This is such a great business. They have very affordable rates and one of the best customer service around. The guy who came to tow my unmovable car was super friendly and nice and he managed to get the car on the bed even though the front wheels were locked at an angle. He didn t charge anything extra for that kind of a job and it even took me a while to persuade him to take a tip. I hope I don t need towing any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Habibis.

Ali arrived right on time to help me with my stranded Celica. Nice flatbed rig with a winch and solid tie-down ratchet straps that grab the tires, not your wheels, so no scratching of your expensive rims/wheels. First company you should even call for any kind of service they offer. Happy to write a review for a HONEST, RELIABLE, and most importantly AFFORDABLE company!Just to give a little background and assure y'all I'm not a bot. My car broke down in Kirkland and they were able to tow me 4 hours south east into Oregon without charging a ridiculous amount. Friendly and professional as I broke down with my girlfriend. All I'm saying is give them a call, coming from a guy who works hard for his money

Amir was fantastic! He was very prompt, professional, and was able to arrive early to tow my beloved car that had broken down on the side of the road. After dropping it off at the repair place, he followed up with pictures. Amir will be on my speed dial going forward.

Great towing company they are also mobile mechanics. These guys were very careful with my porsche. An amazing company! I drove from Spokane to Seattle and my car decided to break down in Mercer Island. Every company I called with pushed way far out in time with towing, and no one could even fix/look at my car. But this company came out and looked at it and was able to fix it instead of just tow it completely. I was so thankful. It needed a new alternator and battery and that got fixed in time for me to drive back home safely, no issues. Amir was the mechanic and he did a wonderful job, and really knew what he was doing too. After being through a handful of horrible mechanics in the past, this was such a relief especially because it was an emergency. My car now actually runs even better than before. Wonderful experience with Habibis towing. Quickly arrived to site, was very careful and efficient throughout the whole process including hookup and driving. Very knowledgeable with car mechanics and even took a look at my car to diagnose what the issue was once he dropped it off at my house. I needed a local tow and after calling many tow companies, Habibis was the only company that quoted me a fair price. Hands down the best towing experience I've had, which is saying something because it's usually never a great situation. Prompt arrival on the scheduled time. Great service even going above and beyond to strap down a motor on a pallet along with the car. Made it into my rather difficult driveway and had everything placed exactly where I needed it quickly. Pricing was good. Don't hesitate to call.

We were at sakuracon for the weekend when our transmission unexpectedly went out on our car. We were on a tight budget and let them know our situation and they were AMAZING. Not only were they willing to just come get it and take it to the dealership for us w/o us? But they were willing to work with us on price as best they could. The guy was very understanding and calm which was a BIG help for us. 10/10 would recommend and use again if need be..... hopefully there won't be a need be again though.......

Honestly this is the first time my car got stuck in the middle of an intersection and it was midnight but I called this company and my guy amir really came in and saved me! He gave me a very reasonable price and even took me home with the car! This is the best tow company I ve ever used and they came in less than 30 minutes so that s just something extra on top of the great service! I called in to get my vehicle towed home, Amir arrived in a very timely manner and was extremely responsive to my phone calls and messages. When loading my car onto the flatbed, Amir was very gentle during the process, making sure not to damage the vehicle due to it being so low. I really appreciate everything this guy has done this guy not only towed my vehicle but then while he was dropping it off fixed one of my other vehicles to find out this guy's not only a tow truck but he is a mobile mechanic if you go anywhere else to have your vehicle toad you're missing out on this guy's unique skills at appreciate everything you guys have done
