Oil changed and headlamp replaced quickly & with a smile! The customer waiting room was also comfortable & clean with a well-supplied coffee counter and friendly barista.

Attention! I advise you not to trust this dealer. This dealer is unscrupulous and omits the terms of the contract, in fact you will have to pay more than he promises. Read carefully and double-check all the terms of the deal

I met an arrogant sales rep, who seems not really interested to do the business. And not willing for the price negotiation. I would highly recommend to have several quote like Puyallup, South Tacoma, Everett or Renton. They are far cheaper then this shop for the price and to my surprise, it saved me $4,500 in total!

Brought my car in due to a few issues and Scott and his team were great in going through and addressing all those issues. A hard-to-find problem was missed, but as soon as I brought it up, they did another inspection, found the issue, and it was immediately addressed. The service was quick, efficient, and now my car is running great. Went in to get my first service on my car. Mackenzie was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. They even topped off my washer fluid and ran my car through the car wash! Excellent service, will definitely be back :)

I bought my car new from the attached dealership 3 years ago, and have been bringing it in for annual checkup and maintenance ever since.The service associates are always welcoming and efficient, and service has always been good, with no unnecessary repairs or markup (keep in mind this is a 3 years old car). They send you a video of every inspection and whatever they find.I also had to bring it in for an oil leak several months after my last annual maintenance. I received outstanding service from Scott (as always), who managed to find an appointment for me the very next day (there were 2 weeks wait on the website), and had my oil level topped off in the meantime. They made the repair for free (a washer), and washed my car, also for free.As a woman, I'm always wary of auto repair shops, but I've been extremely satisfied with the service received at Mazda Service Kirkland, so far.I just wish they had better loaner service so I wouldn't have to wait in the coffee shop (at least they have a convenient and comfortable coffee shop).Service: General repairs & maintenance

Historically they have provided great service. I have been going here for my Mazda servicing needs since 2017. However, recently their customer service has gotten worse. I lost the lug nut lock key so went to the service center to have the custom lug nut replaced with regular one so I won't get stuck when there is a flat tire. I did not make an appointment but I called them before I went. The person on the phone said that it takes less than 5 minutes to replace the lug nuts and that I could pay for the replacement lug nuts at the service center. I confirmed that they had them in stock. I arrived at the service center 1.75 hours before they close. The person at the service center who received me seemed very frustrated that I did not make an appointment. He then said that he does not have time to look for replace lug nuts as it was "almost" closing time. I reminded that they still had more than 1.5 hours left before their official close time and I could wait if they had other pressing things to do. I also told him that I was asked to come towards closing. He rudely dismissed me and said that the person on the phone did not know what he was talking about.I did not want to argue with him as I needed the custom lug nuts replaced as I was going on a road trip. I requested him if there is anyway he could accommodate me. He again said that he does not have time to look for replacement lug nuts and offered to remove the custom lug nuts. He said that I should thank him for accommodating me. I said "Thanks" and asked him to remove the custom lug nuts. However, I was not sure if it was safe to drive with one lug nut missing. I asked him that if it was safe to drive with one lug nut missing. He then got very belligerent and angry. He then refused to work on my vehicle and very rudely asked me to leave. When I asked to speak to the manager he said that he himself was the manager and there was no one above him. He then became extremely rude and mumbled something racist.Even if he didn't have time to to something as simple as lug nut change, he could have been polite. This was a very unpleasant experience. Will never ever spend my money here.Service: General repairs

Have bought and serviced my CX-5 three times here, no issues at all. All timely, quick and professional. As a benefit, during service they provide a video of the overall status and if any issue found. Recommend!

staff at quick lube were kind and courteous. Oil change was done quickly, and the wash and vacuum were a nice added touch. I never write reviews but was so blown away from my experience during my appointment I had to. I am a young single female and usually go to a Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. However, the last couple times I went I felt like I was getting taken advantage of and up charged for services I didn t really need. Come to find out, after going to Lee Johnson Mazda of Kirkland they told me I do not need some of the repairs Valvoline told me I did. On top of the honest transparency I received, the 2 gentleman helping me went above and beyond to answer all of my silly questions and walk me through what repairs they did to my car. I've been to Lee Johnson Mazda service twice so far. All the staff I interacted with were professional and helpful. The turnaround time for fixing my vehicle was fast. Plus they've got a small cafe in the waiting room. I went in because my check engine occasionally comes on and throws a knock sensor code before shutting off immediately after the code is read. I took it in as a precaution and they ensured it was all good. They were straightforward, friendly, and understanding. Coming from a family of mechanics, this is exactly the kind of service and treatment we look for. Definitely will be back for future maintenance/repairs.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Great personalities at this place. 2 hours was a little long to wait for a service but they were short staffed. No coffee in waiting room and service guy did not wash car, but agent did offer to do when realized not done. Had regular maintenance service here. Everything was smooth. They provided Lyft ride to/from my office to drop/pickup my car.What I liked was that they gave me a short video which explains the condition of my car. I feel more safe when I saw this.

Smooth process in buying a brand new 2023 cx-50. Tim was amazing and helped answer all the questions I had and truly took care of me even personally driving me to the bank to finish up the deal! Never felt pressured the whole process and Tim went the extra mile to set up all my information on the vehicle before I left the lot! Lifelong customer acquired!
