I started coming here before COVID and the couple who owns the business are the nicest people. I've only ever had a good experience here and will forever be a returning customer. The prices are fair and I always feel confident in coming here. Quick and attentive service too. Support small businesses :)

Tom is so nice. It takes a while to get your car back, but it's expected with only 2 garage doors. But all in all, I would rather pay for my repairs at a local business. Support the community.

My brother was a salesman here before and learned to work in this business with minimal help from the owner. He excelled in this field as a salesman and then quit when the owner would try to pressure him into lying to customers. He went back as a service advisor trying to give them another chance and again they didn't train him to do squat. He had to learn on his own and then when he decided not to rip off customers as the owner and his wife wanted him to he decided to quit. They want to charge you for parts even if their mechanics broke the parts themselves. That's shady business and the BBB should look into how this business is ran. Expensive repairs for low quality service? Think again.

Paul there is a fair guy & does good work. They did my alternator in my 06 BMW 650i, not a easy or cheap fix but they did it right with no issues & even gave me a discount after the work was done. If I have the need to get any other repair work done on any of my cars ill use 9999. Also they're a plus as they accept my Service contract that BMW Northwest would not & BMW tried to harass me into buying more services even after they said they wouldn't accept my Service contract for payment. 9999 auto repair has moved up another step in my ladder of trust. Which I do not take lightly at all.

Their mechanics misdiagnosed a symptom with my car and every time I bring it back they keep charging me for more diagnostic when they misdiagnosed it. It's like they charge you just to take a look at your vehicle.

I financef a car from them December of 2022 and the car engine went out. They sold me a LEMON.
