Update...***It's still awesome! Jeffrey should receive a raise, at the least, but more likely worthy of a promotion. True professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Dalton, who did the work, was equally as knowledgeable and friendly.My service today was very quick and professional and left me with no question whatsoever that I had a high-quality service performed. I've been going here for years!

First off, i'm giving this a 2 because they were thoughtful enough to turn me away before letting me wait in line.I was told they couldn't service newer Ford Rangers because they had to take the wheel off to get to the oil filter... I normally do this job myself but I've currently got a shoulder injury, giving them the benefit of doubt and this being the first time this truck was getting the oil changed, I drove it home to do it myself...YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE THE WHEEL OFF..... now I'm at home doing the job with a messed up shoulder, annoyed that I was lied to. This post is for other Ranger owners.Pictures are included.There are 4 plastic screws that come out quick for the dust cover.

They made it so quick and easy! I didn t even have to get out of my car. They did everything right there on the computer next to the car and ran through all the possible things I could need. They didn t treat me like I was dumb or try to up-sell me just because I m a woman. I've been going to valvoline for quite some time and they have all been great including this one. Today not so much at this location. They did their job with the oil change but I don't understand why my front bumper has oil wiped all throughout the front bumper where the hood pops up. This is very upsetting since in knowing there is measures that can be takin to prevent this from happening. Considering I've just spent $113 to get a service from you guys. Now I have to go spend some more to clean this mess. Kind of a bummer!Service: Oil change

Customer service is excellent! They are thorough and always explain what they are doing. Not just an oil change. They check many basics of your vehicle, even made sure my tires were all full and at the same pressure. Highly recommend.

The gentleman was nice who performed my oil change. At the end he had an issue closing my hood. I told him how to do it and he did not listen, so he slammed it down to get it to close. It closed but then would not stay completely closed. After taking it to a dealership it was discovered the top part of the latch system was broken from being slammed shut. When I called to let them know this they told me they would stand behind that it was broken when it came in. Which is not true and impossible. I just drove 3,000 from SC to WA. I had my vehicle serviced before I left and I also put some windshield fluid in during the trip with no issues. While the people were nice I cannot stand to have people lie about something and try to take advantage of someone. It is gonna cost me around 4,000 to fix the issue.

Couldn't print my receipt.Did no light checks or fill ups.Charged 50 labor when I brought my own oil.Didn't honor any coupons.They don't take off the drain plug which has a magnet that should be wiped off each service as well, they use an extractor..Half the job double the price at this location.Go to any other location. They are all better.

I am beyond upset at this point. I went for a simple oil change and the technicians came to me with a broken oil sending unit. Proceeded to tell me I needed to rent a vehicle from a car rental with my insurance. We are on week two now and not fixed and stuck driving my car to work as I'm not renting. There has been a lack of communication as well as rectification and I'm just so very displeased. We are getting ready to move this weekend and I just want my car back to the way it was when I went in to the shop. The part hasn't come in or is the wrong part. They could take it and have it fixed at the Nissan dealership however have refused. This is unacceptable. I'm moving to a different location. They were able to resolve the issue prior to my relocating and very nice gentlemen. Thank you for correcting the problem.

Don t waste your time.. pulled up at 4:43 with 2 people talking outside doing nothing and someone in the office.. all for a 10 minute oil change in my 21 Kia K5 easy oil change in a 4 cyl.. sat and waited for them to actually acknowledge my presence all to be told it s too late to take a car in . I say, don t you close at 5? Well we don t take anyone in around 20mins to closing It s unfortunate when poor management and lazy employees create bad experiences and wastes people s time driving there vs any other place for a 10 minute oil change .

Professional and friendly service. Great communication and accurately timed the wait. We were grateful that they were open on a Sunday. They topped off oil, checked lights, and filled air at no charge. Gave us peace of mind on a long drive.

Provided me with polite and professional service. It was first time I'd been there. Based on my experience, I will return to this location. I recommend this location to others. Check online as this location often has coupons for really good deals.

Very professional staff.Love the fact you stay in the car while the service is performed. They explain exactly what is happening and why they are doing it...I would definitely use them again in the future.

102 dollar bait and switch oil change. WHAT?? Guy comes out ahead if time while I am waiting (see below) to let me know they are out of a 5-20 oil. I had 5-30 semi-synthetic. Says I am good. I wait frustrated. Two cars have come and gone in Bay 1 while bay 2 has the oil change guy standing and talking to the driver of the vehicle for 15 min. No movement. No explanation. Sit and wait. Been waiting for 30 min now for one car to move through. Definitely not fast. Will give another 10 min then bail. A courtesy explanation would be helpful so I could have moved to another lane and been on my way. Just a thought for Valvoline team to help customers manage their precious time.Finally get to come in. No word about the wait. They take my name and info and start the topping of fluids and then tell me they are out of my oil and need to use full synthetic for 102 dollars. I have had full synthetic changes at a number of places and it has never been 102 dollars. I decided to cancel the oil change and left to go find a place that can provide better service at a reasonable price. Normal shop I go to is closed today. I will wait.

My vehicle informed me it was time for my oil change. This is the second time it's come up early. The first time I went in and got an oil change done and they just changed my oil and that was at a different Valvoline this one I happen to be in the neighborhood and went to it and they told me I just needed topped off and checked all my fluids and aired up my tires and send me on my way and it was nice to not get taken advantage of because I was a female by myself in my vehicle getting something done on my car so thank you very much I really appreciate it. You guys have given me hope. And the guys were very nice and happy and friendly.Service: Oil change

Full service oil change took about 15 min. Make sure to look for any coupons online prior to your visit. Total came out to ~$38 for conventional oil change. Employees were quick, friendly, and nice.

Quick, friendly staff. Quick oil change, and they always have a coupon available online you can easily use from your phone. However, when the guy changed my wipers, he accidentally left the screw driver by my front windshield (in that space between the hood and windshield) no damage occurred thankfully, and I returned the next day to bring back their screwdriver. They were friendly and apologized. I've been going to valvoline for over a year and will continue to do so

Super nice staff, there were a few hiccups with the machines but over all happy. Pretty penny but at least I can stay in my rig. They let me know what was going on every step of the way and covered everything I needed or might want to look into. Happy with my experience.

Tldr: They didn't change the oil filter and provided no customer service when caught. Do not recommend taking a vehicle here for an oil change. Manager attended to give 50% off next visit, I will not be going back.Usually do my own oil changes, but didn't want to get under the SUV to do it this time around. So took it here because my wife has been taking her car here and said they had very good service.At first everything seemed to go well and the staff were all friendly and somewhat informative on the state of the car. I did notice during the process that I never really heard them under the vehicle which I thought was a little odd.Once I got home I decided to double check the work that was done cause I just had an odd feeling. Quickly looking up at the oil filter I noticed that is was the old black Toyota filter and not a new white Valvoline filter. I then double checked my invoice to ensure that they are suppose to replace the filter, which I was billed for. I called another location and was assured by the manager that every oil change includes an oil filter.So I called back the location and explained what happened. No apologies from them they just told me to come back. I came back and they replaced the filter. But still no apology for the inconvenience. The employee that did the first service just seemed annoyed that I came back and caught them being lazy and not completing the job.I will not go back to Valvoline for oil change nor will my wife. I most likely will change my oil manually since I do not trust the job that was done.I will update this review if I am contacted by Valvoline and they actually do something to make up for the horrible experience and inconvenience it caused.I will be upping the review at 2 stars. I was contacted by the manager of the store, but I do not feel the response made things right. I did end up having to do the oil change myself cause I just didn't trust the service and found that the oil level was below the minimum. I told the manager this and he apologized. He then told me that next time I go in my oil change will be 50% off. It seems that he was trying to make things right but in my opinion it just wasn't good enough. I fully expected a full refund.I will not be going back there simply because I cannot trust their staff to do the work that I am paying for.

Service and customer service has definitely declined significantly! The services are not what they used to be. They don't offer nearly what they used to, they also don't perform the maintenance to completion. They are either not properly trained, or valvolion is cutting corners as a corporation, or these young men are not properly supervised.Also when the technicians are talking about the condition of your vehicle and make the assumption that it's overseen and cared for by your spouse because they assume a woman can't take care of a vehicle is a poor reflection on the business and how these young men were raised. If they're going to discuss a customer please wait until the customer leaves the establishment.

I can only go based on my own experience. I can't really rate them more than one star because they were unable to do an oil change for my car. I understand that 2013 cars are considered "old" now, but how can an oil change shop not carry oil filters for cars that are still seen in decent numbers still?

This Morning I realize my car was far over due for an oil change and popped into our local Valvoline in Hawks Prairie,WA. The staff was So friendly, fast & informative. Arthur, Stephen, Erica & Chad had me in and out in no time at all!!! I can even go have my fluids Topped off still taking care of me after my original oil change!! Also Took the extra step to set a reminder for me also ,so I won t forget!! Bringing my husbands car to them next!! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service !! See you soon!

Been going here for couple years! Last time I had an oil change, got home noticed oil on my garage floor! Went back was told it was only excess left in the lip of the pan huh?Called today, asked if they had my filter in stock, ( they don t always have it) was told he was too busy to check!Thanks for the NO customer service!I ll be going to a different company! You just just lost a loyal customer!

Had my Rear Differential Fluid changed, but receipt says Rear Differential fluid "Not Checked", along with Front Differential and Transfer Case "Not Checked" even though I asked them to make sure and check them. Also says Oil Service Indicator Light was Reset. They did not even mention that to me. Figured out how to do it after I got home.Other than that, Andrew had a professional and friendly attitude. I appreciated that. Just needs to follow up on details. I take my vehicles maintenance seriously, they should to.If they did check those like I asked, WHY would they put "Not Checked"?If my Front Differential or Transfer case now fails then my after market might not pay for it since I supposedly never had it even checked which is proven (in error) by THEIR STUPID receipt notations! Which only protects them. Is this done on purpose by design or just a simple oversight. Either way.......we'll make up your own mind.By the way, their prices have gone up, so should their "expert service" then. Please.....just do the job that is expected and paid for.

These guys are quick! In and out, it took a full synthetic five minutes to do a full service oil change and though it is a bit pricey, you definitely get more than what you pay for.If you want to treat your vehicle to a good oil change, with friendly staff, this is a good place to go!Make sure to look online for their coupons if you want to save a little extra money if you decide you want to get a bite to eat or a coffee after a quick lube

I've been going here for years (this location), today I went up there and the team member that was helping me said that I needed a drain plug for them to change my oil????? I was kind of lost, I asked again and he told me they can't change the oil on my car if I don't have it (like an extra one, they didn't even look underneath the car or anything), although I got my oil changed at a Valvoline location before in the same exact car.
