Used to be a great place to go. Absolutely trash now. Had them put on a new set of wheels and tires scratched both my car and the stock wheels. Went to them for an oil change a few months later and with an appointment that I was early for it still took them 2 hours to change the oil. No they were not busy. They are just lazy and spent the time complaining and cursing in the bays. Never going back after today.Service: Oil change

As I give them the least rating offered I must stress the staff is very pleasant. My dissatisfaction is it took more than two hours to find out they couldn't repair my slow leaking tire. Some of it is short staff and other is no quality assessment in place. No business wants two plus hours downtime on their payroll, shouldn't you want the same for your customer? I ended up leaving with the same problem I arrived with. Full disclosure, they did not charge me but I'd rather have the two hours back.

After my car was done I drove off and about 10 minutes later it started acting up. Steve at the Lacey Wa location kept the door open for me after closing to comfort me and tell me they would get it fixed. The next day they had replaced the spark plug that blew free of charge since it was why my car was there in the first place and it was a bad plug to begin with. I was impressed by the compassion and helpfulness of the staff and the care they took to make things right. I d give them higher score if I could and my car will always be going to that fire stone location!!!

This place wasted my time. I made an appointment to get an oil change and they didn t even have the oil I needed, simple 5w-20. They said all they had was high mileage oil and wanted to charge $75 for it. I wish they would have let me know. I took off work to get it changed and they just wasted my time. They knew what car I had and could have called and let me know before had. They should have at least offered the high mileage oil as a substitute for the same price but they didn t because they don t have customer service skills.

Would not work for the company period. They fired me 3 years in for getting sick because I had toddlers around that were new for me. I provided doctors notes and asked for flma. No answer. Worse company ever. Was always a struggle to ask for something. 10/10 would not recommend employment. Do not take your car here, the employees do not or not paid enough to work on your cars. Better off finding a trustful mechanic shop. Do not trust this company. They cannot provide a great manager along with certified techs. Not worth your time.

The store manager took great care of me. Because this was the second set of tires I've had to purchase recently, and my budget is very tight, he worked with me to give me the best deal he could.

I gave this place three chances and I will not be going back. I have been using Firestone for 12 years in different states. We just moved here this summer. One thing is the bathrooms are disgusting. The other thing is making appointments doesn t matter. I had an appt at 1100 and the guy told me they might not get to my car right away at 1100 because they were busy and it might be late when I get my car back. What s the whole point of making an appt.I also had my oil changed by them in September, I brought my car in two months later for another service, they did a full inspection and marked it on the inspection list that my oil was way below the minimum. And It s not leaking too. How does that make sense. It tells me that they are not doing a good job at all. They don t even call to let you know what they recommend. I would think they would have called me to let me know that my oil was below the minimum and that they recommend to fill it up or something. At least that is what I have experienced with other firestones or that my cabin air filter was recommended to be changed on the sheet too but no call. I only find out when I pay and pick up my keys. I m done with this place and taking my business elsewhere unless they get new management and improve their service.

I went in for an inspection of my car. I wanted to see if my car was needing an alignment. It did a few hours for them to look since I dropped my car off instead of waiting. However, once it was done the guy there was friendly and to the point. He told me my toe (part of the cars suspension) angle is out of specification but everything else is fine. No up selling or anything! I ll be coming back for small repairs.

Dropped my car off at 10AM for a tire rotation and an oil change. When I dropped the car off I informed them that my tire had a screw in the front tire that needed attention as well. I was told no problem and that my car would be ready in about 2.5 hours. At 3:30 we called and were told that the car was not even on the lift yet and that they were just getting to my car. No communication was received by anyone to let me know they would have my car longer. Knowing they were closing soon I went down at 4PM to see where everything was at. I was informed the car was done they took the payment and handed me the keys and literally said you re good to go . I asked if they rotated the tires and fixed the screw and was literally told they didn t need rotated after almost 18,000 miles have been added to the tires since I purchased them there. At this point Dan began to reiterate we didn t need it done because he said so . When I get home I see the screw in the tire still which had not been addressed as promised which is rather upsetting I was simply told I m good to go !!! So they had my car from 10-4 for an oil change and didn t even do anything else that was expected to be done as we discussed at the time of the appointment and at drop off. Horrible customer service, and being lied to are huge red flags at a mechanical shop! I ve gone here for years I will no longer be returning as the level of service and/or care has dropped tremendously! Just a word of advice Double check everything being done here!!! Or more important what is not being done here! And never listen to a mechanic that answers your questions with because I said so. Services: Tires, Oil change

I've been going to the Lacey Firestone for years, bringing both my husband's car and mine for oil changes. Today I dropped my car at 8:30 am, came back at 12:30 and it hadn't even been touched. Just lost a loyal customer

Used various firestones for years with the lifetime alignment package across 3-4 vehicles. Usually a great experience. This time around I was disappointed to find out that they no longer service lowered cars, keep in mind it is not so low that the fender covers the top of tire at all. About inch gap.Main reason for the 1 star review . Call ahead and let them know I have a lowered vehicle, again not stance boy low, we proceed to set an appointment for 12 noon. I arrive and had my young kids with me.. not a big deal to entertain the kids for awhile while getting a front end only alignment. I find out that it will be about another hour before they can start, and ask if I can come back later when they have more free time to see if it s possible . Why schedule an appointment, and why should I come back hours later to see if it can be done ?Service: Wheel alignment

Awful experience, the place is filthy and looks like it hasn t been wiped down since it was opened, the gentleman at the front counter was extremely rude and unhelpful, had me set an appointment for a few days out for a tire alignment and then it still took 45 minutes for them to even get to my car so I don t understand what the purpose of an appointment is. And then after over an hour of waiting the guy at the front told me they couldn t do the alignment because of my tire. Didn t offer to sell me a tire or do anything else to help, made it pretty obvious that he and the rest of the staff can t be bothered to do their job, and then before he handed me my keys he notified me that they broke my door handle and he couldn t even muster a sorry and none of the mechanics could even be bothered to put it back on. I guess I wasted my money on the lifetime alignment because I will never waste my time going back here.

I came in a few weeks ago because my tired popped across the street from them. Thankfully, I was able to get to them before it was completely flat. It was obviously unexpected and I was on my lunch break at work. I was very emotional and Dan was very understanding and kind. He got me in quickly and replaced my tire for me.I came back today to get my other back tire replaced because of their sale.They did an inspection and let me know of other issues we needed to get done. Dan and his colleague were very helpful and understanding of my budget needs and how I needed to spread these repairs out. I feel taken care of here and that the staff will work with you on your schedule and budget needs. They were able to educate me on what could realistically wait and what couldn't. I appreciate their honesty and that they didn't make me feel guilty for not being able to do everything today.I've been to many good car repair shops and I'm impressed with their prices here, benefits, and workers. Their hours are great. I love that they are open on the weekends. It allows individuals like me who work Monday - Friday to get our cars repaired and not have to take time off work. I highly recommend this shop. :)

Arrived at my appointment just to be told that they would need to keep my car for three hours or more just to rotate tires. I had another appointment that day, which I had told the person that scheduled my appointment. She said that would be fine. Needless to say I left without my tires rotated. Very disappointing. It was a Firestone I had not been to before but as I bought the tires from Firestone I expected better service.

Ask for Brent or Dan . These two guys will go above and beyond to help you out. I had suspension work done on my 02 Explorer excellent work. Then I ordered wheels from them. I can t say enough good about this Firestone store. Thank you so much!!

Was In a bind, needed a flat repair and was thrilled they had an appointment available online for later that afternoon. Aired up my tire and drove in and they told me the online appointments don't actually show up in the system and there was no way they would see me today.

I feel that the 3 times I have had them work on my 1st And now 2nd car, they have sabotaged me to have problems. First car, a change of alternator ended up with my car having coolant valve trouble that they claimed was a rust issue. Car exploded 6 months later.2nd car, took it in for an inspection the day I bought the car. It was running fine, and no leaks until after the check. Oil gasket burst by the time I got home. Had that repaired, never went under the hood until 1 month later when the car would not start. 3 electrical connections were undone and hanging free: 1 for fuse box, one for fuel injection, and a 1 I still have no idea what it was for but was obvious where it plugged in.Not going back, and family was loyal customers from early 90s until now.

What is the point of letting people make appointments if you're going to make them wait 2hrs anyway? It should not take 2hrs to change one tire. Huge mistake coming here, I will absolutely never be back.

Im noticing a lot of recent negative reviews I gotta defend this place, because this Firestone has never screwed over anyone in my family once.My family has had many cars serviced here; my Honda Prelude, my moms GMC Denali, my Grandmothers Lexus RX300, and my new (to me) Lexus LS400 will be brought in soon enough, because I completely trust these guys to fix whatever problems I may run into. We have had plenty of general services done on our vehicles (fluid changes, light replacements, tires, etc.)Prices have never been an issue here. Everything is reasonably priced and done in reasonable amounts of time, and sometimes shockingly quick, like today, my Prelude had a full check-over and oil change and was back home after a few hours. Something to know about this place is they can be incredibly busy, so wait times can be lenghty every once in a while. Other times you can get lucky like I did today.Customer service is also great in my experience. Every single guy whos dealt with our cars explains what was done/what needs to be done in detail without skipping over anything. I had my Prelude in for an oil leak a while back and I sadly forgot his name but the guy warned me about a small crack in the VTEC unit, even as minute as it was. Also, shoutout to Dan. One of, if not, the best guy there.If your car needs something checked out or done to it, I would definitely bring it here if I were you. Just remember to be trustworthy and PATIENT.

I brought my Mazda in for my brakes and an oil change. Dan helped me track down the parts quickly so I could get my car done today. They got it done it faster than I thought they would. Really nice people and great service. Definitely will be coming back with any of my vehicles
