I love the service just as much as I love the wheels. These guys are legit. They repaired a rim that would have cost me thousands to replace. Additionally, they customized my wheels to make my rig uniquely gorgeous! Thank you Shane and Chris!

I m always suspicious of a business that has such good reviews because it seems too good to be true. However, I can say this place is the real deal. I had all four of my alloy wheels repaired due to curb rash, and they did a fantastic job. The wheels literally look brand new like I just drove them off the lot. Everybody who works there is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be happy to take my car there again if I ever need to.

Bought a car from a dealer that refused to fix curb rash before the sale because the original wheel had a 3 stage paint job that was impossible to match identically. I took it Rain City Wheels to attempt a repair and they informed me it wouldn't match exactly but they would do their best. They came out great! They're as good as anyone could reasonably expect. Apart from a slight change in shape due to having to sand the curb rash down, you'd be hard pressed to tell that these were repaired. The paint looks great and from 3-6 feet away I wouldn't be able to tell they weren't brand new.

Rain City does not only do wheels, they can powder coat larger items as well. They took my bare steel Jeep Wrangler bumper and coated it beautifully. I'm very happy with the result. They gave me a reasonable cost estimate, delivered on time and were easy to work with. Highly recommended! Thanks Rain City!!

The owner, Shane, is the nicest guy. Made me feel better after I did a curb shot on my rims. Very efficient and fair prices. My wheel looks brand new and it saved me from buying a brand new expensive wheel. I would highly recommend Rain City Wheel Repair and Coatings.

Honest merchants who care for the customers' best interest. I showed him my damaged wheel to see if they can repair. They pointed me how to get it online (from an online merchant), as well as what to look out for, and why it makes more sense buying a new one as oppose to a used one, they did it without any sales pitch or sold me anything. Very honest people, highly recommended.

These guys are awesome! Great service and prices. Came in for a cracked wheel on my Tesla and when I got it back I noticed they'd cleaned the worst of the road rash on the rims. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for any future needs.

Was recommended this place from a family member who had wheel issues and got their stuff fixed here.These people do some nice work. I took my Camaro SS here. Got me in and out same day. My wheel looks brand new, which is impressive with how nasty of a curb rash i got.The people who work here are genuinely knowledgeable, and all interactions i had were positive. I ll be back soon to have them change the color of my wheels once i decide a new color.Service: Painting

Great service and professional high quality results! Took my heavily curb rashed Tesla model 3 wheels for repair and powder coat repainting (matte finish speedway gray in the photos). When they took the wheels off the owner noted cracks into of the rims likely from the recent Seattle potholes and was also able to repair them at the same time as well with beautiful back to new results. Prices were expensive but fair (in this economy you get what you pay for) and I am extremely happy with the results and we'll seek their services again in the future if needed. 10/10

This shop works some absolute magic. Brought a set of wheels that were in extremely poor shape looking to have them brought back to their factory finish. Was not expecting them to be able to come anywhere close to where they ended up. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this shop for any wheel needs.

Two pictures are included. The ones with the center caps are the BEFORE, and the other is the AFTER. I'm rebuilding the Jeep from The Goonies, and the only wheels I was able to find were really beat up. One company in Tacoma started to work on two of them, but gave up. Rain City picked up where they left off, took on all four of the Western Wheel Bullets and made them look new again. Very impressed, very happy. Mama Fratelli would be proud! ;)

One of the best experiences I had with auto repair!!!! So had a minor dent in the inside part of the rim, which was causing air to leak randomly causing trouble every week. They were genuine about what could be done and not, and was affordable than replacing my entire rim. They fixed it in 3 days and ever since saved me from my weekly squats to check the air pressure!

Dealing with Shane, the owner, I had a fabulous experience. Initially I was only planning to restore two of my four wheels, due to curb rash mainly. But, when they came out so good, the other two needed to be done as well. Shane worked with me on pricing and schedule so it worked for us both. He's easy to talk to, and trustworthy. Stellar work and craftsmanship on repairing all four 20" rims in various states of damage on a 2021 Volvo XC40 Recharge, including dealing with a complex and somewhat tedious insurance setup. Shane really went to bat on my behalf, and ensured the work was covered in full, to the point of educating the wheel insurance provider of the realities of how the overall process worked.

I showed up and inquired about the potentiality of repairing my damaged wheel and he gave me honest feedback about how I can best go about getting my wheel repaired. Additionally, he was able to offer a multiple budget-friendly options and gives a fair price on the parts and services that he offers.He didn't have to go out of his way to help me the way that he did and I can say that he is the reason why I am now able to get my car fixed. Even though I didn't have to use their services, I can say that if their work comes close to their customer service then I would highly recommend them.

These guys are phenomenal! I dropped my damaged wheel off on Monday and it was repaired and ready by the same week on Friday. Excellent service, very transparent and clear on their commitments, and high level professionalism. I would say this, Shane (I guess he is the owner) That guy is one of a kind. I would highly suggest everyone who s going to do business with Rain City Wheel go and talk to Shane. I give you a guarantee you won t get disappointed, and you can make everything works out with him! I don t know about other businesses, but this particular business is worth the money, the time, and the experience. Go straight there. You won t have regrets!

10/10 amazing work. Bent a 20" forged rims and I thought it was done for (King County pot holes). They took it in on a Wednesday, and it was ready for pickup Friday! I couldn't believe they straightened the rim and it rides smoother than it did pre-bend! Stop reading and give them a shot! They'll be super honest about their work. Thanks Rain City Wheel Repair!

Rain City recoated a wheel that was defaced by a reputable tire store during service. They did a fantastic job and the wheel looks new, to the delight of the wife. Shane and the team are professional, delivery quality products and are committed to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend their services.

I went to these guys to ask about a possible bent wheel that another local tire shop missed. They gave me a very fair quote on a repair and before any work was done, they checked the wheel and determined that it wasn't bent at all, so no need for a repair. They even confirmed this with a brief test drive. I am very grateful that they took time out of their day to answer my questions and help me when the tire shop failed.

I m catching up on pre COVID projects on my Audi. I have winter tires on wheels that I got with the car that I ve never mounted. I took them to Schwabs shortly before COVID hit and one didn t pass Road Force Balance. Rain City is the closest to where I live so I called, they said bring them in. When I got there they went right to work and we discussed options. The owner (didn t catch name) took the time to give me a good explanation of Road Force Balancing, etc. I ll be back!
