These people charged a $375 "drop fee" they hadn't even picked up my car and were simply parked in front of my vehicle.I'll be taking them to small claims court with the 4 witnesses who saw . They are predatory.

I will always recommend patriot towing! Their customer service is unmatched. I got two flats on the right side & called to get an estimate. Spoke to bill and he gave me some great advice and he was so kind and compassionate. You can tell just by talking to him that he is very knowledgeable! Although I ended up not needing a tow, you have made a life long friendship. If i ever need one in the future i know who to call! I was so appreciative of the excellent customer service i decided I'd drop off some donuts to their office in appreciation but sadly they were closed! I'll enjoy one for you bill, thank you again!Service: Car towing

Great customer service! We were stuck on the side of the freeway and not only did they help get our car to safety, they also helped us when they didn't have to. Bill was very professional and most of all he got my car out of a 4 Deep steep trench With no damage done to my car. Very caring and respectful. I tried 3 other tow companies that could not come. Patriot towing responded within a half an hour he was on site.They will have my business from now on in an emergency situation!God Bless you Bill and thanks for your service to us hear and in the military!

I really wish I could give this company and 10/5 rating. That s just how great they are!! Called in for a tow, after speaking to the CSR and explaining our sticky situation between us and another party, he not only led me in the right direction but took his time explaining on why each option is the way it is. Which we really appreciated. The two employees who showed up to take the car, were professional, kind, and efficient. Made our nightmare of a situation, easy breezy. we all get and understand understaffed, overworked, covid, staff shortage, heaven forbid a loss causing personal havoc. and the general public is rough. but the reply from you of hearsay is a lie! you're conversation was overheard and my personal call after learning you used the wrong son's name online did not go much better. if you are of military background as you claimed then you know better! true facts are 1.other tow outfits were running. and at 1/3 your price I understand why they were very busy as well. 2.sorry if you were to sleepy to notice my wife's call was at 6:30 am not 1am as you stated. but you're add says 24 hour. maybe temp hire someone? there are temp services in town you can call in a time like bad weather when a tow operator might expect higher volume. 3.shaming someone for doing their best to get to work in bad weather is not helping after the fact that they slid into a bush and was high centered. the officer that stopped to check wanted the car moved asp. there is nothing you said to anyone that he didn't hear from his parents. maybe quit towing and become a driving instructor? 4.where you went to far, looking up someone's personal profile to gather information to shame the worker farther online is creepy, and ironically enough using the wrong son's name of a man in uniform currently serving is shady behavior! this does not portray a PATRIOT... I would suggest seeking help through the VA if you can. 5.a simple gee sorry you felt that way. or even gee mam we are understaffed and can not tow at the moment. would not have gotten her review. it's called tact and they teach that in customer service class you can find at evergreen college. thank you for removing our son's name although a professional would have never bothered to go there! in closing I wish you well in the future. but to the customer? call around because this owner really values not driving in the icy conditions.

Although we ended up not needing their services, our Patriot's customer service experience was excellent. Bill was extremely helpful, helped brainstorm ideas with me over the phone, made some calls around and called me back. SUPERB customer service. Highly recommended!

When I needed a tow, I called Patriot Towing. Unfortunately, he was not able to get to us, but hooked us up with another company who was much closer to our location. Bill offered lots of advice regarding safety, cost and preparing for the "just in case" that our situation may have required while we waited for Too Cool Towing to arrive. It says a lot about a company who will give business to another company for the sake of safety and expedience. My wife and I are grateful that the towing portion of our ordeal was as painless as it was. Overall, my experience with Patriot Towing Recovery was top notch. Thanks again, Bill. RLTW!!

The owner Bill is an outstanding character! Not only worked through my terrible navigation skills, and poorly placed vehicle with a smile on his face. But he saved me 100s in the long run. I had planned to move it from one spot to the next(cause my driveway was full) until I could get it fixed. His network system brought me to Expert Auto repair LLC where they beat other quotes I got from other mechanics. I also lost my keys to this vehicle. So Bill called up Sampson Locksmith where he also knows people and got me an awesome price there too. All in all, I got a cheap, friendly, reliable tow, and a bunch of other things I needed for my vehicle all checked off thanks to this guy! 10 stars if I could!

My husband and an employee were stranded in Tacoma today (Sunday) after getting a flat tire. Bill was incredibly honest and helpful, looked up what reliable companies were closer to where they were stranded so we could save money, and helped me figure out exactly what information I'd need to tell these other companies so they would arrive with the proper set up. I was so stressed out and frazzled when I called, but when I was done talking with him I felt so much better about everything. Thanks, Bill, and if I ever need a tow closer to home, you'll be my first choice!

These guys are Amazing!!! Car wouldn t start, called them they arrived quickly. We re a tremendous help! And the price of the tow wasn t as bad as I thought it was going to be which was nice! I strongly recommend these guys! If your ever need a tow give these guys a call! Thanks again guys!!

A million stars would be given If I could.. My saturn died on the side of the road, and I called them to see if they could tow it to the junk yard to scrap it and pay for the tow... well this guy literally was so honest with me that he risked losing him a tow just so he could save me a dollar. In a better world, if I had more money, I would have had him tow it to make them money just because of the kahunas he had to be honest about it and take a hit. A lot of other companies would have tried to get me to use their service at all costs, maybe even lying about it in the process. I ended up taking his advice and getting Pick and pull to tow it out, so they lost a tow. I WILL be using these guys for my towing and recommending them from this point on, period...no doubt about it. Go to these guys if you need a tow, and they'll try their best to help you out in an honest manner. The tow wouldn't have been that expensive either if I had chosen to tow with them.

Everthing about this company is amazing they went over and beyond. I was really grateful to have them there during a frustrating time. They never let me feel stranded talk me through all the options and even googled some things for me so I never felt broke down and alone. Use them you wont regret it request them is possible. 1000 stars!

Bill, that I didn t know at the time is the owner of patriot towing. This man is a life saver tonight. He came out to my home At 10:30 on a Saturday just to get my keys out of my car. As I m not feeling well tonight and being a space cadet I accidentally locked my keys in my car and this mans genuine compassion went above and beyond my expectations. He didn t make me feel rushed and gave me a few pointers on how to get rid of this cold that I have right now. He will forever be someone in my life stories. Thank you so much bill for your service in the military as well as your help tonight getting me back into my car. & very quickly might I add. I will definitely recommend yu to anyone who might need a tow or locksmith!

These people are awesome!!! My tire blew on the freeway and I didn't know anyone or even where I was at. They were soooo helpful. The guy that I was talking to on the phone helped me find a place to get a tire. Of course everything was closing but he called up the guys from Firestone and they said that they will stay open for me. I was soo happy and thankful . The tow truck only took 30min. I didn't get his name but the young man with dirty blonde hair and an awesome beard helped with towing my truck. We got to ride in the car while he was towing us. It was awesome. Everyone was sooo friendly and helpful. Thank you sooo much.

First off, this company surpassed their reviews. I called, they were able to point me in the best direction for my vehicle needs and my family. They also recommended me to local business that specialized in my needs. I will only recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow. Honest, and genuine people who care about customers, very rare to find!!!

Called at 4PM on a Th. Dispatch said less than 30 min. Casey arrived less than 10 min later. Flatbed, very quick hookup. Casey was friendly and helpful. Fred Meyer, Lacey to Bryan's Auto. While thing done in less than 45 min. Will use again and recommend to others. Thank you Casey.

I lost all fuel pressure on I5 exit 95 at 8pm on a Saturday night. I called AAA and they couldn't get service out to me and told me I had to find my own tow truck and that I would have to find a cab (which would have been $100) bc no tow company can transport 3 people. I called a few and Patriot was the first, they didn't answer at first, and neither did the second company I called... I am so tired and frustrated, had been driving all day and just wanted to get home... By the time I rang third, just 3 minutes after missing my call, the manager/ owner of Patriot called me back... When I said hello he must have heard my frustration bc he was very concerned above all else that I was safe and in a safe position... Then he not only got a truck to us in 18 MINUTES!!!!! He also made sure that they brought a truck that could transport all three of us, even though my car did not require the equipment load that this tow truck possessed, they still sent it just to make sure I didn't have to spend another $100 on a cab. The driver was very nice... He helped us find our keys I lost (it was a long day) and them helped us get our jeep into the parking spot: both gentlmen calmed my nerves immediately, it is always so amazing to see/experience honest real genuine caring customer service!!!! Thank you Patriot!!!! And I think with your logo you could pull off Seahawks shirts, without it being confusing with the Patriot part.

Tire blew out while driving to Portland. Called my insurance company, Progressive, who dispatched Patriot Towing. We were given an ETA of 75 minutes by Patriot Towing. Hours later, no one came. Patriot Towing later called Progressive and told them that they were sorry and that they would be calling us to apologize personally. No one ever called. What kind of customer service is that? Glad my money went to another towing company who cares about potential and existing customers.

Don't use this company they charged me $271.00 to tow my car only one mile. When I called to get another quote from further away they gave me an estimate of $109. Thats triple of what it should have been.

Our daughter broke down with the kids in the car. Patriot Towing picked them up and delivered everyone and car to our house. Wow, what a stress reliever. Fast, super friendly and affordable. Thank you!

Timely, professional service at a fair price. Driver was able to drop my car at shop after hours and left key in drop box so I was able to head straight home.
