Have used this company for years at both my mother's house as well as my own. Over the last decade they've probably replaced a dozen windows in the two houses. They are always professional, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and their installation crews are excellent and leave the site better than they find it. DK Boos is a great company to work with.

After calling around just trying to get the rock chips fixed on my windshield. And getting nothing but answering machines and getting no help from safelite. D. K. Boos glass answered there phone and Isaac was very polite and very helpful. 30 minutes later windshield is fixed for a reasonable price.. Thanks Isaac.

Very pleased with the crew who did the install. They were friendly, clean, respectful, and knowledgeable. I am happy with the 2 windows that were replaced. They were special order windows. I was always able to contact the office staff. My calls were always returned. If I wasn t able to answer, they left detailed messages answering my questions. The install crew didn't leave dust or garbage behind. No need for me to wipe anything down or clean the work areas. This was my first time using DK Boos and I plan on using them for more window/ door replacement in the near future. It was easy to schedule the company to give me a free quote. We recently had an issue with our sliding glass door that needed to be handled quickly. I called around but as soon I talked to Isaac I knew this was the place that would be able to help. He was knowledgable and took time to help us figure out what needed to be done next. He sent Will out to our house to look at it and further diagnose the issue. I can't say enough about how great Will is at his job. He knows what he's doing and is an overall pleasure to work with. Originally I had gone to get my windshield replaced. A few weeks later I noticed the weatherstripping at the base of my windshield was coming apart. When I called to see if there was anything they can do the receptionist said to bring it in and they will take a look at it. The man who came out to look at it was extremely rude. He did not greet me, he came out after I checked in and said " you want to show me what u got"? When we got out to my vehicle he said there was noting wrong with ot. I proceeded to show him my concern and told him there was water pooling up under the flap. He told me that just how it gets when it gets old. My truck is a 2017 (not that old) . I told him again that there should be water collecting in there. And it was not like that before they replaced my windshield. He seemed annoyed and said again there is nothing we can do for you. Then he said I can put a beast of adhesive in there if you want. At this point I had driven 60 miles to get this taken care of and I was just about to tell him no thanks, but in hoping that would solve the problem I agreed to let him do so. He obviously didn't try to do a thorough job, and within seconds he added the adhesive and said there u go and turned away and started walking back inside. I said thanks and went in my truck to call my insurance company. Because this was originally an insurance claim I'm still waiting to see what the outcome will be. I will most likely have to go to another place and pay my deductible again and have the windshield completely re done. I highly do not recommend this place at all due to poor customer service .

I had glass broken out of a one year old trailer. Heard this was a reputable company and had then repair the window. They cut a piece and attached it to the window frame. When t got it back the edges were rough and the glass had curves in it. I found out that a complete window unit could have been purchased and installed. Dave came out and looked at it. It was basically a new trailer, I wanted it installed the right way with a factory window. He was not willing to do that but gave me a discount and guaranteed this was as good as the original. I took him at his word. When cleaning out the trailer, the window, they repaired, is separating at the bottom. I contacted them and they said it would be around $180.00 to repair. A factory complete window is $230.00 When I told him what he said about as good as new, he called me a liar. I do not lie! I will buy a factory window and do it my self. If you get a guarantee from them, get it in writing. Everyone was polite and nice unit a problem occurred, then a different attitude. I will be going to another glass company for future glass work! Buyer beware! One star for original politeness.Service: Glass installation

I needed a windshield replaced. It was quoted, scheduled and replaced within a week. I was able to drop my vehicle before work. They called when it was competed. The quote was accurate, staff was professional. I would definitely deal with again.

These folks are great. I'd been stressing having to replace some blown windows for months. Didn't want to deal with the high cost, or the hassle and stress. Called up Theresa and her team and had Jeff come out to give us a quote. Jeff was very friendly, not salesy, and not pushy. Gave great advice. We shopped around and found the price to be a reasonable. Got the team out here today to do the install. I'd been worrying about the hassle all week. That worrying was needless. The team showed up on time, super friendly, and got right down to work. They finished the job quickly, and professionally, and were a pleasure to have around. Good senses of humor, and very respectful of our home. They left it cleaner than when they showed up! The windows look great, couldn't be happier.

DK Boos replaced all of the windows in my house and installed a new sliding door. I took estimates from at least six glass companies. DK Boos wasn't the least expensive, but I went with them because they were the only ones who were going to install my windows properly. The customer service was impeccable and Jeff was the only estimator that didn't talk down to me or seem impatient with my many questions. Installation was a breeze! Ian, Will and Jarrod were amazing and so professional. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.Services: General door installation, Window installation

I had three large double-paned windows in my living room that needed to be replaced. DK Boos sent their estimate quickly (another company took 10 days!), and once I approved the job, they received the new glass and replaced it within the week. They estimated that it could take up to 10 days to get the glass -- I like companies that promise less and overdeliver. These guys were great, the windows came very quickly, and the new windows look wonderful.

D.K. Boos Glass in general and Isaac Cain specifically were a pleasure to work with. Response times were quick and efficient. I required a specialty glass to be curved. Isaac worked beyond expectations to produce samples and testing prior to a commitment. The craftsmanship and quality were above expectations. I will be back!

Installed shower door, I found a couple of scratches on the header. They weren't too bad but noticeable. Called them and they responded immediately to resolve the problem by replacing it. Would definitely use them again. Fantastic customer service!!

Super responsive and followed through with what they said they were going to do. After an attempted break in we were able to get a piece of glass cut and installed the very same day. I have been managing and caring for a very special grouping of homes, mostly in the Capitol neighborhood, for 20 years. I have spent most of that time trying to find someone to understand my plan for egress bedroom windows in a very special duplex home. After getting ignored by Kellchuck and Capitol Glass, I went to Boos (where the heck have these people been?), and it has been a life changing event. Jeff engineered the project perfectly, and the team installed the windows impeccably. In addition, they orchestrated a replacement of the large picture window that had been broken by a random rock. It is as perfect as a resurrection! Suddenly, I am finding myself eyeing what these artists and geniuses can do for me on my other homes! Boos is my glass company for life! (I wish I could find more stars)

DK Boos has always been great to work with. I've used them for some small projects around the house (shower door, mirrors, picture frame glass) and some commercial projects. They have done a great job working with the customer to help find a solution, product and service.

Had several companies out to give us bids for whole house window replacements. We chose DK Boos for several reasons. Their quote was comparable to a couple of the other bids we got. The product lines and warranties were also similar. What the deciding factors for us were 1) the companies time in business, 2) the reviews I read 3) the nail fin install that they did is what I wanted 4) Jeff, their sales/measure person was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and lastly 5) they were able to handle replacing some rotted wood siding, sill plating and trim. A one stop shop. Thank you very much and I would highly recommend D K Boos Glass for your next project.

I called for a windshield replacement. The wonderful lady on the phone suggested that I contact a mobile service as well.It turns out that the mobile service is less.I will ALWAYS recommend your company for the honesty and integrity of the professional staff.Here, a happy potential customer is worth more than the sale!

Extremely poor customer service. They pushed a shower door install back 2 weeks because an employee called in sick. That means it will be 6 weeks total from date of order before my customer can use his new shower. When I spoke to the owner Erik and asked why he couldnt push other jobs back or even pay his installers a few hours overtime he responded with "I dont tell you how to run your company, dont tell me how to run mine." DK Boos suffers from the "we dont care-we dont have to" attitude that is so disappointing. And to have spent over 10k a year with them for the last 5 or 6 years it is painfully obvious they dont appreciate my business.Now I see the Owner responded stating he had 4 people call in sick. What a crock.!! You told me you had 1 tech call in sick! Not only does your customer service suck you are also dishonest. But heres some advice: Next time you find yourself short handed, get off your butt and cover for your sick employee. Thats what a leader does. Thats what someone that cares about their customer does.

Needed to get a window in my travel trailer repaired. It was easily removed, so I met the D.K. Boos representative at a local store and he took the window to their shop near Olympia. The window was repaired in one day and cost less than I was quoted.

Great customer service and products. Staff came out and measured my shower for free where other local companies wanted to charge for this service. Love my glass shower doors! Good work!
