Came in because my tires were losing air, KJ was very helpful, and his technicians are great, they showed me the issue and gave me a great offer, I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them. As an added bonus, the waiting area is nice and chairs are comfortable.

Best experience I've ever had at a shop. They were very transparent about the options for my PT Cruiser which has one foot in the grave. Absolutely great doing business with them. I was just traveling through WA when I found this shop and am going to seriously miss it as an option when I'm back home.

I rarely even consider writing reviews. However the quality of work, the exceptional customer service, and the price point of this auto shop deserves all the recognition I can give.They recently serviced my Toyota 4Runner. They located the source of the issue within a couple hours of drop off and completed the repair, complete with machine pressing my axle back together, all within a day. I m very pleased with the work and they have gained a new loyal customer.

I have had two different random needs and this place exceeded my expectations helping me once on the spot to finish a partial job started just around the corner. The owner or manager I can't remember his title but he was exceptional and made me feel important and special. The care and understanding to my stressful need to finish installing my white Yukon headlight bulb became a seamless process and experience. They went out of their way to help me and didn't try to over charge me and made sure I was handled like a VIP client on the spot.. as a single mom at an auto shop sometimes experiences are a bit different. I returned again when I had a blunder experience across the street at the Rose Hill Car Wash my wiper/s were damaged and I found out when I went to use them.. again, I remembered my past experience so returned here first and the same manager/owner addressed all my concerns and made a quick appointment to ease my stress and concerns to ensure my SUV was fully functional in the rain as I needed the wipers to work asap.. This is an auto place that still holds true to the their integrity and takes excellent care of their clients making you feel like family. I will continue to return here and highly recommend them. Thank you for all the help.

I got a pre-purchase inspection at this shop. The staff were very professional and friendly, and I inspired a sense of trust. They did a thorough job with the pre-purchase inspection, showing me bringing me into the back and showing me what they noticed about the car and making realistic recommendations. They helped make car buying a smooth experience and gave me peace of mind.

Great guys! I had a puncture on one of my tires and I first took it to the pep boys one block away. They told me that it couldn't be patched and tried to upsell me 4 tires. I then took it to Eastside automotive and they patched it for free. Will return.

Went in on Saturday to get my oil changed, turns out I needed more done than an oil change. KJ was very nice and helpful, he explained in great detail what was happening with my car and showed me as well. Would definitely recommend

I am little late on leaving a review (about a week!) but I HAD to. I love KJ! He came highly recommended by a friend of mine who has all of work done on his 4Runner here and I am so thankful he pointed me in the right direction. Eastside does fantastic quality work. They are honest, knowledgeable, won t sell you what you don t need like the majority of dealerships will. I will be coming back and giving them all my business starting with new shoes for my 4Runner in January!

My friend highly recommended this shop, so I went in today to replace my car breaks, and I'm so glad I did. The staff is very friendly, honest, and professional. They told me exactly how long it will take, got the job done in time, and with high quality. Excellent experience all around.

Dropped my car in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. They hadn't started working on the car at the scheduled time even after a few hours and I had to wait 45 mins while they worked on it. While the scheduling was an issue, KJ apologized and comped the entire service as he didn't want a customer to leave unhappy. Very rare to see this great customer service nowadays. Also, their rates were very reasonable. Will return!

I can t express how happy I was that I stopped by Eastside automotive shop to check about the problem my car had. From the very beginning KJ and his team were super friendly and helpful and checked right away what problem that could be. I came back couple days later and they fixed the problem which luckily was not a big issue, got my oil changed as it was time for that, thank you for Christmas present:) it was done perfectly in time and they made it very convenient for me with picking up and dropping off my car, thank you so much for that too. KJ and his team are very knowledgeable and explained to me what else also needed to be done in my car in a simple easy way. I will definitely be back to them to get all that work done and I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a good mechanic. Thank you guys so much!!!! You are awesome!

Absolutely great service. Extremely friendly staff. Superb quality of work.I used this shop for 3 times now for various reasons and cars.First time I had my Subaru slow leak on two tires. The work was extremely fast, and they even didn't charge me for the first service!Second time I had a sudden blowout of my two tires of my Mercedes, They changed all 4 tires (as required), did alignment as well, and man after that alignment the car was driving sooo smooth like it was just when I bought two years ago.Comparing to Mercedes official dealership in Bellevue, I had NEVER had dealership do or offer alignment (Eventhough I once asked if there is a need). also in dealership it would take several days to just repair the tires (due to usual long waiting list etc.). Here it took just a day for tires to arrive, and they did the labour in a few hours.And the most important part of all this is that it costed me ~1.5 as low as it would cost in a Mercedes dealership. These guys have verrrry reasonable prices. So both quality of service and price were fantastic.Third time I brought my Subaru again that needed an oil refill and some other maintenance. They did all this and even fixed an improperly closing passenger-side window for free, without me asking them about it. The window button had gotten water in it and electricity was going on and off which was causing the window not being fully closed. Would any dealership do this ? Doubt it.So to summarize I am now taking both of my cars to this service as they are sooo good in quality of the work and pricing, and I also recommend my friends to do so.I would put 6 starts if I could.

First off, AJ was very nice and accommodating when calling- stated would get me in for a brake inspection no problem and I advised I only had 1 hour, he said that s no problem to tell them when I arrive. Long story short, it was the opposite of that and had me waiting for over an hour, 2 hours to be exact - while my car sat while the mechanic was on lunch, no sense of urgency - then the other worker called me up to not even talk about the breaks but tell me about other issues that were not irrelevant to why I was there. They didn t even mention the brakes until I asked. They then took for ever to get my car out. Not very happy with this experience, all the worker did was hand me a quote and walked away. Not very happy.

My family and I were on the east side this Saturday when I noticed a slow tire leak had accelerated. We went over to Costco first, but they were handling emergency tire repairs the next day. Our second stop was Eastside Automotive. They told us it would take an hour. We walked to a local playground with our son and returned after an hour and promptly got our keys back with tire patched. We we're very glad to have our Saturday back. Thank you

I m so grateful to have landed at Eastside for all of my car stuff! I initially came in because I had a steering noise I d been desperately trying to get diagnosed and fixed for over a year without any luck. Finally, one of the techs(Harout) at Eastside was able to locate the noise and fix it. Since then I ve reached out to them for numerous other concerns and always feel taken care of. Finding a repair shop that s honest, trustworthy and does quality work feels like I hit the jackpot. KJ & Del are phenomenal and go above and beyond for their customers. Because of this I ve ended my decades long relationship with Les Schwab and had tires and brakes(+ an oil change) done at Eastside recently. I love having a one-stop shop for it all and I m happy to support a small business where I actually know the owner. They are always busy and sometimes the wait can be long(as I ve seen at least a few reviews mention as a complaint), however they are always willing to fit me in and that s a trade off I m willing to make. I m happy to wait in exchange for stellar customer service and the convenience of being able to bring my car in, even if I don t have an appointment. Keep up the great work guys! See you in <4k miles!

So grateful for Eastside Automotive and Tire! On Saturday morning, I called to see if they could diagnose an issue I was experiencing with my car. They were able to get me in 15min later for an evaluation. (A true Christmas miracle!) And then, KJ and team went above and beyond even further to make the repair happen the very same day. Wow, wow, wow!! Add in fair pricing and KJ ensuring that my car was safe to drive, and I am now a loyal customer for life!! KJ and his team s extraordinary customer service is unmatched!! Words cannot begin to convey my gratitude.

Second time seeing these guys, they rock! Both times I ve come in without an appointment, and despite their lot looking full, they were able to get me in same day. They were so fast with my oil change, offered if I wanted to stay and wait, I opted to go run errands and it was ready in 2.5 hours! Second time I came for possible slow leak/faulty TPMS. They found a nail in a tire and patched it for free! Wow! So thankful!! These guys are great!

Please don't believe the 5-star reviews; they are 100% fake! I, too, wanted to support a local mechanic and made the mistake of trusting Eastside Automotive & Tire with my vehicle and safety. I asked them to balance the tires on my vehicle. I paid $60. Out of five tire lugs, they put back three on each wheel and didn't use the correct torque. I noticed this after driving for a couple of days and going to retorque. Costco does the same job for $30, and Costco is currently the best Tire Center in the nation.

I needed services for my vehicle - a German brand imported via Canada (metric instrument cluster). I mostly knew what needs to be done, but shopped for advice and quotes. I received both from judgy dealers to European car experts. Eastside landed somewhere in between- but I took the chance based on a thumbs up from neighbors and no pressure advice from the staff. I ended up doing a bigger service than planned but loved the easy explanations, and confidence. They also did some complimentary filter changes just because they didn t want a customer to drive with a soiled filter. My vehicle runs excellent now and I will happily recommend them.

I had a check engine light that popped up on my way to work. A coworker referred me to this shop and KJ squeezed me into his schedule on the same day. KJ was incredibly understanding and responsive throughout. He told me what was wrong with my car and didn't try to push any unnecessary services. The customer service was amazing. I've already referred a family member.

Great service!! We bought new tyres online but were suffering with a flat tyre every 3 weeks.. the air leak was slow so it was difficult to identify the leak. KJ and his team did a thorough diagnosis and were able to fix our car in an hour. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you!

Eastside Automotive and Tire are the best!I drive a small red economy car and get regular oil changes there since they were $19.95! Now they are closer to $100 and it pays well to let these guys do the preventative mechanical work BEFORE any problems arise. Thanks to KJ, Reilly, Del and the other brothers who serve me well and for so many YEARS on the Eastside in Kirkland

I recently had an excellent experience with this car body shop. They not only fixed my brake problem promptly but also did so at a very reasonable price. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire process smooth. I highly recommend this shop for their top-notch service and affordability. Five stars!

Although I am not much of a writer but I felt an obligation to write about Eastside Auto & tires when I saw a negative review about them. I usually think the review should be written after I gained enough experience that make me feel confident to convey my opinion on something that I want to talk about. Therefore, it is okay for me to say something since I have known KJ (the owner) for over three years. I hope my story would be helpful for restoring their reputation back.Finding a reliable auto shop for my car can be very challenging especially when I just moved to a new town. However, to tell about KJ and other mechanics in Eastside Auto shop, it requires me to explain what happened to me previously with another auto shop next to them. One Sunday morning, in 2020, my car was hoping like a demolition concrete hammer when I saw the emission light on the dash came on. I searched for any mechanic shops near that was opened on that Sunday. Only one of Pep Boys in Kirkland was opened and I took my car there wishing that it won t cost me too much to repair. I was speechless when they explained to me a rat chewed the cable which connected to the engine inside of my car and charged me to pay almost $1300 on that day.I met the owner KJ one missable day in May of year 2022.I saw the smoke coming from my front car tire on left side. Unfortunately, I had no choice, but I had to take my car to the same auto shop where I went because it was the nearest at that moment. Guess what, it was so obvious those guys were taking advantage of my lacking knowledge of the vehicle and tried to bill me an enormous fee when they told me exactly the same like before: a rat chewed the cable that connected to my car engine again. The estimated amount of bill was over $2800 for the cable connection + $1800 for the tires. I told them to change only my car tires and I left Pep boys as soon as they changed tires of my car.Even though it was an awful day for me I still feel grateful that I stopped by Eastside Auto Shop and met KJ after I decided to check another place. KJ and those mechanics made me feel they actually care: They literally showed inside my car and explained to me what was going on and which part of my car needs to be fixed, which no one did that before. The price I paid for car repair at KJ s was only a quarter amount of what Pep Boys tried to charge me. Since then, I bring my car to KJ s whenever my car has any issues because I feel safe to trust KJ and mechanics at the shop. People at Eastside Auto Shop always ensure that all customers get the best service from them. For example, I took my car to there for oil change around Christmas and KJ surprised me with an unexpected free oil change as the Christmas present. I never seen any auto shops in my life who finds a way to deliver their appreciations toward customers by sharing Christmas spirit as KJ did. It is the best quality of people at Eastside Auto Shop that they respect all customers and they consistently try their best to serve all the customers in every way they can. They are ready to help customers who need their expertise with troubled cars and make customers smile at the end of day.It is almost impossible for the business owner to please all customers 100% satisfied all the time. I know that some people are just unhappy and unaware of that they may dump it over to others or everywhere they go when they got frustrated from someplace else. As a human being, I really try to avoid making that kind of mistake because it hurt people s feelings and discouraged them by showing no appreciation for their hard work. We are around the corner from the holiday season again. I hope we all can share the holiday spirit like KJ and mechanics at Eastside Auto Shop did with the customers. To appreciate who works honestly with their gold heart.
