The reason I went to Lee Johnson Kirkland Nissan to buy a new car was their service department. These folks are so professional, so efficient, and so competent in servicing your car, you don't want to trust your car with anyone else. I have never taken my car to so much as a quick lube. They are fast and courteous. And if a part doesn't need to be replaced now, they tell you when it should be replaced. Their estimate of charges and the time it takes for service is spot on. I trust them! That's rare for the repair shops that I used to frequent. Plus... they vacuum my car's interior and provide a FREE car wash! Do I need to say more?

I brought my car in to have a number of things fixed, and Nikki in service was absolutely wonderful to work with. She described what issues needed to be addressed and why, and broke everything down in a way I could digest. She was so thoughtful updating me throughout the process, and I would be happy to recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to Nikki and the service team for taking great care of my car!

Just got routine service for my 2023 Rogue at Lee Johnson. I live some distance away, so I scheduled my service appointment a couple of weeks in advance and was able to get the exact time that I needed. Everything was done on schedule and I was out in 45 minutes. Great experience!

We purchased a used Lexus IS250 from Lee Johnson Nissan and it is a great car. Recently we needed service and they were perfect, they had the skilled mechanics to work on our Lexus and even went to Toyota/Lexus to get a replacement part that was broken by another service shop. The whole event was excellent, they provided curious service, skilled workmanship, very reasonable pricing and kept me informed along the way! I'd highly recommend Lee Johnson for any make or model service or purchase!

The only place we take our Armada for care and feeding. Service manager Brian makes sure we always leave with the work done as scheduled and quoted. Top notch Nissan techs. And the best waiting room coffee around!

Installed hitch. Got job done, although took a month longer than expected and agreed to in sales contract which i understand is beyond their control given supply chain issues with parts everywhere. I know they tried to get as soon as they could. The height of hitch clearance off ground i am not entirely happy with as it is now the lowest point on the car. It does seem that they would have had to alter the bumper potentially to install it more typically to standard of SUV but not sure if that is a Nissan design flaw or just some after market hitch issue. It does scrape the ground now when i back up my jet ski trailer to my driveway whereas my Toyota 4runner never had that issue. All in all service was ok. Communication could have been better as service guy had no clue of conversations i had with sales guy and email chain detailing hitch needs.

We came at the right time, saw the perfect vehicle that met our needs, excellent price but what was the BEST was the personal customer service given to me and my girlfriend by Nimrat who was our saleswoman. She was very kind and took care of us and the vehicles needs. Lee Johnson offered us services that other dealerships don t and sometimes things like vehicle maintenance may not fit into a lot of peoples schedule or don t know how. That s where Lee Johnson assured us Amazing service and relief. Thank you Lee Johnson Nissan of Kirkland for everything we are soo happy.

I was there at Lee Johnson Nissan service center recently. I had a very good experience with regular maintenance service of my 2011 Nissan Juke. The service details were clearly explained and also advised me about additional services that was required in detail. I was given the car back within committed time. Thank you Service team. I worked with Nikki who was great at keeping me updated and giving an accurate timeline of how long to expect to be waiting for service to be completed. I had made an appointment for a routine mileage inspection and maintenance and everything was very clear as to what would be done and how much I could expect to pay. Some dealerships are good and some aren't so good. It can be tricky to know which one to go to. I bought a 2013 Nissan Juke from a private third party, and I like to try to fix things myself. Spencer at the parts desk was extremely helpful and spent a long time looking up the parts I needed. Then Brian, the service department manager, did complementary transmission scan for me, and determined that the transmission looked good and that the issue lie elsewhere.Throughout the whole experience, I saw that this dealership does truly care about customers and is not out for short term profit.I have had nothing but great experiences here, and I'll continue to come when I need things.My most recent visit, was to do an inspection to see what was causing a whirring noise in my engine. Brian scheduled a master technician to diagnose the issue and they determined it is the turbocharger.I'm a picky customer, but this is a place I'll recommend to friends and family.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Only have had one visit, and I ve decided to make this our family s regular maintenance shop. Every employee was extremely kind & cheerful, especially for a Friday at 7:45am. I ve been to another Nissan dealership, and they ve always told me to get so many things fixed/replaced every time. Luckily, I also declined, so when I went here, I expected the same suggestions.However, they told me my car was in fantastic condition. It s clear they aren t going to pull out all the reasons to get work done just to charge for it.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
