Had a rock hit my windshield at least the size of a quarter. I called protect while continuing my commute. I was passing through Kirkland, they met me in a parking lot within 30 minutes and repaired my windshield. They found 2 other chips that they repaired as well. Just like new. Fantastic job! Thank you!

I needed the back glass window of our minivan replaced and Protech took care of it without any hassle. I was able to coordinate all the details via text including quote, final amount, scheduling etc. And these guys showed up on time, finished the job within 45 mins, and left the garage clean. Seamless experience! Quoted me competitive pricing for both 3rd party and OEM windshield replacement options, scheduled me within the week and came to my house and completed the work in less than an hour. I couldn't imagine a better experience!

I replaced a side window and a windshield for our Mercedes and Audi through this company. They were absolutely fantastic with the job and good customer service. I ll certainly call them up when I need the service again. Highly recommended if you are near the area!

Friendly guys, showed up right on time. Price was identical to quote, new windshield looks great, and the whole process took <30 min. Overall, a very painless experience and would use them again to replace a windshield.

I needed my front windshield replaced. I checked around the area for pricing. They were the best price that offers mobile service. I had an 8:30 appt. The techs came out early and they did an amazing job. It was done in an hour. My new windshield looks amazing. The 2 Techs were very nice and efficient. I highly recommend Protech!

I chose Protech based on their positive reviews and Bobby and his team did not disappoint. I submitted a request for a quote on a Sunday, received a call from them on Monday, and had a brand new windshield installed by Thursday. Bobby was super helpful and communicative and the mobile service couldn't have been more convenient. I'd definitely recommend and will go to them again if needed in the future.

How amazing! The Team ordered my window and came over first thing the next morning. Fast, easy, kind and done. They even helped me with a quick cosmetic issue on the windows too.I had to replace the window because of car prowl, so I hope it never happens again. But if I need a new window I know who I ll call. Incredibly friendly and fast! My window was shattered due to a break in and they replaced it very quickly and for cheaper than any other company we researched. They even vacuumed up the glass inside and outside of the car for us which I wasn't expecting. They were also incredibly accommodating. We had to reschedule as our battery was dead as well and they were very understanding. If we have any more issues with our car I will definitely be working with them again!

My car s windshield was backordered from Toyota for almost 6 months. They were very proactive with calling to follow up with me the whole time. Once it finally arrived, they came out and quickly replaced my windshield. They were friendly and profession throughout the entire process. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

These guys are the real deal! Bobby returned a call in 15 minutes. They are all mobile service on the Eastside. I have a rock chip on the roof of my Tesla. Companies "S" and "S" refused to do the work, citing difficulty and risk of creating more damage and an expensive roof replacement. Bobby agreed to take a look at it and make a "best effort" repair. They showed up same day and did a great job. Reasonable pricing. Two thumbs up!!Service: Body & Trim

Protech provided a professional and great service replacing a windshield on our car. Upon contacting Bobby he immediately researched that a new windshield is available and provided a competitive quote. He and another tech arrived as scheduled, explained the process and quickly replaced the cracked glass. Thank you for the great service!

AMAZING SERVICE 10/10!!! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone that needs car glass repair. I was extremely stress out when my car got damaged during shipment, and I didn't know what to do. When I called Protech Auto Glass they explained the process to me and came out to my location to repair my car. Within less than an hour they completed the rear windshield replacement. You will not be disappointed :-)

Protech came by today to replace my windshield in Sammamish WA. They called right before showing up to confirm, and were able to setup an appointment just a couple days after I called. They were great to work with and replaced the windshield on our Honda Odyssey then fixed a few chips on another windshield while here. I would highly recommend. Reasonable rates, very professional and pleasant to work with.

Protech Auto Glass out of Kirkland did an amazing job replacing my windshield for my Audi A4. They had to order it, were very communicative and on time, came to my place of work, dealt with my Auto Insurance and were done in under 45 mins. Total pros! I would highly recommend.

Called Speedy Glass in Bothell and asked for a chip repair; they charge $89 per rock chip and wanted me to wait a week for the appointment and bring my car in to the shop and wait. Called Chip Happens Glass Co. three times, they never picked up. Then I called here to Protech Auto Glass, Bobby picked up and said he could come by today and take care of it for $95. Bobby and his tech (nice guy, name starts with an F sorry for forgetting), came to our home, repaired the problem quickly and easily, and were kind and professional while they did it. Thanks, you've got a customer for life now.

I was able to secure an appointment within a week of the vandalism to my car. Bobby and his technician came within the appointment timeframe and were courteous and respectful. They were quick and professional in their work. They helped me to clear up all the laminated glass in the passenger window and seat. They finished the job in less than an hour and took care of everything on this glass replacement.

I needed to get my windshield replaced within a few days for a road trip and even though they were fully booked, they started their day early in order to get my car fixed before I left. In and out in 30 minutes! Great work, excellent service.

EXCELLENT work, service and product. I'm fussy and only want OEM windshields installed, not some weird after-market glass. Protech has consistently provided me with quick, accurate estimates for OEM windshields, and has installed on time and with excellent workmanship. I will continue to call them for replacement auto glass. Thanks!

Our company uses Protech regularly for glass removal, repair and replacement. They are reliable, professional, and do excellent work. We won't work with any other company after trying a few other places in the past. Highly recommend!

One of the windows in our Hyundai was broken and we had a terrible time finding replacement glass because of the supply chain issues going. Eventually I was able to order aftermarket glass online and as soon as it arrive Protech came to our house and installed the new window in less than an hour. It looks and feels brand. Very happy with the service!

I called and 15 minutes later they were fixing my windshield crack/chip. As a firefighter, I appreciate quick response times. They were helpful and pleasant to be around and made the process easy. 10/10 will use them again for any windshield repair issue I have in the Kirkland area.

Great work..fast and efficient!! I originally had to go to Safelite per insurance co. They refused to work on my truck..said there was damage to frame protech installed new windshield and verified that there was no damage..Safelite will never get any business from me and I intend to recommend protech to to all my friends!!

A golf ball hit my car while I was driving on the highway and damaged my windshield. I immediately called my Toyota dealer and they referred me to PROTECH Autoglass. I spoke with Bobby: he was professional and insightful. On the day of the windshield replacement, he and Faran were timely, friendly, efficient, and informative! I couldn t have had a more positive experience! I hope my windshield never needs to be replaced again, but if it does, I am calling PROTECH Autoglass!! Many, many thanks to Bobby and Faran!
