I wish I can rate 10 stars instead of five! I bought a headlight bulb from AutoZone and they were extremely rude and unprofessional and could not be bothered to help me put in my new light when I have never done it before. And my other headlight wasn't installed properly so I couldn't even see the road and was frantic. I am from out of town so I don't know anyone that could help me so my last bet was to just go to this O'Reilly's and I am so glad I did. The gentleman working, Max was so helpful and nice and with no hesitation helped me fix both of my bulbs at no charge. He was fast and efficient and the whole thing seemed effortless. Max totally made my night and definitely saved me from getting pulled over. So happy I'm able to see the road clearly again thank you again Max you are the best give this man a raise!!!!!!!!!

The best way I can describe my experience at O Reilly s is above and beyond. Rebecca, seriously saved my life and that isn t an over exaggeration. I needed to have my car battery installed. Over the weekend I had gone to 4 different places and no one could help me. They all sold batteries but did not install batteries. I was having to jump my car every time I got into it.I had to drive to the airport that Monday morning. So, I was pretty desperate when I showed up. She opened the door precisely at 7:30am, which I always appreciate punctuality.She was the only one currently at the store and she wasn t sure if she was going to be able to help me, she called over to the other O Reilly s in Kirkland they were unable to help. She could have told me that should couldn t help and sent me somewhere else but she took the extra time and care and installed my battery.Rebecca was super personable, efficient, friendly and her customer service skills were exceptional. She turned my stressful morning around by just doing a little extra and I was extremely appreciative her help.On top of installing my battery she also saved me money. She informed me that O Reilly s actually gives you more money back for turning in your battery than Costco does. So, she installed my battery and I got some extra money back.If you need anything auto related I would 100% recommend coming to this O Reilly s in Kirkland. If I ever need anything for my car you can bet, I will go here first.Rebecca thanks for being AWESOME! Bam Bam and myself are super grateful!

I went to this location last night because my car battery had died. I jumped it then headed over so I could test my battery and purchase a new one if needed. Long story short I ended up needing to have my car jumped again so I could leave, but the employees (who weren t doing anything but talking to eachother) told me they couldn t help me. I simply needed one of them to help jump my car. I parked by one of the only two cars in the lot, which I assume were both of the employees cars. They told me they could sell me cables but I told them I had my own I just needed another car to help. They said they couldn t help me. So I had to get family to drive all the way over to help. It was dark and I am a young woman to add context. So safe to say I m extremely disappointed that they refused to help me with something that feels so basic. My boyfriend and I work on cars often and always bring our business here, but unfortunately I will refuse to in the future due to this treatment.

This is my is my "go to" parts store for all of my automotive needs. I pass 3 other competitors auto part stores on the way to this O'Reilly location. I always get what I need and if it's not in stock at the store, the staff makes sure I will get the part I need. The part will arrive in less than two days, sometime less than 24 hours or even better, later the same day picked up.grom another store. Top notch service and priced right, what more can a shade tree mechanic ask for.I have two older rides that always seem to need parts. A 1965 F250 and a 1984 Jeep CJ7 and the store keep both of them running strong on the road.Thank O'Reilly's team for keep me going.

Never experienced more blatant racism. Honestly can't believe this place. Cam in to replace a faulty battery I had bought 4 days earlier from a different O'Reilly. Called the other store they confirmed every franchise can do returns and replacements.FIRST of all, I'm being stared at by both the guys behind the counter the second I walk in. I tell the guy what I'm there for. He says, "We don't do that. It's not company policy." I pull up the O'Reilly website and show him the company policy. He says "Well you probably stole that." I showed him the receipt. Asked for his name so I could report him to corporate. He says, "I don't need to tell you that," AND COVERS HIS NAME TAG. Then tells me his supervisors name is Michael. Which was probably a lie. Guy had black hair so maybe someone else knows who this guy is. Anyway, he proceeds to yell at me to leave, which I did immediately. I've been shopping at O'Reilly my whole life and man when I tell you one bad experience is all it takes for me to go to auto zone now. Fire that guy.

I had the best experience a costumer could ask for. I don't speak english too well, but thankfully Peter was there and he is fluent in portuguese, so helped finding the blink light for my 2010 Honda Fit.It's always nice when someone can speak the same language as you, and provide us with such great help as he did! Will be coming here whenever need car stuff.

The nice woman and her coworker went above and beyond. Spent 20 minutes on us for a single transaction and called around to find additional information. The team helped us find the brake shoes we needed and all the tools to make it possible.

Rebecca was exceptional helping ne by reading an error code, and guiding me on whether it was safe to drive back home to California. The Kirkland Hyundai dealer refused to help me when i arrived by 7am when they opened. Rebecca is the best!

Always very helpful. When my wife went there last week not only did they help her figure out which windshield wipers to buy but one of the employees ran out to the parking lot and put them on for her.

Lost a windshield wiper on the 405 in rainy weather. Pulled into O'Reilly and Rebecca found the wipers I needed and put them on for me. In and out with problem solved in about 10 minutes. I'm so grateful! Outstanding customer service!

They helped me and my wife put on our windshield wipers, and even did an exchange for us when we had accidentally picked the wrong ones.Truly very nice people who work here, and very considerate.

Amazing customer service!!! I called this morning to see if they had a bulb for my headlight on my Rav4, Matt answered the phone and was on it! He gave me multiple options to choose from. When I walked in the store he knew exactly why I was there, grabbed the part and even installed it for me! The other gentlemen who was working immediately came out when another customer walked in. Clearly this location takes pride in their customer service and it shows! Will definitely only be using this store for any automotive parts needs in the future! Thank you!!!9/19/22 Updating to say that I had another amazing customer experience today. Zheer was attentive and friendly and showed me how to fix my issue for the next time it happens. Won t go anywhere else!

I lost a battery lead nut for my motorcycle, and these guys were able to quickly find the (very rare) piece sitting in a spare parts bin in the back. It saved my day! Now I have my bike back up and running. I've been coming here for years and they've consistently given me a very helpful experience. Can't recommend them higher.

It was alright. They have a good selection, the store is well lit and well organized, however I felt pretty ignored by the employees. Several of them were gathered by the front having a loud conversation and just hanging out, but none of them bothered to give me so much as a glance or ask me if I had any questions. I wanted to ask them a couple of things, but with the way they were talking I didn't really feel comfortable approaching them without risking negative results. I figured out what I needed eventually, and the man that rang me up was nice enough. It's possible I just went in at an awkward time, so if I end up having to return any of the items I bought I'll revise this review if my next visit goes better.

Rebecca is an all-star of this team she personally came and helped me get my headlight bulb out which she struggled to get it because it hadn't been done in forever and help me put it in and was amazing attitude and I wish I could have done more to help her and I would have happily but she deserves all the praise of this team this is they were such wonderful group

Happy to change this if they fix their web site. Web site said an item was in stock so I ordered online. I wasn't able to get the part until the next day and I needed it for a project. Had to explain to customer service and the in store employee what "in stock" means to a customer.

Thank you to the staff at this O'Reilly's! They are so efficient and helpful. recently they helped me pick out new windshield wipers for my truck and put them on for me, along with helping me today to pick out and get new wipers for my moms vehicle! You guys are awesome thank you so much!!

Called them on the phone, got Zack Hertz and he was the most helpful O Reilly's service I've ever had. Had a stuck oil filter and he gave me several creative ways to get it unstuck from his experience at past places, and I got it unstuck! Thanks to him I completed my first oil change!Thanks again and keep up the great service!

I needed specific windshield wipers for my jeep. Found the ones I needed with the assistance of a young man working there. He was polite, efficient and even replaced the old wipers with the new. Great experience. Great employee. Definitely a five star rating

Staff is helpful and very friendly. Store is clean and well organized. The delivery guy with grey hair is a riot, if you're lucky enough to find him in the store and not out on a run. The other Kirkland location is closer to me, but the people at Totem Lake make it worth going the extra mile or two.

Received knowledgeable, friendly and helpful assistance here to help me decide whether to replace my air filter with the high performance K&N, or a less expensive paper filter. The K&N lifetime filter wins hands down, by the way, in just about any way you want to calculate the savings. I changed out my filter in the parking lot to confirm I had the right size, and the guy behind the counter even offered me disposable gloves to protect my hands. I'd just come from the dealership that changed the oil and alerted me to the dirty filter. The dealer's price for a replacement air filter, installed, was twice the price of a regular paper filter at O'Reilly's. For $5 more, I got the lifetime K&N filter (which the dealership does not sell) and installed it myself.

Bought a car battery & oil for my Accord. That's what I came here for & that's exactly what I got. Good service & good attitudes from both people behind the counter. No hassles, no up selling, no pressures. He did ask if I needed an oil filter, which is expected since the two go hand-in-hand, but I already had a filter. No problem.

I received5 star service!! I initially made a stop at the competitor Auto zone because it was closer to my home. My back and front, inside dome lights were out. When I bought a bulb and installed it from the parking lot, it wasnt working, When I asked if they had any skinny tool or screw driver for me to open the back dome latch cover, they said they didnt. At that point I also began to wonder if i had the wrong part maybe. I called O'Reilly's next, to see if I was supposed to have a different bulb part number and Rebecca told me to come down and they would see if I was installing it correctly, or if it was a fuse issue. Griffin determined it was a fuse issue and helped me replace it for no charge. I had recently pulled my back out, so I was so grateful for his efforts to help. Being an older single woman, I feel much safer having the lights fixed when I'm out in most dark parking lots, so I am deeply thankful to you both! Also, I know very well if I had to pay a mechanic for such a small issue, I know I would be charged more then I could afford! I'm a customer for life after this exceptional display of service!

Our Battery was dead. Costco didn t carry the one for our truck. Amazon and another auto part store locally cost more $. O Reilly installed it for us at no cost (a pain in the butt in our car). Thanks Matt!!
