We brought our car in for major service. Kam helped us out and we could not have had a better experience. Our car was done faster than expected and at less cost than the estimate! Plus Kam is professional, honest, and was just such a joy to speak with. Glad to have such honest, thoughtful service in town.

I had a wonderful experience with Honda of Kirkland Service Center. They are mindful of customers' money and time, and only perform the maintenance that makes sense for your vehicle. They actively suggest not performing unnecessary services and save your money and time. Highly recommended. Prices are also reasonable.

They wanted $1000 to diagnose my 09 crv and NONE of it would go towards cost of repair. Disgusting, I left and went to Honda of Everett (Klein) who charged $185 for diagnosis and it went towards the repair cost. Honda of Everetts cost wasn't much better either and likely would have been the same for repairs - AC Rebuild was $4700 plus tax. I did pay $1650 for a new thermostat and radiator fan, I'll NEVER EVER EVER take my cars here again. I used to bring my older Honda's to these places years ago but never again I'll use my local mechanic.You should all know this place up charges the price because you're going into an area with rich people and foreigners who think they're getting a good deal. Stay away from these crooks!

This is a rant on the cost of service. I am not sure if this is decided by Honda or this service center.Always taken my 10 year old Odyssey for service here (except once) and had a reasonably good experience. As the car is getting older it needs to get more then oil changes done and the labor charges are ridiculous. Car was in shop for 2 hours. Part charges 250$. Labor charges: 500$!! I started contemplating switching from a software developer to a mechanic. Charges for replacing a driver side mirror is quoted at 600$. 2 plastic trim on the fender: 400$. How expensive is plastic?And for anyone reading thinking Honda of Bellevue may be better, they were not. They also had ridiculous charges last time I visited. A battery replace in keyfob was 10 or 15$ and total bill with general recommended maintenance (brake pad replacement and filter changes and what not) was 700$+.

Their skill to tell whether the tires need rotation or not was excellent. They finished up the maintenance menu that "requires" tire rotation (1 in maintenance code) super fast skipping tire rotation. According to them, they noticed that the tires were in good condition. I paid the full amount of the maintenance fee admiring their knowledge and professionalism.

Just realized that they charged me $180 for an oil change. When I was living in the Bay Area, which is not a cheap place to live, either, the local Honda dealership charged me only $65 for that.

Been going here for over a decade. They used to be decent; now they are the worst. They lie and charge for things not done/checked. They have an obnoxious tendency to play mind games and they love to waste as much of your time as possible. Your appointment is not a service appointment; it's a drop-off appointment. They'll get around to your vehicle in a week or when they feel like it. Workers are rude and dismissive about any concerns. Prepare to rip your hair out and be overcharged for the pleasure.Procar down the street is better. Numark in Woodinville is better. I've heard great things about Honda of Bellevue, but don't know from firsthand experience. Don't waste your time and money and find a different mechanic. The prices are way above industry standard and the work they perform is poor at best. I'm more than happy with my needs being fulfilled elsewhere.

TLDR: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!I bought my car in 2016 from Honda of Kirkland and I ve always came here for service. This place use to be great and trustworthy. However, this time I went in for a regular service and ask them too look at the brakes. They told me they would call if they fond anything.They didn t. They went ahead with the service unauthorized which cost over 400 dollars. I only found this out when I went to pick up my car and the service center was already closed and no one could speak to me.It s not even about the price but the lack of transparency. What a shame, definitely never coming back.

I have two Honda cars and have been going to this place for a several years. This time they claimed they did tire rotation and charged me for it. But I had pictures taken before the drop off as I had my doubts from previous experiences. So this time I had proof they hadn't done it and still charged me for it. Now I don't trust if they did oil change or any other fluids they were meant to change. Keep in mind the tire rotation service is free in most other places.They offered a partial refund because they were caught on a lie with proof. But I think this place has lost my trust. I had amazing experience with my service advisor Rich. Rich went above and beyond to answer all my queries, was very welcoming and professional. The service was quick , barely took an hour for bunch of things I had done . This service center makes me cry at every opportunity.I went here to replace my passenger side mirror and they gave me an estimate of $1,000. At first, I cried my eyes out since I can t afford that kind of repair (I m a college student with a part time job). Then, I decided to do it myself. The full repair took me an hour and $200.I recently made an appointment for an oil change, but I missed the appointment for personal reasons. I called to reschedule, but they claimed that they couldn t find my appointment in the first place (I got a conformation email when I booked the appointment so I know that it did exist). Then, they said that their nearest available time is in 8 days. At that point, I just told them I would book it online. Instead, I went to Honda of Bellevue (which has a way easier booking process) and booked an appointment for the next day.Just go to Honda of Bellevue if you like good service, honest pricing, and just less hassle.

I went in for an oil change and to have a brake light fixed. I told them about the light up front and they said no problem. I didn't ask about it after but they gave me my inspection report with all of the green boxes checked so I assumed it was done. Checked when I got home and it's still burned out. I also asked about the brakes which I know are getting low and he said they're fine. Later looked at the inspection and it says N/C which I assume means not checked. I understand the inspection is a courtesy but if you can't trust it what's the point? It's not close to my home so having to go back for this is frustrating.

Don t even bother with this place, take your car to a REAL mechanic.I took my girlfriends car in for an oil change and an engine diagnostic because we were hearing a weird noise. It took them about a week to get to it and when I went to pick it up, they said, and I quote because I have a recording of the conversation: we didn t figure out what s wrong with it, we heard the noise and took an educated guess. It s gonna be almost $8000 to fix, you should just scrap your car and buy a new one. They made me pay $300 for an oil change and an educated guess. $300 for them to tell me to scrap my car because it sounds like this one thing we worked on one time but we re not really sure idkIt feels like they stole from me honestly.At the time there was no way I was going to afford to pay $8000 to fix a car let alone buy a whole new one. I ve never been more stressed in my lifeThe next day I decided to take it to a place called Jay s auto care in Kirkland, they called me an hour later with the exact diagnostic and fixed it the next day for only $2800ONLY TOOK JAYS TWO DAYS TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT WHEN IT TOOK HONDA A WEEK TO GIVE ME AN EDUCATED GUESSImagine if I had took their advice and scraped my car.Imagine paying $300 for an educated guessHonda is a waste of valuable time and hard earned money.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Their service advisor named Kam was friendly and efficient. I got my vehicle checked in very quickly, and then Heide got me set up with a rental car. She was also friendly and efficient. I've always gotten good service from this dealership.

Called to get oil change as it had been a year since last one. Was told I did not need one until the sensor said I did. Researched Consumer Reports which said time based should be every 6 months. Called them back and pointed this out. They serviced my car. On good side not trying to gouge me for unneeded service - bad side was not correct a out I Torvalds for an oil change.

I purchased my certified used HRV here! I had a great experience with the purchase, and have also had great experiences with service. Just did my 50k mileage service and they were very efficient and helpful! It may be more costly to go here than a small auto shop but I trust that they ll take the best care of my Honda.

Update: The below may still be true about the engine oil but I found out that these Hondas as they age are notorious for burning engine oil. So, adding a star from 1 star to two. However they, knowing that, should probably notify owners.There is a lot I could get into here, but it will suffice to say that they short filled my engine oil, which I found out after getting my transmission, previously serviced here, replaced by a different shop.Previous Review (01/2023): I just get a bad feeling with the service dept. Idk if it s lack of eye contact or whatever but just not the same as when I went to Honda of Sumner.

Tim is great and has helped me a couple times with repairs that require a Honda dealership service center. It's easy to make an appointment online unlike with Firestone and they quickly finished work on my car in about an hour. They have a nice area and good wifi to work while waiting.

Update: Months later, after multiple communications, I still haven't got my refund. So I had Honda Corporate stepped in. After going back and forth for another few weeks, at the end I did get my refund from the dealership. Honda corporate was helpful. The dealership wasn't.-------Took the car for repair and I have extended warranty. They mischarged me the diagnosis fee. I paid anyway but then I thought I should call Honda care to verify. Found out the fee should be covered. So make sure you're not being charged for diagnosis fee if you have Honda care extended warranty. They said they will send me a refund check. I will update my review when I receive it.

Simply fantastic service! I was met by my advisor upon arrival and he checked my in promptly. As my visit was for an oil change, the work was completed in less than 1 hour. Overall the Service was fast and friendly.Highly recommended.

After a simple oil change today, I've got a toxic smell from my ventilation system. I've found the reason - spilled engine oil over the engine, hoses, collector. Now I have to waste my time to clean that mess. Next time will go to another dealership.

I always have a good experience here. The people are professional and always welcoming. They have constant shuttles, drinks, and give you a free choice of two car washes you can bring your car to!

I had my car inspected for damaged eps sub harness. This has been done by scanning with dtcs and replaced the 29.33 dollar sub harness part 53682.Whereas the labor has been added in the final bill twice, one for advise and inspection and second for replacement.The same part I am seeing for $13 to $20 varying on various sites. i enquired on Honda's official owner3 website and waiting from their side.I just analyzed the bill and found labor twice. Costly labor though. Folks do check such bill and ask about why labor added twice when the part is scanned it might have been replaced at that time itself.

Not sure about their COVID practice. They wrap stuff up (steering wheel, seat cover) so the maintenance people don't touch it, but the actual person checking you in and asking you questions just sits in your car and touches everywhere inside your car without gloves or anything. Good try though.

Great service staff. Be aware that rentals allow no pets. This clause is in the T/C along with no smoking and excessive spillage. Caught by surprise on this one with the read your terms and conditions explanation

The dealership is great. Mahad did amazing. He hot me the car I wanted with extra features I was not expecting for a great price! Definitely recommend!
