I really needed my 91 Toyota MR2 detailed as it had been sitting for several years under cover in the open. It was really a disaster and I didn't think it would ever look new again. To my surprise, the folks here at The Auto Butler (especially Morris) gave my MR2 the TLC it really needed and it came out looking amazing. I am definitely recommending that you use the Auto Butler for your detailing needs. They do great work.

Morris did a great job detailing my Subaru Legacy GT. He was communicative, professional, attentive to detail, flexible, and the pictures speak for themselves. Afterwards, the paint is smooth as glass. Highly recommended.

This was my first time coming to the Auto Butler. The waiting area is very clean, freshly remodeled, has a TV and filtered water. There is an aerobics studio right next door which provides some musical entertainment while you wait. I was planning to sell my daughter s PT Cruiser but the cloth seats were trashed with food, coffee, and years of mystery stains. They were able to clean the upholstery and get the seats looking great, and dried the seats. The owner Morris gives personal attention and is committed to making sure you re happy.

Morris was awesome. I had my car's exterior fully detailed and everything came out as I expected. Great value! Morris even dropped me off/picked me back up from a nearby mall so I could pass the time!

Great job done! I called several detailing companies but everyone were giving appointments after 2-3 weeks. Morris was able to accommodate me soon in 2 days. Good communication and on-time job performed. Professional service. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an amazing detail! Took my Audi S3 in and it was absolutely beautiful after! Nice and shiny and it s very reasonable price! I had an older Nissan hatchback full of cedar chips and pet hair that I needed cleaned in order to sell. Morris was very up front about the pricing in our phone discussions and was very helpful in discussing options to fit my budget. Even with extra charges for an upgraded service, the pricing was extremely affordable and at a better rate than most of the other detailing services I contacted. On top of that, Morris was very professional and courteous, and he made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle behind. He did great work cleaning out all the interior grit and made my car look brand new again! We ended up selling the car for a little more than we had expected and AB's great work was definitely a contributing factor. We'll definitely be back for all our detailing needs!

After a year of not taking good care of my care I really needed some professional help. I couldn t find anyone that could accommodate me short notice and the owner helped pencil me in despite my rushed needs and unusual availabilities with work. He was super kind and thorough, as well as transparent with the pricing. I met the owner and witnessed first hand the work of his team. This is the place to go folks. The team is thoughtful, detail oriented and made my car look new. They went the extra mile clearing out magnetized debris from my auto trunk door jams as well as filling in scratches. He explained his work to me and I really can t imagine a 6 year old car like mine looking this good. He also sent me photos to confirm I liked the work before I even showed up to pick it up. I am amazed how efficient services they have, this is my first time I used their exterior detailing service for my vehicle and I could not be happier then what I am after seeing the shining car as it's brand new. Such a smooth flawless shining car surface. Morris did a fantastic job on my car. As promised he delivered the vehicle on time. 5/5 stars to all the work he did. I took my car to The Auto Butler recently to have an interior and exterior detailing done. They did an amazing job throughout the car. Everything looked practically brand new! The car was very dirty as my wife and I had not cleaned it for months. The pine needles were the worst part. There wasn't a single pine needle left in the floor fabric. Everything smelled brand new. Everything was wiped down properly. The outside of the car looked fantastic as well. Morris did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend his detailing services. He was very responsive to phone calls and scheduling. If my truck had looked that nice when I purchased it, I would have spent much more. You can tell that he takes a ton of pride in his work. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a detailer with great service and good rates, Thanks Morris!

We had our Honda Pilot detailed by The Auto Butler (Morris). We have two little kids and the car needed a good deep cleaning. Morris did a great job. The car looks as better than the day we purchased it. I highly recommend his service. We plan to use him again for my husbands truck.

10/10 would recommend!!!We brought our truck in simply hoping for the best, it was a mess! stains, dog hair, coffee spills, and not to mention the exterior!He did a fantastic job! Our truck was bright red again and looks brand new! He got us in last minute and had the truck done In a day, he was so easy to work with. We are incredibly happy with the job and will be using the auto butler as our primary detail shop! Thank you again for the beautiful truck!!

Morris and his guys did a fantastic job on my beat-up old 2003 convertible and made it look almost new! I was getting it detailed to sell it, but now it looks so great (and smells so much better!) that I'm tempted to keep it. ;) I highly recommend The Auto Butler, they were on time, got the job done quickly and right the first time (I've had several details done in the past where I had to go back to get them to do stuff they missed), and the price was very reasonable. Morris more than exceded my hopes and expectations. I brought in my 2002 SUV full of dog hair, toddler treats, and looking thrashed! I picked up my car and it looked nearly new! It's so awesome to drive a clean car. I couldn't believe how awesome he got it to look . Great communication, friendly and such a hard worker. I will refer all of my friends and family! The job done by Morris and staff was exceptional and perhaps the best detail I have ever had. On top of that, his attitude and strong desire to make the customer #1 in the process shines, no pun intended. Thanks Morris for making my 4Runner look better than the day I drove it home!

I can't thank Morris and his team enough. I was visiting Washington for a month and had a rental car that I spilled two containers of ramen broth in . Total accident but it was really bad and was looking for a place to shampoo/clean the passenger side carpet ASAP and last minute. Everywhere I called was booked and couldn't help me or get me in. Once I talked to Morris he said he didn't really have the time but wanted to help me and got me in that night.It was quite a struggle to get the ramen and smell out of the carpet but he went above and beyond to get it done. I am so grateful for him and his team for helping me and on such short notice because if I let it go any longer I don't know how bad it would of got or how much the rental car company would've charged me.Great service, professional, reasonable price and overall wonderful experience!!! Would recommend to anyone!

We took our weathered 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to get it detailed, and they made it look better than it did when we bought it new. Morris is a total perfectionist. If you need a ride to shine and turn heads, go see Morris and he will be happy to take care of you.

I had the exterior and interior of my Prius detailed at The Auto Butler. I must say that my car has never looked as good as it does now. The polishing job is so unbelievable that I thought it was someone else's car, upon first glance. The detailing also really brought out the deep, dark metallic color, as if I just got a new paint job. The tires, and especially hubcaps, look great. They even cleaned the camera under the rear bumper. That's an important detail I didn't even think about until I saw it feeding to my touchscreen (occurs when the car is in reverse gear). The interior carpeting actually looks and feels soft. The shampoo scent is pleasant, not overbearing like some brands are.Detailing for both the interior and exterior took no longer than 4 hours. That's speedy! The price was also very reasonable. I actually chuckled when Morris gave me the estimate because I was expecting him to quote for more. There were also no surprises after the job was done. For example, there were no additional charges due to unexpected difficulties with the detailing.They couldn't get rid of some of the dirt out of my driver's side floor mat. However, this was built-in dirt/grease that was there for at least 6 years. (It's a used car and the previous owner stained it, so I don't know what kind of stain it is). Getting that completely clean would have been a miracle. No one should ever expect miracles. So, set your expectations to everything shy of miracle-working and you won't be disappointed.Morris is very personable and professional. And you can tell that he cares about his work when you look at the results.For those who are quick to judge appearances, don't be dismayed by the fact that both their waiting room and garage appear very minimalist. This is a small business (I think it is a two-person operation). Results matter, not flair.

Morris did an amazing job making our 4-runner look better than it ever has looked - even when it was new. He made it very convenient for drop off and pick up. I would recommend his service to anybody.

Morris & his staff detailed my really dirty Jeep Cherokee and did a really awesome job! They got out all of the Tree branch scratches all the way down the side of the car. I hadn't seen it look so good in years. I highly recommend Auto Butler.

I scheduled interior details for two cars. When dropping off the first car, he asked me if i wanted x detail. I don't remember what x was, but I said yes. When picking it up the next day, I discovered x included exterior. I chalked this up to miscommunication. I told him I had only wanted the interiors done, as scheduled on the phone, and simultaneously dropped the second car off. When I picked up the second car the next day, he had detailed the exterior and tried to convince to me pay for it. I cannot chalk the second occurence up to a mistake, considering our discussion and expressing I only wanted interiors done. It's time to get my cars detailed again, and I'm finding another business to do it.Edit: I updated the review for additional clarity after receiving a call from the business asking me if there is some way to make it right and remove the review.

My 2016 Mustang had a lot of swirl marks and light scratches in its' Ruby Red Clearcoat paint. Morris from Auto Butler did an amazing job of polishing her and now looks like a brand new car! Thanks for the quality work and getting it done quickly. I will be a repeat customer!

I have a Jetta that has been parked under a tree for the last 2 years as I have not needed it. It had a leak and was taking on water, I had it mechanically fixed, leak and all, but found it to be extremely dirty and moldy on the inside. I call Morris at The Auto Butler and he gladly accepted the challenge. They did a remarkable job on the car, inside and outside, know I can give it to my 16 year old.

5/5 to The Auto Butler ..! The guy did a fantastic job polishing my 2016 black BMW X1 and it looks pretty close to a new one ! I had a really bad experience with a auto detail company but this was by far the best experience ...! Had my Subaru Forester cleaned up by the guys at Auto Butler. They did a great job of getting 3 or 4 years of stains out of the seats from kids and dogs. It was almost like driving it off the lot again. Great job!

Awesome service! I came in last minute and he was able to get me squeezed in and complete the job by the next day! Very honest and amazing work. Fair pricing considering the time window and work that needed to be done! Definitely recommend!
