Just bought a new battery for our little Fiat500 Sport there, Tricia was very knowledgeable on the type of battery needed and lend me the tools to change out the battery there on site! Professional, Knowledgeable, Helpful, greatly appreciate it!

Always had good experiences here as opposed to the one in Redmond. Worth the extra drive for sure. Props to the staff there.

They helped me get the code from my car that was causing a check engine light warning. They also provided a printout I was able to go to my dealership with.

Not impressed I went here because I needed help with my blinker light as it went out. I couldn t understand the guy but told him I needed help to find the part and install it. He was able to find the part, sold it to me, but then said have a good day and left to go in the back to drink his coffee. The other person was busy helping someone but didn t acknowledge me or even go grab the guy to help me. So now I have a part and have no idea how to install it. I read the reviews that they were helpful with that, but apprently not. Not good customer service. Even if he couldn t help me install it, he could have said he couldn t, but he said maybe, maybe not

I have nothing bad to say about the O'Reilly auto parts stores in either the Redmond or Kirkland locations. Very knowledgeable staff and a great inventory to access any part I've needed. Online ordering makes it extra easy especially for checking if a particular part matches the make and model of your car.

Called at 10:30 am to ask about a part. The guy on the phone tells me they have it, offers to hold it, and takes my name. I tell him I'll be there around 5:30 pm.I arrive to find not only do they have no record of the conversation, but don't carry the item in stock. We verified it was the same store I had called. I was told this after 10 minutes of scrambling.I don't like having my time wasted.Go somewhere that won't waste yours.

Great shop and good prices! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! I had an issue with my Toyota, the dealer's shop was NO help at all saying leave the car and we'll get to it within a week for about $200. Stopped by another auto parts store near the dealer, they had NO clue what to do. Finally arrived at my local favorite in Kirkland just at closing. One of the guys stayed late to help me diagnose and fix the problem and I was on my way in 15 minutes!!! They will also help install wiper blades and with other minor repairs!!!

I'm surprised at all the comments of how helpful the employees are. Camryn seemed very annoyed when I asked him if he could help me put the battery in that I was buying. Said he wasn't sure he was free to help even though I was the only one in the store for whole 30 minutes I was there.

I've had good luck there, they have had more parts than I expected in stock, helped me diagnose a few problems, came up with ideas, loaned me their meter to check a friend's car. Some of their staff are young, yes, but some are very knowledgeable car enthusiasts who know how things work and have worked on cars themselves. It depends on who is there at the time, so if one of their experts isn't around, ask when they will be, so you can call or revisit to get some advice. They're usually very happy to help. One time they solved a problem preventing my car from starting, that cost me about 20 bucks for the part and saved me a tow to the mechanic. They didn't have the part at their store, but they found one in Totem Lake store, and I was up and running in a couple of hours all told.

Excellent help. I needed a new battery and battery cable for my mower. They didn't have a cable that was quite right on the shelf, so they made one. Awesome. Everything worked great when I got home.

Bobby was really helpful both on the phone and in-person. He remembered talking to me on my specific issues regarding my car battery and was immediately ready to help. Being a woman, I've been talked down to by a man, especially in the auto repair industry, so it was refreshing to be treated like an actual person. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at this O'Reilly's location. All of the employees were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The store manager, Ryan, was especially helpful. My husband is on deployment, and we are currently stationed in San Diego, but I drove his truck up here to Washington to spend a few months with my family. Within the first few weeks I was here, I needed new brakes and rotors, to switch a burnt out taillight, windshield wipers and an oil change. My husband can build a car from start to finish and in reverse, so he has always done the oil changes and maintenance on our cars/trucks. I know NOTHING about cars/trucks or how to fix them! My husband uses a special kind of oil, that after you use it consistently, you can only use/replace your oil with that specific oil, and many quick oil changing places don't even carry it. Upon calling this location to confirm they carried it, I went in and was given the best customer service I have had in a long time! Ryan not only helped me find the right oil, but advised me on the best wind shield wipers, and light for my taillight. He then proceeded to REPLACE HIMSELF, both the windshield wipers, and taillight, in the POURING rain. He also helped me sign up for a rewards card, and gave me advice on where to get my oil changed with the oil I had purchased. On top of all this, his fellow employees reminded me to use my military discount, which saved me an extra 10%. I cannot say enough about how helpful, courteous and overall kind the guys and gals at this O'Reilly's location are. Thank you so much for reminding how amazing it feels to have such a good customer service experience!

So far I haven't been able to stump the staff on an automotive question. Always knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I'm simply dropping off oil to be recycled without a purchase they're nice and helpful.

Had a dead battery on a very hot day. AAA was taking forever. They found the right battery and lent me pliers which my husband wanted to loosen the battery cables. (They offered a wrench but husband wanted pliers!) Very thankful for the help!!

Above and beyond.I went in hoping to get a replacement for my back windshield wiper on a 2013 model chevy. Despite a large stock, they didn't carry my obscure model anymore (go figure). They opened and tried 4 different options to see if they could make it work. In the end they custom cut a new blade and attached it to my old wiper. I walked out of there for $7.30. Cheaper than any model I could buy or order and the entire team contributed to the best solution.I was honestly blown away. 5+++ starsIf you guys are reading this. THANK YOU

A couple really poor experiences at this location:1. Ordered break pads to be delivered here. The system said they were, yet they weren t. Employees had no explanation.2. Was rudely interrupted in the middle of a question to let me know he had no idea the answer, and the manager had stepped outside.

This is my go-to car maintenance place for light bulbs, oil, and windshield wipers. The service isn't overwhelming, but it does the trick, I get honest answers to my questions, and I leave with what I need. I'm always helped in less than a minute too.

Stopped at O'Reillys on 85th to buy some deicer and went to checkout. Made it halfway through my transaction when I realized this mouth breather, Zach per my receipt, wasn't wearing a mask and was about 2 feet from me. Being a medical practitioner I have to deal with this type of inconsiderate uneducated BS enough on a daily basis and would expect better from a reputable chain like O'Reillys. I'll take my business elsewhere next time I need auto parts. I also reported this to the state taskforce.

This was horrible service first of all. I've been going to O'relieys for years and this place has by far the worst employees ive ever experienced. I had to return something and the guy made a huge fuss about it. Also less than half of the employees wear masks. Total disrespect to the customers and for whats going on. Rude service overall. Screw you guys.

Stopped in to get headlight bulbs. I asked the person behind the counter if they could put them in for me and he said, sure no problem. I have to say at this point that it was POURING down rain! He put the passenger side bulb in after a little struggle. He then proceeded to try to put the driver side one in. He stated that it would take a little longer because of the positioning of the bulb casing. Poor guy struggled in the rain and finally stated that it was a little more complicated and he wouldn't be able to do it in the parking lot. I told him no worries...I could get my mechanic friend to put it in. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Shaun for giving it his best try in the nasty weather! You deserve a raise!!
