I dropped in and had been contemplating new wheels for a month or so. Immediately greeted with a smile. Was eager to help. Had the knowledge I needed and also had a wide selection of wheels ON HAND! The entire crew was friendly and efficient. Prices were great. Any time in I'm looking for wheels/tires, I'm taking my business here. Thank you Universal Tire!

Av and staff were great ! Very nice and know their stuff. They put on tires that I bought brand new from discount tire along with the rims I got from them. They even were nice enough to custom cut bumper and finder flares so tires wouldn't rub. They even got me better quote on tires then discount but discount match them. But they did save me $30 a tire in the long run. Thanks AJ

I was in a car accident, my front left wheel was completely bent. I had been driving around dangerously on my spare tire. I ordered my part and asked to put it in myself, however they were so sweet! When I kept asking questions about not damaging the bead and they offered their services to install my tire onto the new wheel.. Even still... It turned out I ordered the wrong wheel. What these two guys did made my day and even my week. They bent my wheel back to shape at no cost to keep me going safely. This shop has the lowest prices in Olympia and the greater Olympia area. I'm so surprised that it isn't always full. they work quickly and they are polite

Came in today with a dumb problem (hitch extender stuck in hitch) and was greeted with a smile and immediately helped (after another shop turned us away). Couldn't be happier with the customer service or work done on my vehicle. I had also come in here another time for an alignment and trouble shooting a noise and had equally great service. I would reccomend this shop to anyone!

I had a tire mounted and balanced here. They did not remove the previous weight before balancing the new tire and added a bunch of weight to the opposite side. Pretty careless

They were able to get us right in. They tightened our lug nuts & didn't charge us anything.

Front desk was personable and informative and whoever was behind the scenes doing the work did a great job (thanks for tighting the loose sway linkage nut!). I came in with no apt and was able to leave with an alignment completed in about an hour. Quality alignment work and not just aligning to factory spec on a lifted truck and calling it good. Thanks

Very happy this was the only store I could find that would modify the wheel wells on my 02 avalanche to fit my costom 20inch wheels and 35 inch tires.awso

These guys aren't just good mechanics, they're good ppl. The work is miles beyond just competent, their prices leave their competitors in the dust, but above all that, they are understand what the customer is going through. You know that when it's your vehicle in front of them it's the only vehicle on their mind. A foundation of compassion supporting a down to earth structure that's finished off with heart, soul, and a passion for what they love doing is what's sets them apart from so many other places and is the reason I will stand by this review until the day I die. If this wasn't your first stop then I promise you it'll be your last. But don't just take me word for it. Check in it out for yourself

Had an issue with a tire. They had us in and out in 30 minutes. Great and friendly service, Great job. If ever in Thurston County with tire issues, I will definitely be back! Excellent pricing.

Bryan, Moise and another guy, I didn t happen to get his name, were all helpful when it came to purchasing a set of wheels and tires, as well as getting some trimming done. They all provided excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone!

by far the best service around, these guys were quick and friendly and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need for my SUV (like other shops). I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of tires and I will be a return customer for sure.

Fantastic customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our TMPS sensors and they were able to get us in same day, fixed up and on our way super fast. I highly recommend this business.

Had tires swapped a few weeks ago. Went to discount tire today to buy new ones. Bolts were way over torqued and TPMS sensors were built with incorrect parts.(Discount tire rebuilt at no charge). What a shame. The overall experience here was pleasant.

Man talk about service. These guys are super competitive in pricing. Took great care of my wife s car and got us in and out you can t beat them. If you were thinking about shopping around don t they will do it right the first time. No up sell just Gave me what I wanted and got me out the door

I went here because it was basically the first tire place I drove by after I realized I had an issue with my front tire losing air. They were very helpful and nice. I will definitely come back here again when needed, and recommend this place to others. Thank you !!

It took longer to work on my Corvette because it had additional problems, but the mechanic and staff were excellent. They took care and went beyond to do what was needed to get my car right. It hasn't ran this well for years.

These guys are awesome....they've done several things for me and multiple family members...The lift in my truck was amazing I'm so very pleased with they're customer service.and the willing to help and keep me informed about every thing they've doing and alerted me on things that need attention....this is the place to go if you're looking for great prices and quality products and excellent customer service

Stopped in to have my squeaky tires checked on a 2010 Chevy. Needed breaks! They put on new breaks within 30 minutes and we re VERY $$ reasonable!!! Thank you Universal tire!!
