I've had some of the best service at the service department at Lee Johnson. I have to give a special shout out to Jim, he really knows how to take care of his customers. I was in a time crunch due to an upcoming long road trip and I had my Sorento in need of some service. He managed to find the time and resources to help me get my car serviced in order for me to be safe out there on the road. Not very often do you find people willing to go out of their way to help a customer out. I'm glad I purchased my KIA but, moreover, I'm glad to have this type of service so close to home.

Michael Noamouz is amazing at his job. He s friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He didn t try to sell anything and allowed me to test-drive other brands of cars before making a final decision. He was not pushy and didn t have to convince me to buy the car. We really appreciated that.We were extremely happy with this transaction, very easy and smooth.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our brand new Mazda through Lee Johnson. The staff made us feel welcomed and made sure that we got exactly what we were looking for. We had to wait several weeks for our exact car to come in from shipping, but we were kept up to date with any updates along the way. Taking delivery was a breeze and it is clear that the sales team know what they're doing.

I had bought my Mazda from Lee Johnson and had been getting it serviced here since and they have always been great with communication and the service they provided.I recently moved to Everett so for my last service I went to Mazda of Everett and they screwed up the 3 year brake flush and I lost my brakes while driving. They fixed the brake line they didn't properly attach, but from now on I will just drive the extra distance to get my car serviced by this service center.

Our sales rep was fantastic to work with and made us feel comfortable with no pressure. He worked with us throughout the whole process and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. He was very professional and communication was great. We would definitely buy from him again.

Their Quick Lube service, right as you pull into the service area off of 85th street: they were so fast and thorough!!! I just asked for an oil change and fixed headlights; they called to ask if they could rotate tires, clean air filter, the works! They were thoughtful and thorough, and worth every penny and more for the cost of labor; they truly care about taking care of your vehicle.

The main reason I use Lee Johnson Kia Service of my Soul is because of the service manager who handles my account, Jim Mercier. He's one of those gems you encounter sometimes in life when dealing with routine business, such as having your car oil and lubed. In addition to his vast automotive knowledge and outstanding service, he's a delight to interact with!

Okay, hear me out. I'm active reviewer on Google because I want to help people with their purchasing decisions. If you are looking for a new car, a new Kia, this is the place to go. Lee Johnson not only has the stock, they also have the best staff to ensure you have a great experience buying a car. A car isn't a regular purchase, and the staff at Lee Johnson understands that you may have lots of questions or concerns. Alfredo Corpuz, my sales rep, was kind and personable, he explained every single thing I needed to know. I got my new EV6 from here and I love it, great car. Thanks Lee Johnson and Thanks Alfredo!

Rating for Nathan Mak was 5 stars, overall experience 4 stars, and rating for finance guy Roman 3 stars...Nate worked with us for over five months- texting back and forth, calls, innumerable in person visits going over options for the Telluride- new and used, EV9, and EV6. I had researched cars for three years to replace our 17 year old Trail Blazer and we really wanted to hold out for a similar sized EV car size wise to replace our older Chevy. We had previously purchased a PHEV Sportage in October 2022 and really liked the layout, safety features and ride of the Sportage so we felt buying our next car from Kia was a good choice. During the last five months Nate was great with constant commutation based on our constantly pivoting thoughts and needs. We never felt pressured into any particular purchase- always feeling he was purely there to help us, answer questions and find out information. We kept pivoting because, once we found out the prices for the EV9s...we were disappointed how it felt overpriced. I did a ton of research and knew if we bought a gas car (new or used) it would only be a few years before trading it in for a mid sized EV...and losing a ton of money in the transaction... ultimately we decided on the EV9. We did some negotiation feeling the car was overpriced- that part I just loathe. They haven't worked with Costco Auto Program since 2008 we were told so the haggling had to be done by us. We had forgotten completely about the additional cost for an extended warranty until we chatted with the finance guy Roman. We already had spent about 7 hours at Lee Johnson when we signed off on the "final price" which wasn't actually the final price bc of the extended warranty. Buying a car that is completely electrical components we felt it wise to snag the extended warranty. It was only when we sat down I recalled the added cost of that. Roman flew thru all the warranty details like an auctioneer- being so tired after being there for so long and our brains being a bit blitzed made the speedy delivery pretty incomprehensible. I'm sure he goes thru the spiel multiple times per day but for us we weren't as aware of the components. He asked if we had any questions and said we did but the response was just as quickly as the original delivery of info. We also didn't realize the manufacturer rebate was applied at the bitter end- after all the additions AND taxes are added in... the warranty is too expensive in the first place then taxed which feels like a rip off and that $3,750 rebate feels like nothing when it's subtracted from the final total instead of the MSRP to help bring down the total cost of taxes. Wish we had known that before meeting with Roman because that absolutely makes a difference in the final cost.Honestly it was Nate that made the entire multi month process of figuring out what we wanted to do actually tolerable. It had gotten super stressful in the final weeks leading to our actual purchase trying to pull the trigger and decide. Nate continued to answer questions and help us in our in the moment decisions. We would use Lee Johnson again for future purchases and hope to partner with Nate again. If you're looking for a low key experience without pressure but great communication and help, use Nate Mak at Lee Johnson.

I can always count on the Kia service department for keeping up with my vehicle needs. Jim and his crew are always so friendly. And such great & wonderful group of staff. Although, my vehicle was in yesterday to do the oil change & the recall of the steering column and Anti-theft software updated, was I supposed to get a new sticker? I didn't see the replacement decal sticker? They did say anything. But just curious.

I recently stopped in the Kia service center to have some corestpondence checked re re-calls. Jim handled in a very professional manner and put my mind at ease. Also a young man was assisting Jim and when my request was completed{ Keith washis name} asked me if I would like him to vacumn my car... WOW of course I said YES. So refreshing to have that customer service from both Jim and Keith. Certainly wonderful representives of the Lee Johnson dealership.Cindy Sheehan

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I called and made an appointment, which took a 2 months wait. I called to modify my appointment after receiving an error message in my car and was assured it was fine to add these repairs to my appointment. I received 2 confirmation emails with my additional needs included confirming my new appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist had no idea why I was there. I explained that I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and to check to error message. She said they would only have time for the oil change because that was scheduled and that I should have called for the changes instead of using their email recommendation link for changes. I explained that I had changed the appointment by calling, that it had been confirmed twice, and that I would be willing to wait all day for the repairs. She said they were unable to accommodate me since they do not do repairs on Saturdays, but that I had a safety recall they could fix while I was there. I waited 5 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. I was never offered a Lyft or service to be taken anywhere as everyone else in the lobby was. My car was not washed or vacuumed, which was usually done at all of my previous appointments, but was done for everyone else who was there. My car seats and floor had no protection put on them like everyone else there. I finally went up to the front desk after 5 hours to ask about the status of my car, which I saw sitting out front for an hour, but thought they were still cleaning it. They told me it was done. They then informed me that the recall could not be done because they did not have the parts available. Someone else that came in after me while I was sitting there for 5 hours had the same repair completed and left before me. They checked me out and I saw the paperwork stated that I had a red level tire check. There was a bolt and bulge in one tire. No one mentioned it to me. I also noticed that my tires had not been rotated. I showed it to the receptionist and she seemed completely unconcerned. I was not offered to purchase new tires, which I would have done. I was not offered to have the spare put on for my safety. I had to ask if they could please put on my spare for my safety on my drive home. The receptionist was visibly irritated at my request. Having to drive on such a poor tire condition could have resulted in a blow out and possibly death. I also asked if I could schedule an appointment for the recall repairs and for my sensor errors. The receptionist said I should call my insurance for the sensor repair because it would cost $3500. She just assumed I couldn't pay for it, but I would have if they would have done the repairs I requested when I made my appointment. She offered to schedule me for a recall repair and sensor repair appointment on a Saturday, and I gently reminded her that they said they don't do repairs on Saturday, so how could she schedule me for a Saturday appointment? They lost at least $5000 today in business from me. To say I'm disappointed in my service is an understatement. I have never been treated so poorly at a facility in my life. When i canceled my upcoming appointment, i received 5 emails saying i missed my 75, 000 mile (my car has less than 40k) appointment but that they were glad I rebooked for 6 days ago (i.e. booked an appointment that already passed). I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I am so thankful for Jim and the service center team for keeping my family safe when we are on the road in our Kia Sorento! You can tell a good soul when you meet one, and Jim is one of those for sure. The service crew behind the scenes also deserves a huge thank you- we've never had any issues with the work done. We bought our car new from Lee Johnson about 5 years ago and I trust these guys whole heartedly for routine maintenance and the occasional recall. Thanks again!

I had a great experience getting my Kia EV6 serviced at Lee Johnson Kia. My EV6 had a damaged ICCU and the 12V battery was dead so I had to call Kia Roadside Assistance to tow the car to the dealership. Steve from Lee Johnson Kia called me regularly to keep me updated and they were able to get the new part and finish all recall updates within just a few days. Everything was all paid for by Kia because the car is still under warranty because there was a recall, so payment was completely hassle free. Overall had a very positive experience and I will be using Lee Johnson Kia for all my service needs going forward.

I had previously had an issue with service and made a new appointment and was treated like royalty! I wanted to thank Kirsten for all of her help from beginning to end, and how kind she was to walk me through some items on my car and how they worked. I really appreciate that my problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently and so professionally, I would definitely go here again!

Had a great experience working with Julia Pae at Lee Johnson Kia! Julia and the sales department team were great to work with. I went into the dealership expecting a painful and long process with a lot of upsell pressure, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone we worked with was thorough but also easygoing and good to work with. No pressure to get something I didn t need or delaying tactics to try and wear me down. I recommend Lee Johnson!

Go see Calvin at Kia! Find the car you want cut a deal and he ll make the magic happen, he even filled my gas tank to full and washed the car when I came to have LoJack installed. The car is in amazing condition we love it. Real honest review from US soldier.
