Ordered from thier PNW Subaru Parts website with expedited shipping. 2 weeks later nothing but the email confirmation. Emailed support for any update with no repsonses. Called them to ask what was up. They confirmed the order but could tell me no reason why it had not shipped but could reorder and maybe have it in another week. Not impressed at all!

I ordered a part on 2/18 and I got a confirmation the order went through and was being processed. I didn t head anything else and finally on 2/28 I thought something was suspicious so I called the dealership. They told me the part was no longer available and my order had been cancelled.It s for an older car and I understand many parts are no longer available and that s fine I get that. My question is why didn t anybody take the time to call or even send an automated email notifying me that my order was cancelled? It shouldn t be up to the customer to follow up.

Eastside Subaru Parts had what I needed AND at a discount price. Their shipping rate was well below their competitors and their service was fast and friendly.Overall, it was a perfect experience for this first time customer. I'll be back!

Eastside Subaru is always a great place to go to. Great staff.... Great service. They are taking care of their customers during this pandemic by providing social distancing engagements. They have made adjustments and it is well appreciated

My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester and had a great experience at this delearship. When we first visited there was no pressure to buy just answered our questions - we were just looking at different options and that was great. We even went a 2nd time for a test drive, no pressure to buy when we told them we were testing several models. When we seected the Subaru we went back and asked for the same sells person, Nick, and he worked a very good deal for us. We were treated fairly, honestly and with great respect. Would definetly recommend them to others.

The service department at Eastside Subaru is the best! I like to book my appointment through my Subaru mobile app a few days in advance and I can be in and out of there within an hour. I never feel like they try to oversell or like they're being pushy.

Bought our 3rd car from this dealership because they are great to work with and very profit. We have owned 6 Subaru cars!!!

Should have updated the info on hours of operation. Once I got in I was told that it s closed at 4pm on Saturday after driving all the way from Seattle. The front desk was polite, but please update hours of operation.

Great service department. Very friendly. Live the fact that they show you future items with an estimate on miles till it's needed and propable coat.

Just picked my car up from having an oil change and all the spare change in my car has been stolen. I had a small cup of quarters from the laundromat that is now completely empty. Will never be going back to this service department.
