This place is a good place for auto parts. There was a young man working there and he gave me the wrong part (it happens). When I brought it back the older gentleman who seemed to be the manager was apologetic and the young lady at the register took care of everything with no problem. The manager also helped this other customer with making sure he got the best deal from the sale they were having on oil and filter combo. Now that is what I like to see when shopping anywhere. I definitely will be going there for parts from now on.

Ryan and Kyle in commercial are all amazing parts professionals. People I can count on for the correct parts and friendly service. They finally got a replacement for Scott which I didn't have very good customer service from. I'm glad that guy is gone. They have great people there now! Ryan took over as store manager from the commercial and outsides sales and turned that store around. Time is money and they save me time. The team at this store was able to run trial and error with me as I made mistakes and had to come in multiple times. Every time they were patient, polite, and got me where I was need to go with parts and learning.Sometimes all you need to do is have some patience and smile to make the difference in someone s day.

Not helpful at all. Here I am broken down with my mom and small children when we break down on the highway (very dangerous) and we discover we need a new battery so we call asking if there is any possible way for them to bring us a battery, keep in mind we are 0.5 miles away. They said that they will not deliver a battery and even after offered a handle anount of money. 0 stars

The staff is amazing!! Specifically KYLE! I was looking for a part for my 08 audi a3 and couldn't find it anywhere.no other parts stores could locate it, checked pull a part-nothing. I was giving up hope. He went above and beyond to help me find a solution and kept the cost affordable. I would recommend anyone go there. He took extra time to make sure there were no issue. People just don't have customer service like that these days. I would give 10 stars if I could

My alternator died while driving down 512. I was able to make it to their store, where Ryan confirmed that the alternator was bad and offered to sell me a replacement. Not something I could change myself, so he recommended some nearby shops, and assisted me as necessary. I didn't give them any business, but it's great to see a store that helps out people in need.

The stupidest battery policy and rudest hostile employees i bought a battery here for my truck after my battery gave out at the hardware store next door to them and its 20 min till closing so i go in there get treated very hostile as if they closed already. I wasn t really helped they just sold me a battery i call my mechanic to come assist me he installed the battery and the battery was completely dead luckily he had brought a spare battery he had and it turned my truck on instantly! I tried returning the battery that same night but obviously they had closed by then. two days later i go in after work and try returning the battery or at least exchanging it and they completely shut me down because i installed the battery. I explained yes i installed but it didn t work and they tested the battery and claimed it was a good battery so me and my mechanic try it again and nope doesn't work so now i lost 220$ and im stuck with a useless battery.

This store is clean(as auto parts stores go), the employees are knowledgeable about their products and they are committed to providing good customer service. Several of the employees are Spanish/English bi-lingual and are able to help Hispanic customers. They're always friendly and happy to help. Go check them out. Hurry up, they don't have all day!

Got a new heater control valve for my Lincoln navigator and the new part I bought leaked the second I installed but when I went to return the faulty part they would only give me another junk part that I can install and have it fail again they refused to give me my money back so they lost a long time customer over 32vbucks I will gladly pay double at the dealer for quality parts for now on and will never spend another cent with advanced auto parts or carquest it's sad I used to think highly of this company and its employees and just has seems to be declining in quality of parts and employees

Ryan is my hero. I saw a message that I needed to add oil to my 2021 Tahoe and I was in a slight panic by the time I went into the store. He found what oil I needed and actually put it into my car thus saving the day. Thank you Ryan

I m not entirely sure of his name, but I think it s Ryan, but he was so helpful and just incredible. My husband and I came in looking for a car part, it wasn t registering in the system, so we ordered one that looked to be right. About an hour and a half later, he called us to let us know that he continued searching ended up finding it. We were very impressed that he continued to look, when he didn t even have to spend his spare time to do that. Any future car products will be purchased from here. All companies need a Ryan with his customer service skills.

They staff was helpful and friendly. They didn't have the part I needed in stock but they did have it at a nearby warehouse and were able to order it and get it to the store within 2 hours. I was pretty satisfied with that. Made me want to start using this auto parts store more often as opposed to the orileys I usually go to across the street.

So I went to the Tacoma location on approx 100th and South Tacoma way in need of getting my battery and alternator tested. There was a young man there unfortunately I cannot remember his name but I do know that he is the assistant manager at this location and I must say he was extremely helpful went out of his way to help me out and to make sure I left with all the parts needed it's nice and refreshing to see someone so young actually care about the work they do keep up the good work young man I'll be revisiting your store and I highly recommend that everyone else visit it as well.

What the heck just happened? Came in for brakes and had such an excellent experience. Scott is the man! Bringing back customer service in an old school cool kind of way. This man knows how to take care of his customers and provide and excellent experience! The shop looked great, good inventory, and a good staff of customer service oriented parts people. This is what a Parts house should be like! Between this experience and my experience with another Advance Auto up the road, I m a lifer.

Advance Auto parts in this area is far superior to any other Auto parts store. Obviously they have similar inventory of the others, but the customer service is where it's at. The parts specialists know how to help and don't give attitude to anybody. The price may be a few bucks more, but for the few extra days spent, you get service and higher quality parts on most items in stock.

Stood there for 5 minutes being completely ignored. No guide for engine air and cabin air filters. Unless you have a bus or HD truck. They have that book. Went in for three items, very comment items, left with nothing.

I m not sure where other reviewers got good customer service from but it couldn t have been this location. They don t answer the phone when you call and even upon going in they were little to no help. What they show online as fits are inaccurate also. Look elsewhere.

This is the best place to get your needs in auto parts. I'd drive 20 miles to get here. These people know what they are doing and can get parts that no one else can. They know old skool auto, hot rod, all the way to current automotive systems and overall are an incredibly knowledgeable staff on the topic of their trade. These guys enjoy the business of auto parts and it shows. They go the extra mile to help you out when you need it. Come see the oil change and other monthly deals. Alternators, starters, batteries or a complete brake job they got it just come and get it.
