I went in today for my first oil change today and everyone at Doug s was very friendly! I initially made an appointment for an oil change and the cabin filler change but they advised that I might not need to change the cabin filter given the very low mileage on my car (and the fact I myself didn t notice anything different re air quality) but still offered to inspect to make sure. I ended up not needing one since the filter was still clean and I just appreciate how knowledgeable, caring, and honest they are! I think the price was very reasonable (they provide cost breakdown) and I highly recommend this place!

We've been clients of Doug's Auto for over 20 years. They've worked on every make and model of car we've had. They squeeze us in, they check out potential new (to us) cars we're considering. Their advice is always honest, and they'll tell us when we can save money by doing something else. Father and son, the GREATEST!!

I have raced Superbikes a good part of my adult life, worked heavy equipment for 30 years and was under the car with Dad a age 5. Point being, I know a few things about working on cars and good mechanics vs. the others. These guys at Doug's are superb mechs!I couldn't recommend them more highly for all your car needs. They're honest, fair and great to work with. One more thing; we don't have to worry about the gals in our lives being taken advantage of on price or by their lack of knowledge be they Mom, Wife, or daughter. Thanks again guys, you do your profession proud!!!

Doug's Auto Tune & Repair were able to trace a problem for me that no one else even guessed at and it only took them 1.5 hours! I am grateful for their intuitiveness in trying to fix my 12 year old car! Thanks so much!!

Josh and Tony treated me like extended family from the very first interaction we ever had. They performed a complimentary computer engine light check and reset for me and sent me on my happy way. Later on, they squeezed me in when my car completely died and I needed to have it towed. 2 days later it was road ready! They always spoke very plainly and clearly to me about the work that they felt needed to be done and any possible extra charges so I wouldn't be surprised. I didn't feel like they were trying to over-sell un-necessary repairs like some other shops do. Would highly recommend to anybody!

Josh and Tony are absolutely the best, most FAIR and HONEST people you will ever deal with in the auto industry. Even though totally booked and short a few mechanics, they took time to read the codes on our Subaru and directed us to a shop that could fit us in. For folks just traveling through and encountering engine problems, this was so appreciated.

If you are not sure of the problem with your vehicle, take it here. They will work with you to get you back on the road. I spent around 1000$ fixing problems that did nothing, took it here and it was fixed for less than I wasted on my own. Thank You

Doug s is great! I was referred to them after having a series of bad experiences with other shops. They take care of you. I got a call once when they saw what they thought was my car on the side of the highway, asking if I needed help. They are reasonable and I don t feel taken advantage of as a woman (if you know, you know) highly recommend anyone to come here!Service: Oil change

I ve never felt so happy about car problems - THAT is how great of an experience this was. I called Doug s during the busy holiday season about sudden brake issues I was having, and I didn t expect to get my car looked at for at least a week or two. The team was able to get me in and out the same day. Not because they HAD the time, but because they MADE the time. On top of that, the patient kindness of the staff (specifically Josh, who I spoke to) made me feel so much peace. I know nothing about cars, and I often find myself feeling dumb when I have to take my car in somewhere, but that was not the case here. Josh took the time to explain what the issue was in a way that even I could understand, and he gave me the time and space to ask questions. He laid out my options, and was upfront on the cost of the fix as well as the time it would take to get the work done. I just can t compliment this place enough - anyone reading this should bring Doug s your business!

This is a busy shop, so it may take awhile to get in but they seem really nice, fair prices, and good work. We ve been happy bringing our cars here for a few years now. No complaints!

Always kind, courteous, and transparent! Tony took care of my Civic with great care as I have come to expect from the guys at Doug's. They performed quite a few services and I feel that overall I did not pay too much for what was done. Brought my Hyundai Kona in for the 30,000 mile inspection. The team was fast at doing the work and through at explaining the status of each category.Helps that the car got an "A" for the day, but I'm very satisfied with the service and the cost.Thank you for keeping this business honest, we will be back!

Doug s is the best car shop around. My wife and I have been taking all of our vehicles here for years. From routine maintenance to more complex issues Doug s has always done us right. They are very friendly, honest people and I trust them 100% which can be hard to come by in a car shop. They have always given us their honest opinion on the issues at hand even telling us things we can afford to wait on. Their work is always top notch, high quality work. We are lifelong customers and I recommend anyone and everyone to take your car to Doug s!

Have finally found "My Shop". Was referred here by my mom because I didn't have a shop and my first car was new and covered under the dealership warranty. I've felt very safe and comfortable leaving my vehicle with Josh and his crew. He didn't push me into buying more then I needed and gave me options on what to take care of first. I will always send my vehicles here and will recommend others to do the same. He even called a few days later to make sure I was still happy with the work, I've NEVER had a shop do that! Great place!
