I got my vehicle repaired here and the customer service was excellent. My vehicle looks brand new after repairs and they detailed the interior. Hopefully i won't need them again, but i wouldn't hesitate to go back. Highly recommend.

Roger was excellent. He listened and worked with me and with the other person s insurance company. The estimate was done in a timely manner. We really appreciated his honesty and fair out of my pocket cost. Thank you Roger and Extreme Collision Team in Shelton.

Staff was wonderful! Ashley and Alex were so helpful and friendly. Jon kept me well informed and I appreciated his honesty. My car was perfectly repaired. My 2013 Corvette dash peeled back and no one would even try to take it on because of the impossibility of repairing it successfully.Lacey Collision Center was able to replace it with the help of Lonco Upholstery he was able to make it so I would never even know that it was ever replaced.I was elated and surprised how well it turned out.I highly recommend them both!!!

I want to start off by saying that I've taken my car for repairs to Lacey Collision Center 3 times over the past decade and every time they did a great job with repairing and cleaning my car.Here is why I'm giving it a 1-star review:I brought my car in for a repair estimate today. An employee came out and called my name. I said "here" and we went out to look at my car. There was no "hello", no "how are you?", no name introductions, nothing of that nature. What happened instead was this employee looked at me and said "looks like you've been having a rough time." At first I thought he was referring to the damage to my car, but I quickly realized that this whole time he has been looking at me, and not my car. So I asked him "what do you mean?" His response was "well, you're wearing a mask and you are extremely thin." This really caught me off guard...I am 33 years old and I have muscular dystrophy. It is a terminal lifelong illness which I've battled with physically, emotionally, and mentally for my entire life. I also had a heart transplant when I was 19, which has made life challenging in many ways as well. Yes, I am thin. I look a bit unusual. Yes, I still wear masks when I'm inside public places that have people coming in and out of. I have a compromised immune system due to my transplant so I wear a mask at times.When this employee made, what I felt was, a snarky comment about my mask and my physical appearance, I responded with "I have muscular dystrophy."He looked at me and said "oh, how is that?" as if he was asking me about a new soda that I just took a sip of rather than asking about my terminal illness. I again didn t know exactly what to say because it should be pretty obvious, so I just said that s why I m thin. He responded with how did you get it? Again I didn t know what to say. You don t get muscular dystrophy. It's not a virus. It s not contagious. It s a genetic mutation. Everyone who has it gets it in the womb. Everyone who has it was born with it. I simply replied birth He kept looking at me, so I told him about my heart transplant and why I wear a mask. At this point, I was feeling uncomfortable and he was struggling to find words, so he finally started doing his job, which was to take photos of my car.See, I don t expect people to know about or understand all the various diseases out there, including mine. I don t mind talking about my health and answering questions about it. Some people are genuinely curious. There are ways to approach people like me and ask questions with curiosity, sympathy, and most importantly, respect. This employee didn t display any of that in our interaction. He had a smirk on his face the entire time, for whatever reason. Pure ignorance and inconsideration. What baffles me the most is that this was completely unnecessary. I came to talk about my car (which in itself is already a naturally upsetting situation), not my medical history. His job is to introduce himself, take photos of my car, and print out my repair estimate. If small talk with customers is not one of his skills, then he should just keep his mouth shut.At first I wasn t too upset about it, but throughout the day I just couldn t stop thinking about this interaction and it totally ruined my mindset for the day. I decided to not make a repair appointment with Lacey Collision Center because of this. I don t want this employee getting any % of my $2300 payment, so I made an appointment with a different repair shop. It s a shame, because I feel that losing a customer hurts the whole shop, not just the bad employee, but I always vote with my wallet.I would like to give a special shout out to the man who works in reception on the desk to the left of the entrance, he is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I ve interacted with him. I d also like to shout out the woman who works at the desk to the right. She has also been nice and helpful. I apologize, I don t know their names.

Recently had damage done to our VW GTI. Was very impressed with how quick and reliable this business is. We would definitely recommend this place and if need be we will come back here

Had my car in for under 10 days over a long weekend. They offered to do some more repairs that weren't covered by my insurance and I declined them but my car still looked amazing and they treated me like a VIP. Jason from geico was great. Thanks for the good work!

Had a minor paint chip on bumper, took it in to Lacey collision and i am so happy i made that choice! The building is nice and clean and the staff are very understanding and professional. Every step of the way they were extremely helpful. Rental car place is on the property so everything can be done in one trip. 3 days later and my baby looked brand new. They also work directly with Geico which was a plus. Highly recommend this establishmentService: Body & Trim

I am a repeat customer. I stopped by for an estimate to repair & replace some trim molding on my Honda CR-V damaged by a road side ice berm and ice pot hole. Reasonable estimate. I have an appointment scheduled for next week for the repair work.

Excellent work done...good as new. After a relatively minor hit and run collision, my wife was devastated that her new SUV would never be the same again..after a few weeks driving a rental car, the SUV was ready, and looking brilliant! Luckily the damage was limited to the exterior.

Myself and my family have brought multiple cars here over the 20+ years we've lived in the area and have never had a negative experience. These folks are knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and incredibly patient which is a huge deal considering the majority of their clients are crazy stressed. A+ service, will always come back here.

The staff was great. Looked over my car, took lots of pictures, which included the front and back, and checked everything that dealt with the accident. The staff was very helpful, polite, and answered all questions about the car what to do. The place is very nice, clean and barely any wait time. Plus, they have coffee, water, and a bowl of candy. I'm very happy with the service.

I had my Toyota fixed with them, it took them only a little over a week to get my car back to me! They had great customer service and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I researched many different body/repair shops in the area beforehand and I couldn t be happier that I went with them! I highly recommend them! Don't do business with Lacey Collision. On 4/19/2023, my elderly mother had an appointment to get an estimate to fix her car that was recently in an accident. She was rudely handled by the receptionist and was told that it would be several days before they could look at the car, even though she had an appointment through her insurance. They continued to badger her when she attempted to get the insurance company on the phone to get help, only to end up in tears and being forced out of the lobby into the rain outside. The final straw was her own car keys being thrown at her like a dog to her feet by one of the employees. The owners should be embarrassed of how their employees treated an elderly woman in her 70s. Being in a recent car accident puts a lot of stress on people and continuing to harass them to tears instead of helping them with kindness and understanding clearly shows that you shouldn't be in business if you can't treat people like humans.

I've done business with Lacey Collision two times in the last 6 months or so. The front office staff were friendly and helpful and my opinion of Joel who I worked with both times is that he's top notch. Lacey Collision did an outstanding job in getting my vehicle repaired and put back on the road again in a most expeditious way providing me with a daily update on the progress of the repair from start to finish. Amazing job as if it was not involved in an accident. Finally, completing the job and delivered my vehicle right on time as promised. I would like to extend many thanks to all the staff in providing outstanding support and customer service as they are very accommodating to respond on all my questions during my visit and welcoming to allow me to come and see the progress on the repair on my vehicle. Absolutely amazing. I went to lacey collision because my insurance recommended them. I called before I made an appointment to ask the process because after being rear ended, I had body and exhaust damage and wanted to see if they do it all there. The woman who answered was so polite, and explained everything. They kept me updated after I dropped it off and didn't act annoyed when I called a few times with questions. They had my jeep back to me in 4 days. Highly highly recommend. Ashley helped me, she is the best!!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

AWESOME service! Brian provided me with text message updates on when my car would be done and let me know if anything changed as well. My car looks great! And they even detailed/cleaned the inside. First time coming here and I will definitely come back if I ever need to! Great customer service.

Insurance recommendation to get my tailgate fixed there. Staff very friendly and easy to talked to. Mr. Bryan Larson provided me with excellent service and always keep me posted. Overall I m satisfied with the service I ve received from Lacey Collision Center.

Not honest. Did not fix the damage part but claimed they did. Make sure you have your regular mechanics check your car post their repair.

Great service, detailed estimates, listened to my concerns. They actually gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car, with no charge. Vehicle was actually ready a day before promised date, which made it very convenient for figuring out transportation that last day. Very pleased with results. Car looks great, plus they included a complete interior detail. Looked and smelled nice. LOL - I highly recommend this company.

I have use this shop four times over the years and wife loved them. This last time will be the last time. They charged me for parts that thier tech broke and agreed ut was the techs fault but it was my responsibility to pay for the parts. First telling me it's was a BMW faulty part but after I called BMW and got them on the phone the story changed. End result very unprofessional and thier trained techs need retraining.(R) CSMI have no doubt about the parts breaking. One seems reasonable but both seemed extreme. The way we were treated and the nonchalant way your staff handled the situation tells me a lot about the business practices of your establishment. If I painted your house and put a ladder through a window I assume you would expect me to pay for it. The fact that this practiced with all bodyshops simply complies that your business is no better than any other.Service: Body & Trim

Every one there is so nice and professional. Got rear ended, once the appointment was made I got my car back within 3 to 4 days. Dropped off on a Tuesday and got it back on Friday. It looked awesome. I was very happy with them and their work.

Front desk girl was SUPER rude. Short temper. Hung up on me. No one called me to schedule my car until I called back almost two months later. They do not give you any information on what is happening with your vehicle. Very professional and super quick. They have the most reasonable prices and accurate turn around times. They guarantee all of their work unlike some collision outfits I've patronized. Everyone is helpful and friendly-from the counter person to the appraiser. Always a satisfying experience when I need work done.
