After talking with service team they took care of my car and services. They have been expedited my appointment I am very thankful for them taking my concerns seriously! And showing me by their actions rather than just apologizing that I am a value customer.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Raridon's Alfa Romeo and Fiat of Kirkland. I went in for a simple oil change and it took an astonishing 3 hours to complete. Not only was the wait time excessive, but the service advisor also tried to upsell me with additional services that were way beyond my budget. Initially, I was quoted $169 for the oil change, but they then attempted to convince me to spend an outrageous $1200 on unnecessary services. As if that wasn't enough, they even had the audacity to charge me $105 for light bulbs.I believe it is essential for businesses to be transparent and provide fair pricing to their customers. Unfortunately, Raridon's Alfa Romeo and Fiat of Kirkland failed to meet these expectations. I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment for any automotive needs, as their service and pricing practices are far from satisfactory.

3 hours wait and almost $200 for a simple oil change???? And in that 3 hours they didn't have time to wash my car? I've always been loyal to this dealer to provide my service because in the past they were reasonably priced and efficient. Not anymore!Also, my husband gave them one more shot. He scheduled an appointment to have filters changed. They changed the oil (not needed) but not the filters.

They have earned a long time customer. Rairdon's was great. I was looking for a new weekend car and though I had never shopped with them before I received steller service from the moment I messaged them. I live about an hour away so Frank Y. sent me a video message showing me the car in detail without me even having to ask. They took their time to answer all my questions and the communication was excellent.I never felt pressured or "sold to". Financing was easy too. I enjoyed the process if you can believe it. The entire team there made me extremely comfortable and the buying experience was a pleasure. The car market right now is rough and shopping has been difficult. Most dealers I messaged didn't even respond or acted like they could care less if I shop with them or not. Like I had to earn the right to buy a car. Rairdon's was nothing like that. They went out of their way to earn my business. It was my first time shopping with them but it won't be my last.

Don t Ever Come. They are dishonest swindlers who don t keep promises and their words. Regrets on the agreement even signing all the paperwork, wasted my time.It s a joke and wasted my time. I brought my car to the store to make an appraisal. They looked through the entire car and gave me an offer. I agreed on the price they gave and we made an agreement. I signed all the documents that they told me to sign with them together and they said they will pay me the money on the next day. After a few hours we finished all the paperwork and I left the store, they called me saying that they decided not to buy my car. Wasted my time and everything.They don t keep their promises. They regret on the words they said. How can you regret on the offer you gave and we made a deal even I signed all the paperwork? When you sell or buy things, you can't act in bad faith. Can t believe they regrets on their own offer and regrets buying my car after I already signed all the papers.They can t even keep their promises and words even we signed all the paperwork and made an agreement. Don t ever come and waste your time here.

Very good experience. The salesman was friendly, professional and helpful throughout my shopping experience for 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio and Giulia Quadrifoglio.Jason Morrison our sales adviser was very friendly, helpful and genuine and professional, we felt relaxed and comfortable, we were given all the information and advice. Overall everything went smoothly so a big thank you. These guys at are well aware of the touch points when it comes to providing a quality customer experience/service. A great range of cars. There is a difference between a "WANT" and "NEED". They answered all questions that made it crystal clear for me and I got a value deal, just what I needed! Well done. I would happily use them again and recommend these guys to any prospective customer! Definitely see Jason if you are interested in one of their vehicles at Alfa Romeo Maserati and Fiat of Kirkland. Thanks ever so much!I would recommend these guys to my friends.

Nasreen is so unprofessional, it's just stunning. She took a long time during intake because she kept pausing and trying to chit chat about herself. Then when I asked her to make a copy of my intake form for my Fiat 500S, she told me people don't usually ask for that and then childishly marched to the copier with tons of attitude and gave me what I had requested. She was rude when I had any questions about my car inspection while it was with Fiat the next day being examined. Nasreen was so unprofessional that I asked to speak with her manager. She said: "No".I rated this place with 3 stars because Nasreen's manager was so helpful, professional, and clear when I asked him questions about my Fiat. And the operator I worked with kindly helped me leave a VM for Nasreen's manager when she refused to let me speak with him.

I know the repairs took longer than expected but you totally remained within your anticipated costs and to make me a very happy customer, you detailed the car and fixed my window!! I m going to tell everyone that your integrity, thoughtfulness and professionalism is above all expectations. Trust Rairdon to be exemplary!!

I've had mixed experiences with their service department. They were ok the first couple of times diagnosing an evap issue and a faulty cat. Then the latest visit happened, which left me disappointed.I took the car in with a fault code that, per OBD standards, refers to the post-cat oxygen sensor. They somehow interpreted it as referring to the pre-cat sensor. They changed the pre-cat sensor and even PCM. The check engine light came back with the same code. They doubled down and insisted it's not the post-cat sensor. I asked them to change it anyway. That fixed the problem. They never admitted being wrong and refused to file a warranty claim since "they didn't recommend the work and they're not convinced the problem is fixed". Fiat Corporate ended up reimbursing me for the work they charged within a week. You can draw your own conclusions from that.

My experience as a paying customer was decent initially but has gone completely downhill. I purchased a Rivian R1S back in April 2023. The vehicle did not come with a wristband or keycards (which all come standard). Ian (sales manager) informed me that if I purchase the Ultimate Titanium Plus warranty (which cost several thousand dollars) that these would be replaced at no cost to me. When I filed a claim with the warranty company, I was informed that only key fobs would be covered. I told the dealership and Ian about how I am out $396.80 to Rivian for replacing these keys on my own and they reassured me that I would be made whole. However, Ian and his manager, Frank, have avoided me like the plague and basically treated me like this is my own problem. Ian was either lying or he had no idea what he was talking about regarding the warranty when he sold me the vehicle. Long story short, these guys will say all the right things to make a quick sale but if you later have a genuine issue they ll act like you don t exist. What I can unequivocally say is that I will never purchase another vehicle again from Rairdon's Fiat of Kirkland.

Update: taking it to a solid 1 star. I was given one key and was told they lost the 2nd key [brand new car] well that was pretty concerning knowing there was a key to my vehicle just floating around i was told to just go buy a key from a dealer down by my house and I'd be reimbursed. Well when I went to go get that reimbursement they said I only had 90 days to do it. It took my local dealer longer than 3 months just to get the key in.... multiple emails and they have ignored them all. 400+ dollar key lost and I got to foot the bill. Thanks for the amazing customer service.Awesome buying experience. In and out in under 2 hours.

This dealer reached out to me to purchase my Rivian. The bottom line is that both the primary contact and acquisition manger showed no professionalism and ultimately screwed me over wasting both time and money. We agreed upon a price, then sent paperwork with a price 1K below the agreement. Even after deciding to move forward, at the point we were supposed to be scheduling pick up, they again refused to pay the agreed upon price. I am an honest person who made the huge mistake of trusting this dealership. Highly recommend avoiding this group of dishonest swindlers.

Just bought my second car from these guys, came back 5+ years after my first purchase. Josiah, Frank, Steve, and Francesco - they all are great. No heavy push, but good questions where I wasn t considering some things. I was impressed with their services, and how they remembered us after so much time had past, and then working with me on pricing, timing, and options. Two great experiences! Concierge-level attentiveness.

I had a great first experience with Rairdon Fiat of Kirkland. I went in with an emissions leak code and "service engine" light, and they were able to repair my vehicle within a few hours. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and I was able to relax in their lounge and get some work done while I waited. Big compliment to Christian, who was great at explaining my repair options, and answering questions. Fees were also extremely reasonable, and I was delighted to find that they vacuumed and washed my car as well! Will certainly come back :)

Christian Albano set a high bar for a perfect customer service experience at my most recent visit to the Rairdon FIAT Service Center of Kirkland. I have been coming here for many years, and this last visit surpassed them all. I came in for a scheduled oil change and was greeted with a warm smile from Christian. Christian is an incredibly down-to-earth person and was very straightforward in his approach. He offered me a complimentary car wash and vacuuming of my interior, which was a first, and I greatly appreciated it. All the little things make a difference and keep me a loyal customer.I ended up having an issue directly after leaving the service department. The first time I opened and closed my hatchback, the FIAT emblem fell off. I called and left a voicemail on the unresolved complaint line and replied to a text from the service manager about this issue over the weekend. I heard back from Christian first thing the next week, and he graciously offered to replace the emblem at no cost to me. He followed through on his word, and I couldn't be happier. I wanted to send a big thank you to the service department and Christian for all their hard work and for going the extra mile.

Giving two stars because the receptionist working the front desk at the service center is a sweet heart. If it weren t for her, I d leave 1 star. I arrived to the service center at 10:45am to get an oil change, which should only take 1 hour-1.5hours. Well my oil change was finished at 12:26pm- the timing to complete the oil change was not quick but I m not complaining about that part, I really didn t mind waiting on the oil change. After being told my oil change was complete, I paid the receptionist. She offered me the option to get my car washed and vacuumed to which I agreed. At 12:26pm, I was told there was one car ahead of mine waiting to be washed and mine would be next. At 1:25pm, I m still waiting on my car? I also realized customers who arrived to the service center after me were leaving with their cars? After realizing I was the only customer sitting in the lobby and likely the nicest and most patient customer, I politely asked for my key fob so I could leave. The receptionist let me know they had just started washing my car, I told her it s okay & that they can leave my car as is & return it to me. & thankfully they did exactly so. $157 oil change later- my dusty car was returned to me; I opted into the complimentary car wash only because I was looking forward to getting my car vacuumed. I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting on my oil change to be completed and an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes for a car wash/vacuum job that was never happening. I feel like the staff did not prioritize my car because I come across as a more patient customer. Rather than the customers who came in after me were huffing and puffing in the lobby but yet were in and out. How is that right? Had I been informed the wait was over an hour to get my car washed/vacuumed I would have declined the service and just left after paying for my oil change. I m not upset that I was not able to get my car washed or vacuumed. I m upset I wasted so much time waiting for something that really should have taken no more than 15 min.

Servicing my Fiat 500 at Rairdon s is so easy! I made an appointment online for a time that was convenient for ME! When I arrived, the agent was expecting me and processed the service order immediately. He explained the service tasks to be rendered so the final bill was not an unwelcome surprise. I LOVE Rairdon s!! Thank you for a job well done!

Absolutely love the Maserati Service Department! Christian is THE VERY BEST! Has always kept me in full detail about my car and contacts me with updates and responds quickly when I reach out as well! Christian is very professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to the Maserati brand! A loaner is ALWAYS provided as well so I am not inconvenienced as I live in puyallup! I trust my car to be handled there and I have yet to be disappointed! Techs are great as well! I am always welcomed and acknowledged the min I walk in to service and they all make you feel at home! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone! Thank you for all you do!

I always forget the gal s name at the front in service. She is amazingly kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a stressful situation having my check engine light come on and she turned that stress into a feeling of being cared for. I really could go on about my experience with everyone. Piper was reassuring. The guy at the front when I picked my car up was even great. And my car!! She runs like new. They cleaned the inside and the outside. I ve been taking her elsewhere for simple oil changes. No more!! This place rocks and I ll never take her anywhere else. Thank you so much!!!

First of all, they lost my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation that I booked on their website. I was informed by Jasmine that the internet confuses me, and she recommends that I call them in the future. (I'm a technical professional with a confirmation email)I'm asked to wait, and after 10 minutes I'm told they can fit me in but it will take 4 hours. They will provide a courtesy ride to the local book store where I'm welcome to wait. Then Jasmine tells me that the oil change fee has gone up to $219. But I have a turbo (which for some reason complicated an oil change for her). When I recoiled at the ridiculous price, she sees that she has a way to get rid of me, and starts adding on fees. "That doesn't include tax, and parts, and a $70 hazard materials fee..." Slow down, wildfire. What parts do I need for an oil change?!I know when my business isn't wanted. I'm a return customer, I will not be back, and I'm sharing this with the local Fiat owner's group for sure.$300 for an oil change / tire rotation! For Reference, Fiat of Tacoma just quoted me $70, Plus tax...

The contact person was a lovely woman who was doing all she could to make me happy. I am not happy that the service contract that I have been trying to cancel for over a year was never cancelled and I was told with my extended warranty that I would be able to always have access to a loaner if the car needed to come in. Apparently, there is now a fee for a loaner car. I have never heard of that before and it should be disclosed to buyers when purchasing a car. I bought from the dealer because I expect perks like the use of a nice loaner when my car has issues. Also, the door at Service claims they open at 7, when it is actually 7:30, SO I got there at 7 and had to wait.

Updated as of 7/26/2022, the facility was spotless, cold water on a hot day was great. This go around I had the pleasure of having Christian take care of me. He was quick to help, listened carefully to me my concerns and got my recall taken care in less then 2 hours. Christian was polite, well spoken and explained what repair took place and even had the tech complete a multipoint inspection for me. Overall a great service experience (100 fold better than my first visit) could be happier with Piper and Christian's service and care. Would definitely recommend seeing them if you are bringing your vehicle in.

Most people don't visit the same dealership two times in a year to get two different cars, but that was my ordeal. I had Aaron both times, and he did such an awesome job. Very knowledgeable of the process and the vehicles. He made me feel comfortable with my decision, worked with me through the numbers, and ultimately got me riding in style both times. I just might come back a third time for the fun of it!

Took my Afla Romeo Giulia in and spoke with Christian in the service department and he was an absolute kind and professional person. Everything I had done came with a PART AND LABOR warranty and they washed and vacuumed the car. 10/10 recommend doing business with them.

Great friendly service! It was a bit busy but still fairly quick service; I had my 30k service and a few extras. I enjoyed my walk for the day, and when I returned I was pleasantly surprised that they washed my Abarth. I had a pretty buggy road trip and they cleaned up everywhere I missed and more. Thanks guys. Also, Joe kept in contact with me to clarify my wiper replacement. Great attention to detail. When I hit the road she felt great. Definitely coming back; excellent service as always.

Took my car in for some repairs. I was super nervous because last time I was in over a year ago I did not have a good experience and found the repairs I needed overpriced. This time there was a new person I dealt with, Nasreen. She was so helpful and really helped the service techs understand my needs. She informed me of the diagnostic and repairs I needed and quoted the price which I really liked. The price of the repairs was fair and I felt well taken care of. Also, she kept me informed of the progress of my car and even stayed a little late so I could pick it up after work. A++ service. This lady needs a fat raise.Needless to say, this experience was much better than my last. I am glad to have somewhere I trust to bring my car when I need to.

The woman who took care of my service was excellent and thorough however, she was the only person doing intake present and I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to begin paperwork. After receiving multiple emails mails and texts from you asking me to arrive promptly for my appointment, I was annoyed. I also think you are overpriced for your services.

Recommended services I did not need, like a lot of them. This was a test to see if this location was worth while, they failed spectacularly. I should have read the other reviews on here. Seems the sales department is the reason for the good reviews, service department seems to be the cause of negative ones. Mysterious shop supply fee also included for inspection, I've seen this at other dealerships under $5, here they charge upwards of $20.Failure on the covid front as well. Employees without masks or masks under their noses.Edit: No thank you on your offer. Your service advisor recommended I change the brake pads which you could see had plenty of life and wanted to sell me a new air filter, which if you opened the hood would have noticed it was a reusable unit. That tells me the inspection I paid for did not include a tech doing something as simple as leaning over to look at the brake caliper or even more hilariously opening the hood. The also $800+ repair you quoted took less than 10 minutes with two tools and a $100 part. Service your vehicle elsewhere.
