This is the FIRST place I ALWAYS go for auto parts and fluids. The prices are hard to beat but the guys and sometimes gal, behind the counter can give you expert advice. Unlike other parts places, these guys work on their own cars and trucks so they know their stuff.

Well I came here to get a part for my friend's car and the guys inside were really nice and the store is really clean and nice looking so that's my only experience here so far. And yes they had the part that you needed it was already held and all that stuff with his name on it and what not so it was pretty simple

If you know exactly what you need they're alright but if you need assistance or help finding something they just shrug and say they don't have a system to look anything up so they can't help.Personally I'll never step foot in there again.

The only shop in town with the weird little battery my car needed, $50 cheaper than other places quoted me to order one. These guys are the best and even helped me install the battery which I wouldn't have been able to lift myself. Thanks yall

Had a terrible day. My heater in my car decided it wanted to stay running when my car was off, completely drained my battery. After I got that situation fixed, decided to go to Cut rate auto. BEST DECISION EVER!!! The sweetest man came to my rescue, and took time after he had just clocked out, to take the part out of my car and replace it with the new one. He completely went above and beyond. I was extremely impressed and grateful. Thank you again!!!

Charles was SO helpful! This place is great! Staff is VERY knowledgeable, patient and willing to make sure you've got exactly what you need and willing to help you in the parking lot if they've got the time. Locally owned business too which is even better. My sister used to work in automotive parts and she sent me to Cut Rate Auto Parts. She's really picky about where she buys her car stuff so I knew I'd be well taken care of before I walked in the door. I was NOT expecting the awesome perfection that is a well run and excellently staffed parts store. Way to go guys! Charles you're a gem!

Dave at the Lacey store gave me excellent customer service! He helped me change my battery on my key fob and replace a specific part to my car. So nice to have someone you can rely on when you know nothing about cars! Thank you Dave!

The prices for a place called cut rate are not so cut rate. And what happened to friendly service it was kinda sad the man helping myself seemed as though he had rather been any place 3lse.

I was looking for a Turtle wax product to restore my headlights. They didn't have that product. They others that were similar. The store tech was very helpful and provided some good feedback/tips on how the products really work and how to use them. I'll be back... Worth your time to stop in. Good selection of products at a reasonable prices.

My husband is disabled and is not able to physically work on cars anymore. We went to Cut Rate Auto seeking help with buying and installing wiper blades for his car. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. Excellent prices too. We both highly recommend this store. We will be back.

Kelly & Jerry were very authentic with me during my visit today. I called 3 different shops and C.R.A.P. beat all of their prices, warranty, and power for the battery I needed for my 4Runner! I felt at home and welcomed. Once I got my 4Runner running again, (it was parked at a different location) I brought it back to have them look things over. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received today! I'll defiantly be back!

Every time I go in here, I get prompt, friendly help. I needed a new headlight bulb. I had gone to another auto store first (NOT a Cut Rate store). They looked at the casing around the bulb. He told me it would be $180 because it was complex to get the casing off , to replace the bulb. Although that store is way more convenient for me to get to during the day, I waited till I could get to Cut Rate in Lacey. They took a look, popped the casing off and my bulb was in! I cannot say enough good about this Cut Rate store on College Way in Lacey!

I went in on Saturday to find if they carried a part for my Tahoe. Within 10 minutes Marty not only found two of the hydraulic rams to lift my back lift gate, but also installed them! Unbelievable service and expertise. Always been a fan of the store, but I'm now a customer for life. Thanks again Marty, you truly went above and beyond!!

I don't even bother to price check items any more because Cut Rate Auto Parts always has the best price. The staff is exceptional and they go out of their way when it comes to customer service. They are great about exchanging or refunding you for parts if needed.

Cut Rate Auto is always exceptional. Customer friendly and help with everything vehicle related. I needed my battery tested, come to find out I had a bad battery and they told me where I bought that brand from and if I have a warranty they would switch it out. I did just that. Now I have a brand new battery. Thanks Cut Rate Auto!

so my battery finally gave up the ghost last week and suddenly I needed a new one if I wanted to continue to motivate. It's never a good time for these things to happen. I was going to get a new one from a chain store since it was closest to me but a good friend said, "No! Go Local. Go to Cut Rate Auto Parts." I called and sure enough, they had an equivalent battery for $50.00 less than the other place! I was so thrilled and they were only a few miles away. Jerry installed my new battery, didn't break anything, and even replaced a bolt that was missing on my bracket. I now have a sticker on my truck that says, "Powered by C R A P" Cut Rate Auto Parts - get it? I'm so proud!

Quite upset once again with the service cut rate has given me never been to this location so I stopped in to see what they had on their shelves wasn t looking for anything in particular but I asked to see if they could order something for me and the guy didn t think they could order a oil filter cover for my 2017 Sportage so he proceeded to helping a customer in the same isle lol instead of going to check if the part was something they could order.

Unlike several experiences at local auto parts chains, Cut Rate takes the time to sell you the correct part the first time. They are knowledgable and friendly, with quick turn around for parts service (ie brake rotors turned). Great store.

Sometimes the phrase fast and friendly service seems to be a throwaway line. Well, I've been to other auto parts stores in Lacey and I just want to say that you don't always get fast and friendly service. That's not what happens at Cut Rate Auto Parts. The service I have received here for 15 years is fast and friendly and they are also put on your windshield wiper blades for you.

These guys are awesome. They have literally helped me with every car i have owned they always got the parts at the best price. Always dependable. I wont go anywhere else unless id have to.
