Dennis and Randy are wonderful. Super nice guys to work with. I've really only had regular maintenance done to my vehicles. Always fairly priced and fast. They answer my questions when I have them. I've been in several times where walk I. Customers come ask questions about vehicles they are trying to fix themselves and they answer questions for people that are trying to do repairs on their own. I would definitely recommend this business for honesty and integrity.

I took my 2017 Kia Forte in to have it diagnosed since I didn't know why it was running so bad. Not only was he able to find the issue, he was open and honest and fixed it. I assumed it was something different and even had a different part for him to replace but his honesty prevented an added expense for labor that wasn't needed. I will not take my car anywhere else in the future. I appreciate my new mechanic and Champion Auto Repair! YOU ROCK! THANKS AGAIN!

Edit: Once again the duo fit me in almost immediately on a day that worked for me. They had my car in and out for some brake work. It's worth mentioning they charged me well under what the dealership estimated $$$$It's a whose, whose in the pic!Dennis and Randy are top-notch. They also get your car back to you on the same day as well.

Not sure how they got a 4.6 rating. Sketchy shop, poor customer service, and they messed up my vehicle just by looking at it. They did not apologize, or offer to fix what they did. Not to mention they quoted me one price over the phone, got there, and the price was tripled. So I left promptly.

After clearly taking apart parts to my vehicle and then not being able to find the right parts to replace them I was denied a receipt because owner did not want liability of the work done . He figured not giving me a receipt would mean there was no proof they did work. They had my vehicle for 24hrs and he blamed me for the fact they had to do work and that I didn t know the parts on my truck that needed replaced. It ended up being parts he couldn t track down.

Best car repair experience I've ever had. Surprisiginly fast, got my car diagnosed, totally repaired, and ready to go in less than five hours! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, honest, upfront, and, again, so. Fast.They seemed so busy, there was barely any room left to park. Figured it would take at least a day, maybe multiple days, but they still managed to do it all before I was even done running errands for the day.Couldn't ask for anything more in a car repair shop. Best mechanics I've ever taken my truck to! My old mechanic clearly was just trying to get more money out of me and was misogynistic. The guys at Champion Auto Repair actually physically showed me how messed up my brakes were and are great at explaining things. They never got irritated with our questions and were honest. The prices are definitely reasonable and affordable. Again, definitely the best mechanics I've ever taken my truck to!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Champion automotive went above and beyond to help me with my car . I had barley any brakes and they were able to diagnose and fix the brakes within 48 hours . They were also able to let me know a front strut that I had just had replaced at a different mechanic shop was a defective part and needed to be replaced . So since my strut was still under warranty I made sure to make a appointment at the previous mechanic shop that did my struts so they could replace the defect part only because it was under warranty otherwise if I would of had to pay to replace the defective strut I would of definitely had champion automotive do it . They also let me know my rear bushings needed to be replaced and my catalytic converters hear shield was pretty tore up and worn out so I had them fix the rear bushings and once the heat shield part gets here as it can only be bought from a dealership I will have them install the heat shield as well . They even went out of their way to show me the old bushings they replaced so I understand why they needed to be replaced and took a video of the heat shield so I could see why they suggested it be replaced and I didn t even ask them to do that but I really appreciated them helping me understand their recommendations . I will definitely never take my vehicles to any other mechanic shop for future repairs. I m even taking another one of our cars down there tomorrow for them to diagnose a powder steering issue . Champion automotive is definitely who i will be recommending to anyone needing their vehicle looked at or fixed . QUALITY / AFFORDABLE service from a excellent small local business! As a average mid class working citizen, I am extremely satisfied with the work they have done for my 2016 Jeep Patriot. I came in with many issues to include wheel bearing, tune up, and several electric issues with my vehicle. Although they had minimal staff, they were very helpful and thorough with what I needed to get fixed. It s nice to have a automotive business for once not try to sell you services you do not need. Champion mechanics were straight to the point and offered what was only needed. Also, the result of my car is a prime example why I ve been a regular customer for almost a year. I highly recommend Champion Auto. Again, there is minimal staff working on vehicles that come through, and the owner is the prime worker. However, he is very helpful, knowledgeable on what he does, recommends reliable places if they are not able to provide the service and professional with first time customers. And it makes it quite hassle free and efficient to talk to the main person that works on every car. I ve never had issues with my oil change and it s at a decent price! Truck broke down on interstate late on a Saturday. Had it towed to Champion, which had been recommended by AAA, after they were closed. Went there at 8:00 on Monday morning to go over things with them. They called me by 9:30 with the problem, fuel pump went out, and and estimate. I approved the work and was called again by 2:30 to come pick up the truck that work was done.

The place we used to take our cars has really gone downhill so I thought I would give these guys a shot since they fixed my boyfriend's truck a couple months ago. Champion diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed within 2 days. The price seemed reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service at a fair price.

I let them know I didn't have anyone to pick me up. They got me in and out much sooner than I originally expected.Repair shop office is very clean and organized.They are not very personable here. Rather flat-lined period. No smiles.The problems I was having with my car were solved.I hope they read this review because their flat-lined customer service/care actually caused me to feel uncomfortable and suspicious.. like something's wrong here and maybe I should go somewhere else.Auto repairs can sometimes cause customers to flip-out.I can imagine many difficulties an auto repair shop must face while simply trying to provide their services.I hope that just maybe they'll consider lightening up a little. I'll also understand if they don't.I want the facts and where repair is possible I want good repairs and solid recommendations, smiling friendly faces or not.I would return to Champion Auto Repair and also recommend their services to other's.Bethia, Olympia, WA

Outstanding service! I'm new to the area and took my 2010 Chevy Cobalt in for an issue. They immediately got it diagnosed and fixed. They even brought me into the shop to show me the computer diagnostics before and after they replaced the throttle body assembly. The car is running great again. These guys have earned my trust and business. I will be recommending them to friends and coworkers as well. Thanks Champion!

I went here to get my brake pads replaced and they said they didn t use outside parts. They also only changed my brake rotors, saying that the pads were still good, but they still charged nearly $600. After two days, vibrating started happening and I didn t think much of it because it was a new part, but now there is still vibrating, drifting right, and loud humming, seeming like there is a wheel bearing problem now. I will never come back especially for the concern of safety from the issues that developed.

Went here to have my starter and fuel filter replaced. They let me bring my own parts, and did an excellent job with both services. The man was very knowledgeable and the repairs were lightning fast. Plus they have a military discount. I even got to learn a few things from the guy who was more than happy to let me watch. I will always bring my vehicles here for servicing from now on. Will be recommending to all my family and friends. Thanks for the excellent service guys, you just made a loyal customer.

My husband and I were put in a difficult position with another shop that had been "repairing" our vehicles for several years. We ended up needed to find a new shop and saw how highly Champion was rated and their reviews were great. After calling and speaking to Dennis, we brought our vehicle in thinking it was a simple repair and no big deal. The next day we received word that our vehicle was actually a ticking time bomb and it was going to cost 3,000 to 5,000 dollars to fix. I stead of taking advantage of us and taking our money, Dennis explained what was happening and advised that fixing the problem would only put us in a worse position and we should just sell the car. Dennis could have made a lot of money off of our vehicle but instead was a honest person with integrity and advised us what to do according to our needs and not his. I was so impressed and in awe that honesty was the driving force for their company and not just wanting to make money. This shop will be our safety place in the future, knowing that we will be treated like we were family, with Honesty and kindness. I am so glad they are in my city. Thank you Dennis and Champion auto for your compassion and integrity and most of all the honesty!!

Electric Window problems in my Honda Civic.... Took my car to Nisqually Automotive, and their price was $80.00 in the door. My neighbor told me about Champion Automotive... Reasonably enough $43.00 + Tax out the door.Richard, the Service Technician was very polite and knowledgeable about Honda cars. And thankfully within less than 20 minutes from start to finish, Richard was able to fix the electrical issues with the driver side windows.Excellent job!This shop will be my first one stop.on any future auto repairs.Thank you Champion Automotive!

Returning from Seaside Oregon, our van broke down on the side of the hwy just before Lacey. We thankfully made it to the exit. We were not familiar with the town so after talking to a few people, someone recommended Champion Auto. We explained to the owner (Dennis?) what had happened (overheated and a hole in the hose) and that we tried to (diy) fix/replace the hose ourselves that morning but the vehicle still overheated.We brought our van in and he explained what needed to be done (release/flush out the air that got into the system). We would not have known what to do.After it was fixed he test drove it and assured us that we were fine. We were off and made it back home to Vancouver BC Canada safely with no problems!We would like to let people know that we highly recommend this shop. They were reliable, honest and experienced. As were in the waiting area with our family, we were also impressed by the shops cleanliness.Thank you again Champion Auto!Gary and Kathleen and kids

We took my 2000 Isuzu Rodeo here recently,and so far it is running smoother than it has in years. It is a pretty old car, so it has its quirks, but I usually wait to get it fixed when it becomes completely unreliable.We were expecting a rather large estimate to have some engine work done and were pleasantly surprised when we got a call from the Owner with his MORE THAN reasonable amount. I have never been to a place that does such a good job for such a good price. Value is hard to come by nowadays. As is honest work. We got both from this place and we will take all of our vehicles here from now on.

Champion Auto Repair is great! They were extremely fast in diagnosing the problem as well as the actual repairs. The staff was friendly, and they didn't try to upsell anything other than what I needed done.I will definitely be using them for all my future car repairs!

Open Saturday's, fast honest work and they even invited me into the shop to explain exactly what their diagnosis was. It was pricey- but it was a lengthy involved job and they gave me a deal on the labor. I needed a new mechanic as my old one was getting worse and worse. These sentiments were confirmed when the mechanic at champion showed me some of the poor work done by previous mechanics. My only gripe with mechanics is the amount they charge for parts. Other than that my truck is driving much better and champion promised a 12000 warranty on the work. They even gave me written directions on the work I promised to do myself. Seemed like good, honest smart guys. I'll be going back for any problems in the future.

Dennis and his team replaced my brake rotors and brakes the same day I took it in, even though they had a busy day. They also took a look at what might be causing vibrations while driving, and told me they'd be more comfortable with me taking it to the guy who replaced my axle to see if I could get it replaced under warranty. As a bonus they take AAA.

I was referred by AAA last year when I had a terrible problem with my Lincoln MKZ. Much to my surprise Champion turned out to be AMAZING. The shop is owned and run by honest and knowledgeable people. Their prices are very fair and you will simply feel at home by their genuine concern for your vehicle and hospitality. So if you have had a bad experience before dont worry you will truly be glad you chose Champion!!!
