank you enough again Roberto you rock!!!

I wish I could give them negative stars. I tried calling for 3 days to make an appointment. 3 days!!! We always got that their manager was out and we had to make an appointment with her l. Well, she never called back. Another call, never called back. Apparently to busy for customers? Can't they have someone who could make an appointment there?They lost my business before even getting my business.....

My first experience of going to Bruno Auto repair shop I was quite pleased with they have done to my car. I have went to different other auto shops and for what they were going to charge me An arm and a leg way over budget Thankfully Bruno auto shop Wonderful people friendly new exactly how to fix it Got the job without charging me an arm and a leg
