I greatly appreciate the excellent assistance and reasonable pricing provided by the team. I entrusted them with my 4l60e, which had previously been rebuilt by another shop but unfortunately failed. A to Z promptly disassembled the transmission and provided me with a quote on the same day. They were able to complete the repair within a remarkable timeframe of three days and went above and beyond by delivering it to my residence when I faced challenges with visiting during their operating hours. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

I'd rate 0 stars if I could. We took the car there for work. After 3 weeks and a "transmission rebuild," it came out worse than it was. We took it back a second time and they said, and I quote"we don't know what's wrong with it"Our car is still broke, and we are out thousands.

Great shop with great people.I have used A to Z for years and have found them to be professional, expert technicians, and honest.I've had them do over 100 transmission repairs for my dealership and I can remember only one time we had a comeback (and that was resolved immediately).Very good repair quality.Honesty in transmission repairs is HUGE! Several times I had brought them a car expecting to spend several thousand but they found the problem to be a couple hundred dollar repair. Not all shops do this!I would highly recommend A to Z transmission.

My transmission would not come out of its gear. When I turn my car off it was still in gear and would not turn back on. I called them and they said bring it in which I had to have it towed. It was a small part that went bad but they had it fixed and back to me within 24 hours. The price was less than $250. They were quick and very effective. Went in with an exhaust leak issue. They quickly looked at the issue and presented with options for fix. They were also able to accommodate the repairs very next day. Very happy with the experience.

Quite simply, I've been doing business with A-Z Transmission since 2002 and I'm still a customer today, yesterday and absolutely F-inglutely forever!!! What more can I say!!!! These guys do excellent work! I've taken a few rigs here over the years and every time they've done top notch work and have done it right on time as they promised. I've had total transmission rebuilds done here and new exhaust systems put on. Highly recommend this place for good quality work you can count on. Honesty and integrity are what make this business excellent.

Called and spoke with gentleman who genuinely seemed to care about my trans concerns. I took it there as requested and was greeted by a friendly office gal who smiled a lot. Apparently the guy I spoke to was not available, so I was presented with another who took my car for a drive and identified my complaint as being a loose cable, showing me why. Very cool, as he could have said it needed further diagnosis and repair. I agreed with him after he showed me. I showed interest in having them cost the cable replacement and he also believed there to be an additional issue of a u joint or something loose. So currently I am awaiting a call back with a cost to replace cable and check out noise he heard. saw them Thursday and will doc how it all turns out. As of now they deserve no less than 5 stars

I called this company and made arrangements regarding looking at my truck or and transmission problem and to replace or fix the exhaust . He gave me a quote for the transmission assuming what we discussed was the problem . After my truck was there for 3 days with no call I began calling 3 days in a row with no return call from the mechanic . I received a call a week later that my truck was ready to pick up , when I called back the mechanic said it was all fixed and ready to go . I m assuming transmission fixed and exhaust done and was happy to hear the cost didn t go over what he quoted . When I went to pickup truck my invoice simply said Transmission Fixed no line items of parts or labor and I was rudely told we didn t get to your exhaust cause my guy was out , Then I went to pay with a credit card and they did not want me to pay a CC and said there was a charge for that so I paid it . Then I find out out they didn t even drop the transmission pan because he said didn t need to and wanted me to pay another 250.00 to do a service and then they would drop the pan !! I declined and left . Now almost a month later we get snow and I go to use the 4 wheel drive and guess what ? It doesn t work ! My 4 wheel drive worked fine before being repaired so I didn t think to check it and I didn t put more than 100 miles on it since being repaired ! I called and left 2 messages with no call back, At this point I m cutting my losses and figuring it out on my own . Truly the worst customer service I have received without knowing what they actually did I feel ripped off ! Be Careful !!Service: Transmission

Thought my car has a transmission problem. Pulled in to A to Z and in a half a minute I was already being helped. Nicest guy. Took my car for a spin, came back a few minutes later and said that the transmission wasn't the problem, but it was the catalytic converter. OMG, it all made sense! What a relief. He said they'd have to order the cat in, and my car would be good to go by end of the following day. My goodness, I was at ease. No to mention, the price he quoted is what I paid, and I am certain it would have been more money elsewhere. This is a great group of folks over there, for sure!Service: Exhaust

I had my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee checked out here, they explained the work that needed to be done, there were several issues that came up while they had my vehicle (none of them fault of the business, My specific Jeep is know for electrical errors) they were exceptional at keeping me updated with the issues, and resolutions as they occurred. very professional, very friendly. they even pointed out some work that had been done by another company that had failed. even though the repairs took much longer that quoted, I was very happy at how they handled my vehicle, making sure to correct every issue. After my jeep had "Settled" I had another issue with the transmission, I took it to them and they were able to fix it right away (again no fault of their work) I will ALWAYS take my cars here, prices are reasonable as well.

Amazing service and work. I was quoted for a full clutch replacement at about $1000 plus part cost and payed well under what the quote was. I received updates and pictures through the process! Awesome employees with great insight and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and would recommend to a friend anytime. Overall a very honest and dependable place!!!

The mechanics were very nice, but we came for transmission repair and had codes from check engine light. They replaced electrical for ignition ... less than a day later the transmission failed. We paid them $600 then had to shell out an extra $1200 to replace the transmission less than 24 hours after we left the shop.We were across the country on a road trip and the last thing they asked us was how far we had to drive...

Terrible service made an appointment for service and my truck sat for three weeks untouched. They proceeded to tell me after I called to check on progress multiple times that they couldn't get to it and I had to go to another shop. I took my vehicle in to have an inspection and was treated very respectfully. They were honest about a problem I had that was not something that required their expertise. I was never charged for the inspection though they had to utilize a person who was on another project. My thanks for the courtesy and professionalism.

Went and they test drove my to car said about i needed a new cable. Said they would call to get availability and cost and that was a couple weeks ago?! Guess they don't keep track of stuff idk. Seemed nice enough, but what house is that without follow thru.

My son bought an Isuzu Rodeo from these guys. It came with a one year warranty on the transmission. When it started having trouble, Bill took care of it no questions asked. Nice man who honors his word. Nice to see that these days.

Not many people actually understand what goes into performing the service they provide, but for those who will listen, they will take the time to explain your unique situation at hand. 2001 Dodge 25500 diesel.Had transmission repair many years back. Just had transmission repaired again. Was told that the parts used by AZ where garbage. Also was sold a Billet torque converter which after all it was a billet cover and garbage parts. Do not use AZ transmission.Service: Transmission repairService: Transmission repair

Called to get a price quote and they quoted me literally twice what 3 other places did. Don t know if they just didn t feel like doing the work, because I bought my own transmission kit, or if they are just that much more on labor.

No communication! They never called me back when they said they would ,I always had to call them. They took a month to do a warranty repair. The repair was due to the fact they used a bunch used parts that fell out and my car wouldnt go into gear. Didnt replace a seal around the speedo cable and now I have water coming in and pooling on the floor!

Absolute waste of time! Was told to drop it off to look at an issue with traction control. They called me and said I need to take it to a dealership. Total waste of a day!!!

Wish I could give them no stars. Dont know why, but it's just about impossible to get someone to call you back to even give them money. Don't know what that's about but good luck getting their business
