I have been going to Eastside European for about 9 years. Shane the owner is fantastic. He is fair, honest and gets the job done. He has worked on my Range Rover, Land Rover and my G-Wagon. I trust him 110%. If you re looking for a new service center.. Give Eastside European a shot. You won t regret it!

I didn't even have any work done by Shane but I just had to review and say he was a pleasure talking to!I was looking to have a pre purchase inspection (but I already own the car lol) done on my C43 and he informed me he doesn't do PPI but he could do an inspection.I informed him where I got the car and he talked me through his experience with those cars and really set my mind at ease without even selling me on anything.Just off that interaction alone I'd look to have any future work done by Shane and Eastside European!

I first visited Shane's shop after getting a quote from an Audi dealership to replace a broken coolant thermostat in my A4. Shane was able to diagnose the issue and locate an OEM part over the phone. I was able to get it fixed the week after for a super fair price! I couldn't be happier with his service. Shane is very knowledgable, cares about his customers, and performs all work with the utmost integrity.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Shane and his team. They did extensive routine maintenance and several heavy duty repairs to my 2017 Audi SQ5. Turn around on the service was incredibly quick, pricing was extremely fair, and the entire process was seamless and not stressful. It s very clear that Shane is professional, knowledgeable, and understands the automotive business. To top off the above and beyond customer service, they provided me with a loaner car for the length of the repair which was greatly appreciated. You have a customer for life and the SQ5 is running like a dream! Thank you again!!

Shane was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful, the reviews from other customers were what ultimately made me schedule with him to check an issue with my Audi's electrical system. He was able to give me some information on the issue and refer me to the right place. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness, I will come back although hopefully I won't have to!

We had a great experience having our A4 inspected here after purchasing it last week. Everyone was very knowledgable, quick and friendly. Their advice on the future maintenance schedules and what to look out for is extremely appreciated!

Shane is an outstanding person- not only did he get my car up and running, he was honest and carried the utmost integrity with his work. I just moved out to WA 6 months ago and my Benz had a major breakdown. Shane took me in that day, was transparent, and just a standup human to work with. I would give him 100 stars if I could. Thank you Shane and Eastside European for the outstanding work and customer service !

I Can believe I found this shop whit AI asking for honest, fast, knowledgeable whit Mercedes cars, they did the great job and fast (usually for a first time customer take one week or two just for an appointment, here same day job )Totally I recommend this shop.

I brought my car to Shane in a couple of times The work was absolutely phenomenal and amazing! Very rare to find somebody that communicates so well and that has old fashion values Very trustable and reliable place to bring your car. I brought my car to a different place and they diagnosed it and literally told me it s gonna cost me $10,000 more than what sheen was able to do it for. Thank you again Shane!

I have been going to Eastside European Auto service for years. Finding a place where I can trust with my car service and repairs was a true gift . Shane, the owner is one of few trustworthy guys still standing. He is honest , helpful and hands on at his workshop. A great place where you can get the best car service and repair with no second guessing if you are getting a fair deal.

Took my mini cooper, fixed on the same day. Fair prices! 100 % satisfied with Shane services. Highly recommend. I will Definitely come back for a yearly maintenance or anytime I need it.

I had a brake problem with my Audi. It vibrates when I brake, especially on high speed. I called Eastside European (refers as E&E below) to ask for help. After I explain the problem, Shane immediately acknowledge this is a brake Rotor problem and that needs to be replaced. That matches with the dealers' diagnostic findings. I then ask for the option of doing brake rotor resurfacing. Shane explains that European car are considered performance car and does not recommend doing any rotor resurface, but instead replacing rotor (this matches with what I heard from other shops/dealer). Shane then gives me a quote for getting it replaced and a reasonable turnaround time with a loan car. Among all the other shops that I called, E&E seems to hit a sweet pot with both quote and turn around time.So I sent it in, and got the car back the next day. I even got a loan car for me to drive home. It is a very smooth experience.At the time of checking out, Shane told me the finding of a rust brake rotor and explained to me to rinse the wheel after a winter trip to ski resort to avoid this to happen again. That tips is great!I am very happy with the repair and also asks him to order some missing parts for my Audi roof rack.Here are some of the good:1. E&E has a good quote compared with many other shops (I did call a few other shops to get their quote/turnaround time)2. E&E has a shortest turn-around time3. Shane is very knowledge and is willing to help give tips/suggestion.Overall, very happy with the repair experience. Highly recommend!Service: Brakes

I called these guys in a tearful mess after my dealership told me I was gonna need to spend almost $2000 to fix my squeaky brake problem in my fiat, and not only was Shane so nice on the phone and talked with me through my unintelligible crying, he took a look at my brakes and listened to what I had heard at the dealership and reassured me that my car was much too young to have the problems the dealership was telling me and that it was actually a pretty easy and inexpensive fix. I just picked up my car from them, my brakes are beautifully silent, and it took about 3 and a half hours to get it done. They are professional, compassionate, and have definitely gained a customer for life.Service: Brakes

I appreciated the honest advice that Shane gave regarding my brakes.The dealer always mentioned that my brakes may need replacement at every service interval and I assumed they needed to be replaced by now. Shane inspected them and recommended getting a little more life out of them. Thank you for the advice and I will be back for future services.

This is a place that you can definitely trust. Shane takes the time to explain things. He is very knowledgeable about European cars and knew right away what needed to be done to keep my car safe. After a terrible (and outrageously expensive) experience with the BMW dealer, this was very refreshing. I have been going there for almost a year now, my car (2007 X3) works great, feels safe and I am very thankful that I found Eastside European to keep it that way.

Having done such an excellent job with scheduled maintenance which includes replacing the brake pads and rotors for my family's BMW and Jaguar throughout last year, my husband Steve again revisited Eastside European last week for a scheduled oil and fuel filter change. Shane, Chris and the whole team have gained our unwavering trust year over year. What truly sets them apart from auto dealers and other repair shops is that Eastside European conducts a comprehensive root cause analysis while addressing a repair or service need. By doing so, the team was able to find and address a related mechanical issue that no dealer or shop could find. This is impressive. Thanks Eastside European for the great work you do!

Eastside European has been great for servicing our land rover. Prices are much more fair than what the dealer charges, and I'm confident in their work. Shane is very communicative, helpful, and friendly. Definitely my go-to for euro service at this point.

Never had a problem working with Shane. Very knowledgeable, fantastic customer service, and does everything he can to get your car serviced as soon as possible. He's always there to answer questions I have about the car, even if I didn't plan to bring it in.To show how much Shane cares about the customer experience, I once came in to pick up the car and found out the bill was $400 less than the estimate because he was able to reduce the time taken to fix the car. If that's not an honest and great business I don't know what is!

Glad I found Eastside European. Met the owner, Shane, and he was able to get my BMW quote and fixed in 24 hours. He was professional and provided follow-up Q&A. Saved me around $1500-2000 on a repair compared to the dealership quote. Highly recommend checking out Eastside European Auto Services. Would have saved myself a lot of money for repairs and car services, if I had found this place sooner.

Last week I visited for a transmission fluid and oil change. Prior to the visit, my Jaguar XE 20D transmission had a bit of a hard shift from standing to the first gear ever since I bought the vehicle new. After the fluid change, the shift issue disappeared. For several years now I have been extremely happy with the service at Eastside European. Shane is outstanding to work with. I had a great experience here. I had just bought a used Volvo and wanted the brakes checked out. The owner came out and was looking at the brakes before I had even got out of the car (I had called ahead to ask some questions). He was using a flashlight and a mirror and really taking a close look; most people that do this just take a superficial look but you could tell he was really taking care to make sure everything was in order. He correctly identified the part of the country the car came from, pointed out some interesting things about what he saw on the brakes and rotors and the wear patterns, knew everything about the composition of the brake pads and the history of Volvo's braking systems, what I should expect, and what to look out for. Extremely friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and practical. This is going to be my go-to shop for my new car.Service: Brakes

Shane was absolutely wonderful. Finally a mechanic I trust. I took my Porsche Macan in for a big maintenance interval because he was reasonably priced and well-rated. While completing the work, one of his mechanics accidentally opened my drivers side door over a metal object and it slightly damaged the bottom of my door. Shane took full ownership of the accident and already had a quote to repair the damage from a reputable repair shop - he also found out the next available opening and paid for the (again minor) damage to be repaired. Accidents happen! It s how you handle them that show your character. He handled it perfectly. I will be back!

Called in to get a quote for a timing belt on my VW 1.8t. Was priced lower compared to VW of Kirkland and was aligned with other independent shops, slightly lower price and had loaner cars available (that sealed the deal). I hadn't used this shop in a few years, past experiences had all been good and this one was no different. Shane is just an excellent guy to deal with. Very customer centric and honest. Transparent about the parts they use for the service and labor seems to be what is expected for the various jobs. They're an excellent deal for the service and quality of the work they do. I had made an appointment first thing in the AM, requesting loaner car be ready (since I had to head to work asap). I showed up, loaner car was all ready outside (very clean late model Jetta with low miles, was basically a new car) and the quote I was provided on the phone matched exactly what I was charged. Shane found a few other safety issues to address and he prioritized them from most urgent to can wait until later which made it easy for me to choose what to do now vs what could wait later on. Thanks for the overall excellent experience!You always get what you pay for, avoid the bottom dollar shops and give this honest shop your business! They know European cars like no other and will treat you with respect and honesty that is simply hard to find nowadays. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs/maintenance needed on my euro vehicles.

Just had timing belt done at Eastside European by Shane and his crew, and I love how passionate Shane the owner is when it comes to customer satisfaction. No BS guy like this is hard to come by these days, I will definitely be going back if I ever have any problem with my cars.Aside from the wonderful professionalism and a fountain of car knowledge not afraid to share, prices are lower than or at the same rate as any "random" car shops I called.

Shane and the guys at Eastside European were very thorough and performed several repairs and routine maintenance on my BMW 745Li. They performed a valve stem seal and valve gasket replacement, replaced spark plugs and camshaft timing sensor, performed transmission service and adapter seal replacement (in addition to reprogramming the transmission), replaced several hoses at no charge, and changed the oil. Shane took his time to explain everything to me and even provided a loaner car while my car was being repaired. He even showed me the old parts that were replaced upon picking my car up. My car has never shifted and responded so smoothly. I feel comfortable taking my car to the guys at Eastside European. They know their stuff.

Can't give enough kudos to Shane and his crew! I've taken my 'seasoned' BMW 330xi in a few times, and each time the service was top-notch, as described, and precise to estimates. Shane has always been kind, patient, engaging and willing to give you as much (or little) detail about the work they do for you.Their knowledge of the makes they work on (at least for the Bimmers) is unquestionable, they clearly know what they're doing and take pride in it. Prices have always been within reason, and to top things off Shane has loaners you can reserve for the day. The loaners are always tanked up and CLEAN - you really couldn't ask for more.I've never worked with a mechanic who instills such a sense of confidence and reassurance. Loyal customer for the long haul!
