They did an amazing job adjusting the alignment of my C7 Corvette and are one of the few shops that can measure/adjust the rear caster. Price is fair and scheduling is quick as well!

I recently had my E36 BMW aligned and corner balanced at Mshop. Peter did an amazing job and Li was really great to work with. These guys truly know what they are doing and their communication is top notch. Highly recommend

I was looking for a tire shop to replace all four tires on my car. I went online and mShop was one of the three that my friends recommended. I had already read about them and saw that they were one of the higher rated shops nearby.I ordered my tires from Tire Rack and they delivered them to mShop. Came in and Pete and Li were welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. Unknown to me, the wheel lock nut remover was not in the car. Pete explained the situation and the options to me and I said that I was okay with him removing the lock nut without the remover. While this was going on, Li was on the phone ordering replacements.The whole experience was very smooth, trouble-free and a learning experience. These guys know their stuff and they go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable with what they are doing. I totally recommend them to anyone wanting their tires replaced, serviced, or repaired. To top it all off, they are very reasonably priced and have a nice sitting area where you can work if you need to.The photo in this review is a photo of a lego Porsche on display in their office - very cool!Service: Tires

Very great experience with mShop! Mr. Li was very communicative from start to finish, and was very attentive to all the small details! I appreciate all the updates throughout the process, and the rundown of all the work done with accompanying photos. Had my suspension springs replaced and an alignment and car runs great! mShop knows their stuff, very knowledgeable and experienced!

Lee and Peter are really friendly and helpful. I appreciate their professional attitude when working on my car.My 4C was terribly tramlining when coming as stock. After they installed the alignment blocks and fine tuned the suspension geometry, the car gives me a lot of confidence when driving on the road now.Lee and Peter also gave me lots of suggestions about how to setup the car for improving the performance.

Li and crew are incredible! It was recommended that I go here for tire replacement and alignment. It turns out that Lee and his business partner are ex-Tru-Line pros! If you don t know what that means, then figure your life out. They were professional and fast while still being thorough. Lee asked how I drive, how often I have passengers, weight, everything pertinent to fine tune my driving experience. After they aligned my car, replaced and balanced my tires I got back a different car. It has been the best driving experience I have ever had in this vehicle. They are wizards. What a crazy hidden gem. I almost hate sharing it and want to keep it for myself, but this was too good to be that greedy. It has to be shared. You re welcome.

Awesome experience at mShop! Scheduling was easy and got my car in quickly. Both Li and Pete were easy to talk and work with when I got there. Explained everything in detail both at drop-off and pickup. Had requested a wheel alignment when I originally scheduled my appt but their alignment check showed I didn't need an alignment, so they didn't need to perform the alignment and that saved me money! Will definitely be back for any other wheel/tire/brake services I need in the future.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

mShop did an alignment, corner balance, and front sway bar install for me. They also did a shake down and resolved a weird clunking with my rear sway bar. The work was top notch and they were super communicative along they way. Worked with Zeyu to get winters mounted on my m4 and he was really helpful and worked with us to get my tires and wheels mounted and good to go. He has always fit us in within a couple days, and mshop does some really great work. I recommend to anyone on the east side, they are trustworthy and take pride in their work :)

This two-man team is the best! I had a set of genuine Weld wheels w/ beadlocks which needed TPMS installed for my SUV but no other auto service in town would deal w/ the beadlocks. mShop (of Kirkland, WA) was the only exception. The price quoted was fair and the labor time was w/in a day. Very professional and great workmanship!

This was my first time coming to mShop for a suspension fix on my F150. Li and Pete were absolutely fantastic and great to work with. After test driving my car, Pete knew exactly where to look and located the problem. Li, the owner, got me in the same day and the following day for repairs. Li and Pete were both really knowledgeable and detailed in explaining what they were doing and why. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs.

Very professional, handle my porsche with center lock and ceramic rotors with great care. They have found an old puncture fixed close to the side wall of the tire, which is a safety issue, somthing that no other shop informed me before. Very friendly as well. Honest, professional, and most importantly they do top notch work. Had some new wheels, tires, and springs installed. Li and Peter got the work done on time as promised, and the car looks/drives great. mShop is a Tire Rack recommended installer, so you can order your tires from Tire Rack, and have them ship directly to mShop. Avoid the dealers, avoid the big box tire shops, and go to mShop.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I can't say enough good things about this place- I rarely leave reviews but wanted to after going here for a winter/summer tire swap-out. They are super informative, honest and fair priced. Excellent, quality work and great customer service. The shop is brand new and so is their alignment machine. Another shop in the area canceled on our alignment appointment last minute, and M was able to fit my car in without any wait time. Establish your cars here early on; I m sure their business and clientele will grow and pick up very quickly.
