Amazing job fixing my jaguar car, I can't believe the job they did, it's seems like nothing happened to my door car, and they only took one week to fixed it. We'll done job and happy to be their client.

We had our suv serviced by this shop in a very good time frame , 2 weeks versus 2 months that other shops presented us, and the quality was like having a brand new one .Thank you guys. Keep up the good work

Dorel was able to diagnose a problem that a previous mechanic could not, even though the problem was caused by the first mechanic who installed low quality aftermarket parts. Dorel s knowledge and expertise in the field is untouched compared to others and is very fair with pricing and letting you know what a project will cost. Found myself a trustworthy and reliable mechanic for my future needs!

If we could give 10 stars we would! Dorel and his crew are very friendly, professional and honest. We recently purchased a used car and found it to have more issues than expected. They squeezed us into their busy schedule and went above and beyond. We now have a car that runs like new because of their quality work and attention to detail. Anywhere they could save us money without compromising quality or safety they did. We would recommend them to everyone and will use them for all of our repair needs, even though it is a bit of a drive to get there.

We've been going to Dorel's for several years - he's honest, responsive, helpful, and down-to-earth. Tells us what's wrong, how much it will cost, and what could realistically happen if it's not addressed. Dorel and his crew are the best around. I had bought a car from some small dealership and as soon as I left the lot every other problem you could think of started happening. Dorel and his crew helped me bring it back to life and now I'm driving it through other states no problems. Dorel is very helpful with everything and helps you understand why certain problems are happening. He will even help you know how to prevent them from happening again. They're efficient and charge very reasonably. I would keep going with them if I still lived in Washington.

Highly recommended this shop, they do great work. I worked with Daniel. Great customer service, good communication throughout the 2 weeks for repairs. He repaired my front bumper from an accident. Great assistance in getting after market parts to modify my car the way I wanted. Very fair pricing. He even had the car cleaned, detailed and added fuel for me. He really went above and beyond- couldn t ask for a better experience.

Dorel truly went above and beyond for me! I came to him a few days ago because my car was making some strange noises and he spent hours diagnosing the problem (and also found two others). No other mechanic that we visited was so invested in this problem and he was extremely thorough, friendly, and efficient. He also looked at our car on the day that we brought it to him and his rates were very reasonable. I highly highly recommend Dorel's Automotive for any of your servicing needs. :)

I used Dorel's shop several times so far, each time with a great outcome. I've changed 2 windshields with him (yes, I am that lucky person who gets the chips that are not fixable and then the whole windshield cracks) and fixed 3 body work type issues on 3 different vehicles. They are a very price-conscious shop and all my cars looked as good as new.

Dorel is knowledgeable, fair and reasonably priced. He won't do unnecessary work but will let you know if he thinks something needs to be done or will soon need to be addressed. A friend recommended him and I would recommend Dorel's Automotive to anyone.

Great technical advice, great quality of work and very good prices. Dorel changed the transmission on my Honda Civic one year ago and more recently the radiator - and everything is working without a glitch. He did the work fast and gave me plenty of information to help me make decisions. I highly recommend his shop.

I ve been taking my cars to Dorel for over two years now. He goes above and beyond no matter how big or small the task. He s very fair, transparent and quick to respond. The service I received at Dorels was fantastic. Dorel went above and far beyond the call of duty when I got stuck nearby with my Toyota. He drove out to me (for no charge!), assessed the problems, and took care of everything thoroughly from start to finish. He went out of his way and truly saved my day and my car. I could not more highly recommend the quality service here. The friendliness is an added bonus.

Went there a couple of times. Dorel and his team were always professional and, overall, honest. When they could not fix something, they would not charge me, like some other mechanic charged me with 70$ for keeping my car in their shop for 2 days and doing nothing. So, I would say that's a plus. Keep up the good work guys!

Dorel is top notch! Great and fast customer service. Got my car in within one day of calling and fixed a very difficult trunk problem on my Honda that even the Honda dealership and two other mechanics couldn't fix.Honest mechanic with honest quotes. Who goes above and beyond (also did an oil change and fixed my broken break light at the last minute.)10/10

I was passing by the shop and decided to stop by as I had some issues with my car. I got precise information on what had to be done, and some valuable advice. Excellent job, very reasonable prices. And I know I can trust them!!! Not much can be added to rave reviews they have. Dorel is as good as they come. He's the most honest, down to earth, reasonable, caring auto-professional I've ever worked with. I've called him several times and many times, he helps me over the phone. Other times, I've gone in for things like getting my necklace out of a place I couldn't reach and each time I feel like I get 5-star treatment. He responds quickly, does impeccable work, and is someone who will go the extra mile without nickel and diming just because that's who he is.

Dorel provides honest, affordable, expedient, quality service. If anything ever seems awry after a service he's provided, he does everything he can to make it right. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I wouldn't hesitate to refer people to his business.

My family and I go here for everything that our cars might need from accident repair to a simple oil change. Dorel and his team are absolutely amazing and so incredibly kind. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone i know who needs a trust worthy mechanic. Thankful to have found such a great spot! Thanks Dorel!

Dorel is the man. Turned around my spark plug/ignition coil issue around in a day. He showed me the parts he replaced after the fact, which for me builds lots of trust. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back for future car service needs.

Last December, 2014, my car needed its timing belt replaced. While obtaining quotes for the repair, I contacted Dorel via texts. He was quick to respond and friendly. Before meeting him for the first time, I already had begun to like him. Dorel did a great job, and the price was fair.

I was at Deru Market next door and accidentally locked my keys in the car. I walked in and asked for help and Dorel was able to unlock my car within 5 minutes for no charge!
