If I could give ten stars, I would. Came in with battery woes and received the most outstanding customer service I've had in years. Xavier deserves a raise, this guy genuinely loves what he does and was incredibly personable and great to chat with while he changed out my battery.Nothing about my used 08 Elantra has ever been straightforward, and this battery replacement was no exception. Manager Mack got creative with his parts and tools, and managed to turn what seemed like a hopeless situation into a solution. I left pleased, relieved, satisfied, and smiling. (My defective CD player even works again after years of being on the fritz!!)This is one happy customer here, LS Auto Zone will be getting all of my auto supply business here on out. Many, many thanks to Xavier and Mack.

Lady working at Lake Stevens location, extremely rude .says There's no room to recycle oil And I can't even leave a one gallon jug. Lost about a $150 sale because of her attitude.And when I said I'll go to O'reilly's she said, okay... Go ahead...

Mak M is awesome dude! We had engine light warning due to bad battery.He quickly and professionally diagnose the problem and exchanged a brand new more powerful battery for us! Very good service! Thanks Autozone and thank you Mak!

My wife went in to get a new headlight for our car. Someone assisted her in finding the headlight (a 2 pack) and installed it. Ended up being the incorrect one so they did a return and tried a different bulb. Told my wife it was working when it clearly wasn't. It was the correct bulb but was a dud. I went in the next day to get a refund and get the correct bulbs. When they did the return the previous day, they mixed up the bulbs so we had 1 from the incorrect bulb and 1 dud correct bulb. They refused to do a refund and I ended up having to buy a new bulb without the refund. Cost me the price of 3 bulbs just to get the correct one.

Great local auto store! Friendly staff!! This was a simple battery replacement issue that I was more than willing to handle on my own. However, Eric replaced my daughters battery quickly on the spot. He was very kind and deserves a huge thank you as well as pat on the back from the manager!! Well done!

Store #3725Eric Bautista is an absolute BEAST! I came in hot and heavy in the middle of a crisis and he had handled me like a freshly swaddled baby in a new mothers arms.He made a great recommendation and even hooked me up with with an extra that I never would ve even thought of to help my battery last even longer.Give that guy a raise or a promotion! Good help is hard to find and I just might have to come offer him a job as my production manager if he keeps it up!

Every experience I've had at this location in the last 6 years has been phenomenal. The service members are always very knowledgeable and help me make informed decisions regarding any kind of part, accessory, product that I need to buy. They also are very helpful in giving advice and helping with simple installations.

Excellent service! I needed a battery but my back was 'out' due to a previous injury. The person who helped me took care of the entire battery swap out in the vehicle!Great customer service and with a great attitude & a smile! Definitely going there next time I have an automotive issue!

I m not the type to write reviews usually but i just had to write one for Mark ((cuz he wouldnt let me tip him!)) He put a bulb in for me and even fiddled around with some funky aftermarket wires that were in my headlights until everything worked. He was super efficient and personable. Mark if you re reading this you re a lovely person!!! Thanks for the help

Mark and David are amazing!! They sat outside for probably a good 45 minutes figuring out how to replace my low beams on my Mercedes, on Christmas Eve and in the freezing cold. Best effort and customer service, thanks you guys (:

Update: Went in and asked for someone to go out and do a load test on my battery. Of course with the cold weather, my battery was failing. The service was fast and they quickly showed me my options for a replacement and explained the differences. I believe the person helping me was a manager or district manager, which was impressive that he was all over helping me with going out and checking my battery. When I went back later, the other staff had trouble getting me my core charge back but they eventually did and were friendly.Old review:Had what I needed but no one really seemed all that helpful.

Everyone here is awesome to deal with except one person who will remain nameless but is a male employee... aditude is not friendly and had a problem with returning my item told me next time to use credit so he didn't have to wipe his drawer out! I'm sorry but if you can take cash then you better be able to return cash especially when the return was your fault!

This place has a great staff. They usually have the part I need and if they don't they'll order it and let you know when it's in. They informed me about loaner tools and help me find what I need. They've helped me by checking my codes and if a quick fix they'll come out and do it if you don't know how. They always have me laughing and smiling. I have no complaints.

I've been using this store for some time now and it's always worked out well. Mind you I always have my needed part numbers in hand and know exactly what I'm looking for. My last experience was front pads and rotors. Unfortunately one of the new rotors was warped right out of the box. Called the store and explained the situation. No problem. Exchanged the rotors for another set, signed a form and was on my way. Good store and I recommend using them.

Took way too long for the staff to figure out how to ring up a simple battery purchase and core exchange. It likely wasn't the employees fault, but a terrible POS system. Some customers actually left because it took too long for them to be helped.

This is my first bad review I have ever made. But the service was the worst I ve ever witnessed. We visited the Lake Stevens location at around 7PM on 2/12/2020 and the employee was a younger guy with light hair that was extremely rude, condescending and super unhelpful. Seemed like he was looking for some reason to be irritated and getting frustrated for no reason? Pretty laughable but I also couldn t believe his unprofessionalism. The management or corporate should seriously consider talking to this employee. I would be interested in knowing how much business they ve lost because of him. Just be ware!

Excellent service, ordered curbside service online. i ordered two items they immediately called to let me know they only had one available.upon arrival they looked in stock room in back to double check, and they had the other item in the back!Great experience!

July 2019 - Had what I needed but prices on a few items were a bit high!... in and out quick!Oct 2017-Very busy @ 5pm? Waited 5 minutes just for a pack of fuses.Sept 2017-Just needed a tail lightbulb for my car... in and out fast.

They were busy training when a bunch of people came in. The guy tried, but I wasn t sure what I needed and he didn t have time to help me figure it out. I got the right oil filter and he helped me get the deal with direction from his boss. He didn t seem like he wanted to sell me more stuff given the line behind me. It s a shame.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff know there ways around a car. This is the first place I go when the check engine light comes on to see if it's something serious or can wait. They do code diagnosis for free very quickly. Quality parts and oil sold here. The only thing that could make it better would be a couple of car repair bays where they could do simple to moderate repairs at a good price...one can always dream....
