Jake gave us a quote that was $400 less than the nearby auto repair shop. The shop did an excellent job on our auto repair. He was so professional to work with. The car was washed and looked great. I highly recommend this business.

I had extensive damage that required a door replacement. I was quoted $4800, $4500, and $4200 at other places. In the end, my repair only costed $3000 here, and I am very pleased with the results. During the repair, some additional costs arose and they were communicated clearly and quickly to me. My repair was scheduled three weeks after the estimate, and after dropping it off, it was completed within a week. I would highly recommend this place! The price, product, and professionalism are unbeatable.

My first time going lots of help great customer service caring people and Jake was awesome as soon as I came in he heard my concerns and help me to see the issues for reasonable prices all in all I will say this has to be one of the best shops and anyone reading go ahead and make your way over there you will notBe disappointed

Pete and Jake did an amazing job fixing a huge dent and paint scratches on my Subaru. Other nearby shops cost 2-3x more than what they quoted me and said it would take twice as long. Stick to your small local shops like this one, and you ll save money while still getting your car looking like new. I m seriously impressed.

I spoke with Jake and learned a lot about the service before dropping the car off. I did not expect these people to be so fast and accurate on their work towards my Hyundai. I felt so respected and informed everytime I called just to check up on my Hyundai on how everything was going while it was being fixed . I would come back to this place if something happened to my car again. The staff honestly did a good job and I am satisfied with putting my trust with this service. Thank You! Pete is a very friendly and knowledgeable owner. He was great to work with and I could tell my car was in good hands. My car looks great (now) after the shipment of my car resulted in multiple scratches across multiple areas. He was kind enough to deal with the awful shipping company during the process. I would highly recommend him!

Came in to get the front bumper, quarterpanel and headlights replaced after a minor accident. While other shops were giving me months of lead time and projecting 5-10 days to get the car fixed, Pete got me in within a couple of weeks and the car was ready in just a few days, looking even better than it used to. Top service!

Kirkland auto body is one of the most honest and reliable shops around. Pete is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to collision repair. Very friendly service and always willing to work with the customer with whatever they need. Whenever I call or stop by, he's always willing to stop and talk about where the progress of my car is. Pete is very honest person and won't charge you or make you pay for something that's not needing replacement. If you're going through insurance or paying cash out of pocket, Pete will do his best to make you happy with the end result. The quality and customer service is second to none. Paint came out flawlessly and looked better than before the accident. I will definitely bring my car back when I need some more work.

I had a really good experience here.I had a broken panel replaced on my Outback here. The paint job was great but a bit of the trim wasn't perfect. The next day the owner reached out to us (without us asking) and said he wasn't happy with the detail and wanted to redo it. It's perfect now - like new.I've never had a business owner do something like that. Very impressed with the quality of work and with the service attitude.Pricing was competitive too.

I highly recommend this auto shop. Not only was the service superior the owner Pete was a character. I had a rental that I had put some scratches in. Took my 2022 Subaru Forester in for some body work after rear ending somebody & couldn t be more pleased with Pete s repairs! It s almost unreal what great work his body shop offers considering his extremely affordable prices. Outstanding customer service! I have a new truck, (2018 GMC Denali) so I was concerned about having it look like new. The result of the work was PERFECT. I got 4 estimates, including the highly regarded McClouds. I got a good vibe from Pete, the owner. He is straight up guy. I wasn t disappointed. Competitive estimate with no add-on costs. You d be crazy not to trust him with your vehicle. Next time, I will go straight to Pete and his business. I m not family, nor a friend. Just a satisfied customer.

Kirkland Autobody is hands down the best out there. Many insurance companies want you to use their preferred companies but don t give in. Pete the owner runs an honest and thorough autobody company. Pete stayed in constant communication with me and worked directly with the insurance company to ensure what was needed to repair my car was handled correctly and with Lexus parts. I highly recommend Kirkland Auto Body.

Took both my wife's and my car for repairs. Pete was very helpful and His estimates were lower than the two other shops I checked. The work was done quickly and you can't even tell it was repaired.

Originally read the reviews and thought that I would be in good hands....how wrong was I. Had a minor fix needed for a body panel, just a couple screws on the BMW to fix it. Scheduled an appointment, owner Pete, was a no show. Spent about 15 minutes waiting and finally, an employee looked at the car and attempted to screw it in. 45 minutes go by and it cant be done, again needing special screws, mind you Pete knew I was coming in, the car type, and gave an estimate- should have had the screws. Pete finally shows up 45 minutes late- his excuse is "I always work out 1030-1130" so me as the customer am an hour early. He told me "why didnt you just drop off the car and go somewhere for an hour"- well as we all know, no one would just drop off their car with a random person and come back later (no one was in the office/Pete was gone), that is a huge liability. He proceeded to complain that I was watching his guys work and that because I didnt just drop off the car, he didnt want to work on it- after his employee had already started to pull the panel off.I have never been so disrespected and felt as though a business was this shady than with Kirkland Auto Body Repair.I would not recommend them to anyone and would suggest other auto body repairs in Bellevue over them. Save yourself!!!

This is now the 4th time I have used them and I should have wrote a review sooner but oh well, here I go:Great body shop and great pricing! I could have spent $4345 BUT they did the same job for $1667, they use non-OEM parts at my request to save money and I could not tell the difference. I did not want to go through insurance and this place really was the best option. The people are friendly and the owner is very nice.

Pete Arnold helped me out in a desperate situation. The hood of my VW Golf flew open on the 405 freeway. It crashed into the windshield and I could barely see where I was going. I was able to pull off the highway without incident where I tried to tie the hood down with a bungie cord. I found Kirkland Auto on my cell phone and limped over there. Pete was busy, but still took the time to point out where the hood had been sprung... probably when a car with a trailer hitch apparently backed into the front of my car in a parking lot. He brought out some amazing tools and managed to get the latch realigned so I could safely drive home. He refused any compensation!! I am forever grateful to him....one of those unsung heroes!!!

Perfect. The price is reasonable. Speed is 1-2 days faster than other bodyshops. The owner is very nice and touched my other parts as free. Strongly recommend.
