This is our second car from Honda of Kirkland. After 16 years we are still amazed by the service & help from the incredible consultants here. Parker Wilkins is amazing!! He walked us through the entire process, every single detail of our new car, took us on a test drive, answered all our questions, and was incredibly patient with our busy schedule (As we had to return several times that day to finalize everything). Never unsatisfied with the customer service here. Honda is said to be one of the most reliable car brands on the market, and it definitely lives up to its name. Thank you Parker!

Scott was incredibly knowledgeable about the Honda lineup and patiently answered all my questions about the new CR-V.There was no pressure to buy, and Scott took the time to understand my needs and preferences to help me find the perfect fit. My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a car! Isaac Velazquez was very helpful in every part of the process and explained in detail every trim, upgrade and difference between many cars. He even helped us score a favorable deal with the Costco Auto Program compared to other Honda and brand dealerships.We definitely recommend having Isaac as your car salesman if you want a great experience. And as an added bonus, he speaks Spanish, for anyone that feels more comfortable speaking Spanish, he's your guy!!!

I wasn t wanting to bounce around, I was very straight to the point told him my preferences in a vehicle and my pricing; he had me set up in no time and in my new Car. Just had an awesome experience at Honda of Kirkland. We worked with Polo Dong who was super easy to work with. We felt like he was honest and forthcoming thorough the whole process. We ve been to quite a few dealerships lately looking, and this experience was the most positive. Also appreciated working with the finance department wish I caught his name as well. Again, super friendly and easy to work with. Definitely recommend Honda of Kirkland.

Thank you to Jackie at Honda of Kirkland for the excellent service with the purchase of my new to me 2022 Passport, white with black trim which I promptly named Domino! She was patient with me making the decision to buy a car when all we were doing was "test driving" the vehicle to be sure I liked the model. She worked with me on the trade-in vehicle and was gracious about the switch of which car to trade into the dealership, so professional!Plus, kudos to Joe who went through all the paperwork (some of it twice with the vehicle trade-in switch) and did his very best to set us up with the best warranty for the car, great job, Joe! All in all, it was a smooth, friendly and enjoyable transaction, we'll be back to Honda of Kirkland for our next vehicle, thanks to Jackie and Joe!

What an amazing car dealer location! From the moment we entered we were greeted by nice staff and management. Darren from sales was excellent, patient and kind. He guided us through negotiations and made us feel heard. Always with a smile. Management included Tiger Kim who listened to our concerns and addressed them. Justin in financing finalized our purchase effortlessly. So we couldn t be more happier currently driving our new Honda pilot.Not to mention the dealership is very family friendly. The buying process was simple and clear throughout, with Zach and Justin each explaining all of the details of the deal quite well as needed without wasting too much time. I was happy to work with them to buy a new truck, thanks!The dealership utilizes a now pretty much industry standard low pressure process, working to build commitment toward a deal without totally trashing your trade or trying to confuse you. Add on warranty options are well presented during the process and if you re inclined to take them they didn t seem terribly overpriced. I would do business here again.

I had the pleasure to work with Kelvin and Barbara. I had the most amazing experience. Kelvin made sure to listen to all of my needs, and he did not waste any of my time. He gave me exactly what I needed and he was super respectful, knowledgeable and a gentleman.Barbara was fantastic as well. I told her what I need for my payments and she even worked out a better deal than what my bank of choice was giving me. Again, no time wasting at all and very patient with me and my 2 boys that were with me.These two folks are amazing at their job!

Five stars and more. Parker was a fantastic salesperson and I recommend him highly. He was great every step of the way and able to work me a deal that I was more than satisfied with. The car I wanted was not on the lot, and he was able to help locate it quickly with no added cost to me. Also high marks to Barbara in the finance room. I had done my research on everything beforehand and knew all the answers to questions I was asking but she never once tried to give me a dishonest answer. She was right down the line on everything. The charges were presented to me with no nonsense whatsoever. Having not bought a car in some time it was refreshing to know I can come here and work out a deal without trouble or hassle on my end. Recommend them to anyone.

We went to Honda of Kirkland today to look at cars. At first, our salesperson, Jacqueline, seemed nice. We identified a few cars that we wanted to test drive. We were quickly given keys and test drove 4-5 vehicles. After, we identified one that we were interested in and indicated that we would be back for it in a few days if it was still available.As we were walking out of the building, the salesperson started loudly talking poorly about us and about how we were "unbelievable" for not buying same day. Maybe at least wait for us to exit the building next time. It should be noted that they were not with us on the test drives and were able to work with customers during this time.I was legitimately interested in the car but I will definitely pass on it now. I have never seen anyone behave this way when trying to make a sale.

Update on 31-Jan: Issue has been fixed. I m satisfied with how the dealer s management addressed the customer feedback.Update on 30-Jan: the Used Car Manager reached out to me and offered to replace the windshield. I appreciate it that they value customer feedback and trust. Meanwhile, I wish that the issue had been detected and prevented during the pre-sale inspection & that the Sales Consultant had proactively offered to help or escalate internally on behalf of their customers. Will update again after the car pickup tomorrow.Original post on 28-Jan:Bought a pre-owned car (Acura MDX) this week and later found that there were about 6 cracks on the windshield with varying sizes. I admit that it was my bad not to detect the damages at purchase, but I want to point out that it was rainy/dark when I checked the car and it was not until today when I was finally able to drive the car in clear weather during daytime. Talked to the sales consultant from whom I bought the car and he refused to offer any help to let the Honda dealer fix the issue, which is super disappointing and frustrating and strongly against the trust I had in the brand/dealer. I am leaving a one-Star here and will drive back to the dealer to escalate to the management tomorrow.

We bought a new Honda CRV and traded in our old accord. Process was relatively smooth. Polo was great! We appreciate Polo being straight forward with negotiations. This is our second new car purchase from Honda of Kirkland, and we have been very satisfied both times.

Immediately walked in and had Scott waiting for us with the car already out front ready for our inspection and tour. Hospitality of all dealership employees was superb with fast and dedicated responses to questions and or needs. Process was faster than expected and easily finished ended up getting a beautiful civic ex, thank you and we will be shopping here again in the future!Kirkland Honda = best experience out of any Washington Honda dealership to date

Thrilled with our new 2024 Honda HR-V purchase. We drove 3 hours just so we could have Sid Eng as our salesman. We have always had the very best experience when we have bought from Sid. It was a great experience! My friend and I conducted test drives with the help of Isaac. After evaluating the specific car condition, we bought the car we wanted. Isaac is a very professional consultant, he is very patient and has a lot of knowledge about cars. I would avoid getting your car serviced here,Two months ago I brought my car in for a recall. Repairs ended up being needed to complete that recall, not a big deal.During those repairs they scratched up my interior and bumper pretty bad, curbed my wheel, and put a bubble in one of my tires.After two months they finally are replacing two of the tires but they lost the photos they took and the photos I sent them three times, I had to call them weekly and for the first month they had no idea what I was talking about.Now I have to go get the other tires replaced and an alignment. It would have been nice to get it all done at once but they didn't even give me that option.Update: apparently the recall was never performed or the paperwork wasn't submitted because I just got another notice.TL;DR: be prepared for inconsistent responses a lot of frustration and possible damage if you get your car serviced here.

We came back to Honda of Kirkland this past summer after buying our Odyssey 16 years ago. We were just beginning our search for a CR-V and met a great salesperson Darren S. We weren t ready to buy right then but we knew we would come back to him when it was time. A few days ago, it was time, and we met Darren who was just as pleasant as the time before. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and helped us find the car with features that were important to us. Great experience from beginning to end!

We came in knowing what we wanted & had seen a couple different used options online. When we arrived we were there for about 15 minutes before a sales person asked if we needed help, which was nice that they weren t waiting like sharks. Sid helped us, he was patient, friendly, & didn t push us into anything we didn t want to do. The dealership let us test drive the vehicle alone for as long as we wanted. They didn t try & wheel & deal us. The financial services member was quick efficient & nice. We only asked for 1 comp & they gave it to us, thank you kind sales manager! From door to door all in we were there 3 hours, pretty painless except for our checkbooks. Thank you to all of the team there.

I was dropping my car off after hours for a morning service for some tire pressure sensor issues I was having. That's when I met Rich Kim, a service advisor. Even though he was locking up for the day, he engaged me and asked me what was going on with my Civic. He spent a good 20 minutes talking me through a possible solution. He explained in detail how the TPMS worked in my vehicle. And through deflating my tires a bit and re-calibrating the TPMS system, I was able to leave straightway and the problem is gone.He really went above and beyond to not only solve my problem, but also educate me on the system in a way that I could better solve similar issues myself in the future.It made me realize why I purchased my car at Honda of Kirkland in the first place and sealed my resolve to purchase my next vehicle at Honda of Kirkland.Thank you so much to Rich, he is clearly a valuable member of the service team and a true ambassador for Honda of Kirlkand as a whole!
