I would like to give a shout out to Derek, and Jesse For helping me today and making my day great!! This morning around 5 AM, I hit a stupid median that I couldn t see, a new one that was put in recently on my way to work. (Ulta) When I called Les Schwab to ask them what I should do they made my life so much easier. I spoke to Derek. He sent Jessi over., He put my spare tire on my car. So, when I got off of work, I could drive over to Les Schwab and get a new tire put on. When I arrive there after work, Derek had already went and picked up my new tire from another location and got me in right away to put the tire on. Talk about A+ customer service. I was freaking out this morning what I was going to do my husband s working and I don t have another vehicle. So thank you Jessi and Derek for making today A great day, Even though it started out, kind of rough, literally lol

Jonathon Green and Ryan explain everything to me and got us set up with new tires and rims. Extremely happy. Had Jonathon pick the rims for us. My husband is very happy with them. Thank you so much.

Scratched the hell out of the inside of my wheel with what I presume to be a screwdriver taking the wheel weight off. Called and they said it s on the inside so it doesn t matter and hung up. Not only scratching my wheels but also intentionally revving on my car while pulling it around and backing it in (car sounds great but not their job to rev up on my car) Very displeased with this but the desk staff was very helpful!

The Aberdeen Les Schwab when you pull up people coming running to meet and great and ask what they can do for you. This Les Schwab I sat for 15 minutes backed in with my lights on and not 1 person came to great or ask what was up. They all looked multiple times but no one came to help.

I had a huge spike in the tire of my horse trailer I took it to less Schwab in Lacey and within a half an hour they had it fixed. I asked how much I owed them and they said nothing. Their service is unsurpassed by any company in town. They truly have the best customer service. I am so grateful

The staff was very courteous and professional. My new tires were installed and vehicle ready to go no more than an hour after my scheduled appointment. A tech spoke with me directly to explain in detail any issues which were found & supplied the best recommendation to remedy the problem and any associated costs. Very straightforward. I believe they had my best interest in terms of safety for both myself & my vehicle at heart with their recommendations. I did not feel that they were trying to make a extra buck by trying to sell me on services which I did NOT need at the time.

Went there today because of a flat tire. When I decided to leave the tire to be repaired, the woman at the counter tells me "to get the tire out of my car and and take it over to the bay door area, where one of the guys will put my name on the tire." Um, EXCUSE ME?I then asked one the the guys to please come and get my tire. He very kindly did.Later I get a call that they are unable to fix it. They also don't have any used tires that will work, they are more than happy to sell me another tire. I bought these tires from Les Schwab less than 3 years ago. They're supposed to be covered by a warranty for 60,000 miles. They have about 35,000 miles on them.Yep, that is my experience with Les Schwab. Never again

Super-fast service on a Saturday morning. I called ahead and they were expecting me as I pulled up. They took the car and it was on the lift before I walked inside. A team of four techs got to work replacing my TPMS sensors and I was out the door in under 30 minutes. Great work- thanks guys!

When they could have charged me to replace my tires, they patched it for free and I was on my merry way. Then, my husband needed new tires only to have them patch his for free and he was on his merry way! They are fantastic, and were kind and professional the entire time. Thank you!

Went into to get a free alignment check. I did not sign any authorization to approve work. I was a walk in and they said it would take about an hour and a half to get to it, so I waited. When they called me up, they said it was aligned and charged for an alignment. When I questioned I had only come in for their free alignment check, they claimed I had authorized the alignment. I did not sign to have any work done. Manager would not even come out and discuss with me. Beware of what they say! I will never do business with this store again. Les Schwab is the only tire store I'll ever use. The young man who waited on me was so great. Professional, helpful, kind, informative, patient, and explained everything. They are never pushy. They guarantee they're tires and service.

Went in 2/16 for a tire rotation. Brake inspection confirmed green, all good (<14,000 miles on them).Horrible screeching sound coming from left rear tire. I take it back and they can t find anything, I demonstrate the horrible noise and they look again and say they hear it too but nothing they can do. Except replace my perfectly fine rear drum brakes.Now the rear tire make a knocking sound, the brakes rattle and shake in addition to the screeching, all of this completely new after the tire rotation. Beware.

Lacey Les SchwabKohout's Automotive Services quoted $750.00 to replace my rear brakes. I called Les Schwab, and they quoted me $466.00. When I took it into Les Schwab for the repair. They did a brake inspection and found nothing wrong with my brakes. Thanks, Shawn, for your integrity and honesty .

I was very pleased customer service at 10 they were nice and very concerned and caring . Jarik was the technician that took care of me and he was fantastic I give Les Schwab at 10 if I could give them a 15 I would Thank You Les Schwab for making my day.

We've been disappointed since Les Schwab sold their family business after the death of the founder. You can see a noticeable difference in how things are done with the new owner.They no longer come running out to your car. And now they try to upcharge you on things you don't need. They'll try to tell you how your brakes need to be redone or that you need shocks or struts. They didn't used to do that! They used to be honest! They had a nationwide reputation for being customer service driven. And they have lost that .It is really disheartening that this new owner is keeping the name of Les Schwab and destroying the foundation and dishonoring the memory by providing shoddy service and being disingenuous. After 30 years of being a long time customer of this business we are looking elsewhere.It is really disappointing.

Les Schwab is the BEST! My daughter came in from out of town and was getting a low tire warning light. A technician quickly assessed, resolved, showed her how to reset the code, and sent her on her way, no charge. So impressive! Always!

If you like your vehicle more destroyed than when you took it in, then by all means, definitely go here!!! I bought my tires here, and they came with free rotations. I told them to only rotate and do nothing else and DO NOT BALANCE AS I HAVE BALANCE BEADS. What did they do? They balanced and put an absolute ton of weights and in the process destroyed my front end and wanted to charge me $1600 for something they destroyed. They will destroy your vehicle so they can make more money. I am a certified mechanic and I have had a ton of words with the manager. Yet I still hear tons of horror stories from other customers!

Everyone was very helpful, and the warranty covered the tire replacement. I have difficulty sitting inside because of the rubber smell. But I'm pretty sensitive to smells.

Took my car in for a free brake inspection, as a drop off with no appointment. Turns out I didn t need anything done but they still rotated my tires and took the time to explain everything to me. Great shop with nice professional guys!

My tire has been losing air for days, 2 times I brought it in and have been told that there is nothing wrong with it. Yesterday different people looked at it and told me I was good to go. Today my PSI was 6. So they must be right nothing is wrong with that.

They are nice but very slow at this one. Can't get you a tire checked and alignment in under 3 hours.They used to get you turned around in a half hour. I see alot of workers chatting amd standing around with multi hour wait tines being dispatched.Not great business but they see really nice to the old ladies and such so I gave them a bump. Still it took 2 hours to check a nail in tire.

Friendly for sure, but twice now they want to upsell aka lie. First was a 1yo truck stating Ball joint going bad it wasn't. Now today they said I needed new lugnuts cause ford makes theirs so it won't fit their sockets.Went to discount tire no issues with lug nuts, spent money I saved on lugnuts taking the kids to a movie while we waited for our car to get tires.I welcome les scwab to rebuttal this but I have the estimates stating otherwise.

Les Schwab-Lacey fixed my "non-repairable" run flat tire per Firestone for free. Run flats can actually be repaired if not actually run flat, but just low on air. Good to know information.

I called the Les Schwab store in the morning explained I had a screw in my tire and a slow leak. They told me to bring it down and they d check it out. Once I got there, I was checked in and about 45 mins later they gave me my keys and said it s all fixed. When I asked how much for the repair, the tech said no charge! I was so surprised. I said thank you very much and was on my way. That s the reason I have taken all my cars to Les Schwab .Great customer service.
