I had a very scary situation after getting my service done from this place. My family s life and my life was at stake.I would never recommend this place for car service to anyone. I need to talk to the general manager, but they kept saying he will call me back and never getting a call back.I had been reaching out to them many times. Can Rairdon s service manager help me with this???Incident description:After the service me and my wife was returning back to our home, and I was just 0.6 miles away from the service center and my brakes failed completely, I was unable to apply break, and got so scared, and clueless, how do I stop my car and in that panic I end up applying 'hand break' to stop my car at the curb. I got down to see what's wrong and observed that all 'Lug Nuts' were missing from the front driving side tire and the tire was half out of my car. This was the major blunder from the service mechanic team. After that, I called my Car insurance team to tow my car back to the "Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland" service center. Because, my car was not in driving condition, as all 'Lug Nuts' were missing from the tire. This incident could have been much bigger and life threatening event, if we would be on a free way, because, all of subbed my break failed, and I was not able to apply brakes, as the tire came out of socket. This could have been a major injury to someone else on the road as well. We got so scared with this incident

I had the most terrible experience with dealership ever. It all started when a technician damaged the wiring of the back camera during a routine maintenance visit. I was notified to return for a new wiring harness installation, and I appreciated the honesty and service at that moment. However, this led to a cascade of issues.When I picked up my Jeep after the wiring installation, no one informed me about any potential issues with the work. It wasn't until later that I discovered the back door was off. Upon further inspection, I found a missing washer (photo attached), damaged panel, and damaged screw thread (photo attached). It's disheartening that I had to uncover these problems by myself.Adding to the frustration, I sent a complaint email regarding these issues, but there has been no response.It's disappointing that my property was not processed correctly, and my safety was not prioritized during these service visits. I hope this feedback, along with my previous complaint, is taken seriously, and necessary steps are taken to ensure such incidents do not happen to other customers.

My vehicle was done for a day or so, but I didn t receive a call back because the clerk who took my information originally did not work on Friday or Saturday. They should have a system where whoever s working that day calls back the customer if their car is done at service. I had to call after not hearing from them for a day+ and that s how I found out it was ready for pick up. Also, other dealerships, give their clients a complementary car wash and this one did not. Kind of a disappointment. The only person who did a great job was Mike in the parts department. Help me out with my problem, but went above and beyond Customer service wise. I m sorry I can t give Mike five stars and the dealership in general one star which is why I had to average it out to three stars.Also, this dealership does not offer oil changes for life while other dealerships do. All they have to do is figure out the cost with inflation over the years and give the customer a price to guarantee not just oil changes for life but also that the customer will return for other services too. Seems like a no-brainer, but apparently this dealership does not think of retaining clients.

We bought a new truck and it had a manufacturing issue that cause massive leaking and mold to grow everywhere inside the car when it rained. I had to wait 5 weeks in the rainy season of Seattle for an apt. Everything was supposed to be covered by warranty. They had my car for a week and only fixed the leak. They didn't address the mold issue inside and seemed confused when we asked why it wasn't done. We tried to immediately get the Manager but of course they weren't available. They promised to call asap. Guess what? 4 days later, and no one has contacted me. I even tried to call them 2 days later and was told the manager would call me asap. This is a total lack of quality in their work, and bad customer service. A well earned 1 star across the board.

Best service department experience I've ever had, hands down.They managed to get my truck in for an emergency repair and fixed it in the same day. Meaghan and April and the unknown hero that worked on my truck were all amazing.Will definitely only bring my vehicle here in the future.

April was awesome. She was very helpful and explained what needed to be done and scheduled me in quickly. They took care of a recall issue on my cargo van in a timely fashion and she even offered a loaner car.

Everyone was very welcoming and the GM really worked to meet our needs and Mark from financial was amazing at walking through all the paperwork. Thought there was only 2 dealerships that would only service Ram Promaster and they were terrible in just trying to speak to someone. Then we found out about Rairdon s Dodge in Kirkland and got to speak to someone and get service sooner than the other dealership. It was nice and fast. Excellent service. And thanks to Jayme- for doing an excellent job in following up with the issue and got my wk van taken care of and fix. It was done the next day. Thank you again and now I know where I can bring my van for anything and somewhere I can get in touch with.

We were told to come in for a recall. My wife, checked in and waited for service to be told that the software update had already been performed in a previous visit. This was an unnecessary visit and a waste of the morning. My wife left me at home. I am a paraplegic and require assistance. We have to hire help to care for me when my wife is gone. This was an unnecessary expense. Why don t you know what software you have loaded onto my vehicle?

I had a check engine light appear in my jeep. I also needed an oil change. Hopped on the we. Site on Saturday, scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. I did request a loaner which the ap allowed. Arrived, was told they had no loaners but they would get me right in. No problem as long as they can fix it. Success. It was a bad gas cap and they changed the oil and rotated tires, all within 2 hours. Only downside was the loaner, I recommend fixing that on the site. If my Jeep could not be fixed, it would have become an issue.

The dealership is notorious for engaging in deceptive practices aimed at scamming customers at every turn. Additionally, their internal processes are highly disorganized, and the management operates in a chaotic manner. It is strongly advised to steer clear of this establishment.

If you make an appointment , expect to be laughed at!I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00. They asked me if someone was picking me up. I was confused. I told her no because I had an appointment and expected work to start on my car at 10:00 and would wait. Meaghan Mansfield said, That isn t how we work around here and that it would take 4-5 hours to complete the thirty minutes of work. How can this be not how you work ? Perhaps they should look up the definition of appointment and use that definition to define how you work ? Imagine if you made a dentist's appointment and when you arrive, you are told that you may be seen in 4-5 hours. This we ll get to it when we get to it business practice is absurd. I tried to complain to the Manager, Kevin Graham, but he didn t care and actually got angry at me for having the nerve to complain about his finely tuned process. Sad. Sad. Sad. As a general rule, don t go anywhere that treats you with such disrespect. This has to be the worst service department there is and is managed by an ex used car salesman (picture greased back hair, chewing gum, etc.) who has zero customer service skills. The next Jeep dealer is pretty far away. The entire experience was so bad that I will never buy another Jeep again.

Called the dealership to set up an appointment for a recall notice I received on my Dodge Durango. While at the dealership, I sat there for an hour and a half, only to be told that yes, the recall would need to be done and they would need to order parts. A month goes by and I have yet to hear if the parts have come in. I call and they confirm the parts are there and want to set up the appointment. I couldn't set it up at that time, so I called back, set up an appointment for the recall and also to get a loaner vehicle. I arrived for the second appointment only to be told that the appointment had been set up incorrectly and they did not inform the body shop that the part needed to be painted. So I had to set up a third appointment. As I set up that appointment, I also requested the loaner vehicle and to have the oil changed. The service clerk said it would be no problem to get the oil changed while they had the vehicle for the next couple of days.The loaner that was provided was dirty and gross. There had been some type of drink spilled in it.I was called a day and a half later that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I inquired at that time if they had been able to change the oil. I was told that it had been changed. I arrived to pick up my vehicle the next day. They couldn't locate the vehicle or the keys. They brought out a box of random keys and started looking through it. They did not find them. Eventually they found them somewhere in the back and finally found my vehicle. As they handed me my paperwork, I didn't see the oil change on it. So I asked again if the oil had been changed. The final answer was no, they did not change the oil, but I could make another appointment to come back and have that done and they would comp the oil change. I informed them that I had a service plan and the oil change was included, so there would be no charge anyway. After inspection of my vehicle, I found that one of the handles on my lift gate had been broken. To say the least, I am not happy with the outcome and how many appointments it took to get something done.

Maybe the worst experience I have had ever since. I have a Dodge and has always been serviced in Dodge. I recently moved into the area so this was the closest one. I made an appointment for an inspection and some oil change. The inspection estimate came at $8000+ with no explanation why these stuff need to be changed, no reason at all. I had a recommendation to change my brake rotors and the reason why was because they USUALLY replace everything- when I only needed front brake pads changed. Most of the services recommended were already done 4-5 months ago. When I asked to speak to the mechanic, he never came out to give me a reasonable explanation why I need this. I ended up going to another location. I would never ever recommend this location in Kirkland. Looks like they only care about your $$$. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I have brought my Jeep Renegade in several times for servicing, and each time, I have experienced exceptional service. There's a very comfortable waiting room if you choose to wait, and I feel the quality of work done is top-notch. Thank you, Rairdon, for taking care of my precious, happy blue Jeep.

I had been to 4 other dealers first, one actually had the nerve telling me Dodge only sells for MSRP and there are no rebates or incentives, I left Olympia Dodge as fast as I could. Alma was very professional and did her best to get me a better deal. Experience was great, sales professionals were very friendly and welcoming, I only wish that being a 26 year retired US Army Veteran lowering my payments $50 would not have been more stressful than my time in Iraq, Afghanistan and Korea.

My second Jeep lease working with Jordan and he s great! Very personable, quick to respond, was able to get us the deal we were looking for and made sure the whole process was easy and efficient so we didn t need to spend hours at the dealership. Driving up to the dealership with our car already out front with a red bow was the added touch that just makes the experience. All great things to say about this dealership.

I called to set up an appointment to see a very specific Jeep on the lot. The salesman checked the stock and said it was at a different partner lot. He assured me they could get it brought over, so I made an appointment to see it the next day. The next day, I drive 40 minutes to get to this dealership for my appointment only to find out they never had the vehicle brought over for my appointment. The salesman was rude and dismissive and refused to take responsibility for his mistake. He proceeded to make up a story that it was on the lot this morning but that it got shipped out just before I got there. He clearly didn t remember that the day before he had told me the opposite, that the vehicle was at another lot and needed to be shipped to theirs. They basically wanted to show me comparable vehicles on their lot rather than the actual vehicle I wanted. However, there aren t any comparable vehicles, as the one I wanted was the only2022 in the area. When we walked out, the manager came out to apologize. However, his solution was basically to have me drive a similar car on their lot (which there are none), sign papers for the one I want, and they would deliver the correct one to me. I explained I was not comfortable buying a car sight unseen, especially after the bait and switch the salesman tried to pull. He assured me buying a car is no different than a couch where you see the model in store and buy the actual one sight unseen. This guy is crazy if he doesn t see the difference between a $2000 couch and a $50,000 vehicle go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. These guys are dishonest and not who you want to do business with.

Had a battery ordered and it came in early and the staff installed it early, a day before my scheduled appointment. That was very helpful because being down a vehicle is challenging. Thanks to the staff and especially the person who worked the oil change area for installing the battery for me.Thanks againMike S

The service was responsive and addressed the issues presented. It would have been more convenient to receive a loaner car, but the earlier appointment afforded by not waiting for one was a priority. The service team was helpful, professional and performed what was needed.

Good service and parts department, never had any issues dealing with the guys in either, if it was just them - 5 stars. Bought some parts for my car, had oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.. A lot of the time they were able to get me in on a short notice, and most of the time I only had to wait about an hour and a half for the service to be done.Now, sales side of the business - I'd stay away from them. I know all car salesmen are kind of slimy, but I did not enjoy my interactions with sales here in particular.

I dropped my truck off at 8am and at 5pm nothing had been done. My truck was parked in the lot and hadn't made its way into the work area. I had to come back the next morning to pick up my truck. The work performed on my truck took about an hour. They inspected my front brakes and told me the pads were worn out and it was metal on metal. The estimate to do the front brakes - $1100. I inspected the front brakes and the pads had lots of wear left and rotors had very little wear. I seriously doubt that I will ever bring one of my vehicles to this dealership again

I took my Challenger here to have the climate control calibrated.Unfortunately it needs a part that is on back order. Par for the course these days. Most of the parts I order for my wife's car are also backordered.The service I received was consistent and professional.I needed a loner vehicle which was clean and in good working order.I was notified in a timely manner as to what was going on with my car.I look forward to going back to have the new part installed.

The sales team was fantastic. They went to great lengths to find the exact Jeep that fit my needs, which happened to be located over 400 miles away. Regardless, the sales associate I worked with drove all day to pick it up so that I was able to take ownership the next day. Amazing!!

If I could give this place a zero review, I would gladly. Worst experience and worst dealership I have ever been to. We had an appt that we made the day before and when we arrived we were introduced to the manager. After that, we were introduced to a women, who then passed us to another salesman, who then passed us back to the manager who then passed us to a new salesmen. I have bought a number of cars and have never met such rude, unprofessional salesmen in my life. It's one thing to have sales tactics, it's another to be aggressively insulting and rude. Each person that came by never told us their role, nor told us why we were getting transferred and nobody knew any of the back story. After agreeing to buying a jeep, they wanted us to sign a loan without viewing the car. Then after we had enough of the dealership we went out to the exit to find it blocked. Our car had transmission issues and we could not reverse. When we asked them if they could move the truck that was blocking the exit (which is illegal) they said they didn't know where the keys were. When we entered the dealership to speak to the manager about moving the truck, the staff were gathered around talking ill about us and why we didn't take the deal. After reporting this to the acquisition manager he stated this was crazy and would gladly get back to us. We received a text around 5 stating he took care of this. This is truely the worst place I have ever been, I would not recommend my own worst enemy here. These people are running some th big extremely shady.

The staff there was very helpful. It was easy to drop my vehicle off and the text messages to stay in contact was great as I was out of the country at the time. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

We had a great experience on purchasing a new Jeep. From first contact on website for information to at dealership sales, support and financing. Prompt customer service, helpful and friendly. And did not feel that they were not looking out for me but being trustworthy.
