I wish I knew the names of the Costco employees that took care of us. But here's what happened. We traveled from Seattle to Portland for our company picnic. At the end of the event we found one of our rear tires was flat. Had the spare installed but of course since we had a long drive to get back home. I wanted to get our new Firestone tire fixed. We called several Firestone's from Portland to Lacey Washington and they all said you'll have to make an appointment next week. Yes this was on a Sunday but none of them cared about our situation. It was like it's corporate policy to not give a flip unless your issue is made with an appointment. Any way Costco took care of us by insuring us our spare was safe to use for the remainder of the trip. On a Sunday! Thank you Costco! My next set of tires will be purchased at Costco.

Will never buy tires a Costco again. The initial purchase was fine but pray you don t get a flat and need them to fix it . It s a multi day event. Costco service is a joke. What s the point of selling and installing when you don t take care of the customer after the sell. They should consider shutting down this side of their business because it doesn t come anywhere close to their normal retail service . Try Les Schwab or Discount Tire .

I was stuck in I-5 traffic, hauling a horse trailer in 95 degree weather. I limped off the Nisqually exit and made my way to the Costco tire center. I parked my trailer in the shade on the side of the building and walked around the corner to the tire center. I frantically told my story to an employee, Jeffrey, letting him know I had a sweaty scared horse in the trailer. He stopped what he was doing and checked the tire for me. He said the belts were separating and it was a good thing I pulled in. He hauled his equipment and changed my tire while I walked my horse around and amused Costco customers. At the end, he said you are ready to go and said no charge. What stellar customer service! Highly recommend!

I'm driving out of state and not from this part of town, but I got a flat tire (w/ warranty) and brought it in to be replaced. The super hero, Brian Gregory, was able to get the tire ordered by the next day since it wasn't in stock. It was quite a wait, but it was better than me driving back up north on a spare tire in traffic and still deal with about the same wait time. I appreciate the mechanics who helped me out.

I ordered 4 tires and made an appointment the following week, once the tires were in. Brought the car in at the appointment time and waited an hour or so only to be told they could find the 4th tire. So I left and waited another week. After 4 calls and two visits, still waiting. Costco needs to have a way to reconcile what tires were ordered vs. received, and kick up a notch their service level.

I was the recipient of a piss poor attitude from the manager of the Tire Shop on 20 Dec 2018. I dropped my car off that morning for a new set of tires, due to a weather-related power outage I had to go back and forth a few times to retrieve and return my keys. Once my vehicle finally made it into the shop the fire wheel was removed without incident, while removing the second the wheel the tech broke my wheel lock. I was immediately informed of this, I returned to discuss the situation. I requested to speak to the manager about compensation for me having to drive an hour to go to the Lexus dealership. Well the manager came out angry, basically ready to argue. I just wanted to confirm that I would be compensated, his terrible attitude was bad enough that I requested a refund and took my car to Firestone. Everyone else in the Tire Center were a pleasure to deal with, I was prepared to get two vehicles serviced there as a result of previous conversations we've had.

Called 20 minutes to closing begging for them to look at a tire I had going flat so that me and my son wouldn't be stranded on the side of the road as we were from out of town. Even offered to buy a new tire (even though this tire was literally 8 days old). Basically got told they weren't working late. Turned out to be the valve stem was leaking. Literally minute to fix. They could have saved me and my son an arduous trip home, but well they might have had to work one minute over. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER consider Costco for any future needs.

I showed up at 10AM for a tire repair. They asked me to make an appointment at 1PM, ok. Brought my vehicle in at the appointed time. They put it up on a rack so it looked like they were were working on it, while at least three employees stood around talking pleasantly. Two and a half hours later, I had to cut in line and demand the manager give me my keys back. Never again.

Had a 1:30 tire rotation appointment, and they didn't even get to our car until an hour later... We had done some shopping and our frozen foods were melting by the time they finished. Very disappointing. No chairs to sit in while waiting either. Going somewhere else next time.

We have been getting tires for several vehicles here for the last year. Excellent service every time and adhere to appointment times. Will continue to do business here.

They would not mount my tires because they where not stock size tires. Left me in a bad place without a vehicle. Definelty would not do any buisness here again.

Really nice golksvbutbthry carry limited size range if tires ...abd dont swap time or allow non standard size tires on card ...strictly by the book manufacturers sizes rtc ...which is fine if that works fir you but if hit rid it custom car go eksewhere

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Had a rude guy in one of the bays but the inside staff was awesome and made up for it.

My feeling is that i expect to see price's lower there than any around but find it 3x more than walmart
