I had a brake light out and Toyota said I'd need to schedule an appt for a service date. I stopped by Jiffy Lube and Brian helped me swap it out right away no problem and I was on my way. I am blown away by how nice and efficient it was. I go here anyway for oil changes and I'm so thankful for the amazing service. Thank you so much for the great experience today!

The process was very quick and easy without any appointment! I was given information on other areas that my car could be checked over that same day and which filters needed replacing, but I did choose to only do an oil change. The employees were very friendly and efficient!

Staff is fast and professional. I was advised on what services would be best for my car. I ve had great experiences at Jiffy Lube but Kirkland definitely has the best staff. Will definitely be going back for my next oil change.

I am very happy with the service I received!First, the staff is amazing, very friendly and kind and seems like they all love their job, they came up to me and took care of my questions and concerns and were flexible with helping me right away.Bryan is amazing, he is very friendly and his customer service is excellent, he took care of my needs and was able to explain every part of the process so I could understand every part of my service.I am very happy, I went to other places to get estimates and those places had grumpy staff, this place here at tottem lake made me feel welcome and secure.I will always recommend this place, they are amazing!They even wrote a happy face and a little mountains as a signature on my receipt isn t that cute?!

Bryan and Seth were so kind and wonderful at my visit today. It was a longer wait than normal, but Seth continually checked in with us throughout our wait. While waiting for our oil change, my car battery died. Bryan was right on it and was able to replace my battery, get my oil changed, and put air in my tires. They were so efficient and kind. Friendly service and affordable. Love this Jiffy Lube location.

The attendant was very attentive, I am very satisfied. She deserves a rating of 1000000 stars. I don't remember her name but she was the only woman in attendance who was very patient in using the translator because I don't speak English. thank you very much

Stopped here looking to have a fuel pump installed, but they weren't able to provide this service at this location on my Mercedes-Benz ML500. Regardless, the attendant was very helpful and personable and recommended their Kirkland location for the service I was requesting. Will definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location and all other locations I've been happy with! Thanks for the great experience.

At 3pm, I took my work truck through for an oil change. Employees were competent, friendly and informative.My only complaint is the wait time. It took me an hour to get service! I had 4 cars ahead of me (2 cars per bay). I only saw two technicians, who looked very overworked and stressed. In other Jiffy Lube locations. I've seen anywhere from 3-5 technicians on duty.Please schedule enough technicians to meet demand. I saw at least three cars get in line, only to drive away when they saw the wait time. As a field technician myself, this would be a very frustrating situation for me.

One of the best oil change experiences I ve had. Checked my tires, checked my lights, confirmed light bulb replacement cost before proceeding. The lady team working the bay rocked!

I had a great experience here. The staff, specifically Kawika, were extremely helpful in walking me through the things i need to do as a first time car owner. They provided fast service, which was super appreciated, and even helped me figure out where to take my car for the other issues I had. Thanks guys!

Absolutely worst Jiffy Lube ever I used to work here and I had a complaint, and nobody was listening to my complaint, which was absolutely important for the company growth so I went to a higher up and they basically banned me from all Jiffy Lube s and fired me and just never really gave me a chance And I always had positive feedback for Jiffy Lube but the people that run Jiffy Lube aren t worthy of running it. Which sucks because the company could be great but bad management and poor customer service. I went to a Jiffy Lube recently and these two guys were arguing and making a scene in front of customers absolutely unprofessional and I would never take my car to Jiffy Lube ever again they don t take their job serious there. Oh, and one less thing management favors people it s never equal.

Sad to say I had to pay over $300 dollars of repairs after having an oil change at this location. Had the oil changed and immediately the oil light came on, so I asked and was told to drive it 10 min so that hopefully pressure would regulate. When that didn t work I went back and was told a sensor must have gone bad. This being my work truck I could not afford taking chances and had a trusted mechanic take a look at it, he found that the oil filter gasket was missing, and by that the truck was not producing pressure and the engine was working with no oil. Finally went back to jiffy lube on 124th in Kirkland and explained everything and the manager told me that there was no guarantee because I had taken it somewhere else.

Very informative and kind mechanics. Felt like they actually cared about my car and my time.Services: Oil change; external and internal filter change; rear differential fluid replacementLong story:Went to a different Jiffy Lube location and was informed they didn t have the oil for my car.Next day, I called the Totem Lake location to see if they had it and Brian picked up. He was so kind and friendly even though he was the only one in the shop that morning as three employees called out sick. And he told me they had plenty of the necessary supplies for my oil change, to drive on over and he will take care of the rest!The visit -When I pulled up, both lanes were occupied with other cars, and I am so impressed at the rate in which Brian was able to take care of both customers in front of me and still maintaining a pleasant experience. Finally, it was my turn and thankfully a couple of other mechanics came in to help cover those that were out sick, every person I spoke to in the shop was so kind and assured me they would take great care. And they did just that!!Didn t ever think I would have an unforgettable experience at a Jiffy Lube but to say say the Totem Lake location went above and beyond would be an understatement and I will most definitely will be returning to the totem Lake location for any and every service that they offer.

Got my oil changed today and was very happy with the service and price. The service techs stood up for me when another car cut in front of me in line and pulled up to the service bay when it was my turn, I really appreciated that they did the right thing! I was probably in and out in 45 minutes including wait time behind other cars. Totally coming back for my next oil change!

This was by far THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced getting my oil changed. Bryan and Jake were both so helpful and kind! And because of a short delay they even gave me a discount! Both gentlemen were very social and knowledgeable about both my car and what oil I would need. They also didn't oversell me for anything either! Overall it was a great experience and I would totally recommend coming here!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Went in for an oil change. Was gonna have it done at the Toyota Service dept but there was a 3 to 4 hour wait. I drove across the street to Jiffy Lube, got right in, searched successfully for a $20 coupon on my iPhone and 20 minutes later, I was on the road again, mission accomplished. The technician also offered to check my cabin filter behind the glove box. I didn't know a filterexisted in there! It was filthy and he replaced it. Very much appreciated the kindness, efficiency and knowledge of the technician.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
