4 new Yokohama YK-GTX tires installed in about 35 minutes. Walked in, no appointment on a Saturday about noon. It was really busy too. Once I made my way to the front of the line it was quicker than a ninja.I'd recommend this tire shop.

Went in with no scheduled appointment but was instantly added to the queue of vehicles awaiting service. Was told it would take about 45min to 1hr for completion. I needed 1 new tire and vehicle service only took approx. 20min considering the amount of people awaiting. The employees of course placed my spare tire back into the trunk correctly and made sure the tire pressure in all my vehicle tires was adequately full. Would definitely recommend this location over the other nearby locations!

Discount Tire Kirkland is outstanding! This morning, I visited because a nail punctured one of my tires, fearing an expensive service. To my surprise, they fixed it for free and efficiently. I'm truly impressed and grateful for their assistance. The staff is courteous, exceptionally helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop.

No complaints here. Shout out to Jeremiah. I don't expect pamper parties for a tire rotation, just a good price and quick friendly service. I appreciate the understanding that when a customer walks in and says "I want a set of tires", you make a plan to slot them in and avoid saying come back tomorrow / in a week's time. Thanks for accommodating the guy with the bolt through his tire today.

I had a terrible experience today. I waited an hour for them to rotate my tires. I gave them specific instructions on the tire rotation procedure. When I showed up, they did not do it correctly. So I had to wait another hour for them to fix it. Then I came back again they had taken a part off of the underbody of my car and just threw it in my cab, expecting me to put it back. I didn't notice until I got back home so I will have to go back again.

I really like this place for my tire needs. The staff are all very good, and the service is good. But as far as the atmosphere. It has gone way downhill. The lobby/ check in area used to have waiting chairs and a popcorn machine, and the lower waiting area used to have magazines and a clean bathroom. Now, neither exist. Just a blank room with a couple chairs.

Such a poor job!I had an appointment (08/03/22) at 9:30 AM for tire rotation and balance. They said it ll take under an hour. It took 1h20min to get it done. Just hours after they put the balance weights, they fell off (see pictures). They also forgot to put back the wheel center cap on one of my tires (see picture). They also said they ll check my air pressure. On my car, I need 35 PSI. Look at the picture to see how they took care of it. One tire had 35 PSI, two 34 and one 30.Such a poor job!

I discovered a screw in my tire and my daughter insisted I go here today. As someone who grew up in the 80s/90s women were treated like we ignorant people and would upsell us with scare tactics. So when I was told my tire was too old to work on i was so sure I was going to be told i needed 4 new tires because you cant just buy one tire you need to change them all or it will mess up with the alignment (ive been told this) so when Hassan told me i only needed one i was floored. I asked how much 4 would cost because that's what I've been told. He goes no you only need one. Then I go well shouldn't I get 2. He looked at me so confused and I was convinced I was in the twilight zone because again tire stores always said its nest to buy in 2s to avoid a messed up alignment. So for me to leave this store with only 1 tire is not what I expected. I wasn't lied to I wasn't deceived I was treated with respect and told the truth and that felt pretty good. Thank you Discount Tires you have a family of new customers.

Discount Tire and the crew in Kirkland is great! Always busy, but Alden saw to it that I was in and out quickly with my appointment for a set of replacement tires. They are challenged operating out of a very old location and tuff layout, but the team does their best to work around that and provide the great service that Discount is known for.

My wife went in there while I was at work and got taken for $700 on their most basic, generic brand tires for a passenger car. No discounts were offered. We could have gotten a really nice set for that much anywhere else. I'm a business owner, in automotive, in the area and will no longer recommend this store to any of our customers. You have lost a fair amount of business we will be sending elsewhere, because you nickel and dime charges and took advantage, in the most stereotypical way, of a woman that didn't know anything about cars.

Scheduled an appointment to drop off wheels in boxes, I d expressed I was worried about them getting scratched and to be careful. They did great, I ceramic coated them after getting tires on and they were untouched. New pilot sport 4 all seasons ride great. Thanks.

The people there are amazing. My dad was in the hospital and wasn't able to get his tires done so my mom called them to tell them that he was in the hospital and that I was going to be the one taking his car in and they were generally concerned about him more than trying to sell us tires which is amazing. I take my car there any day because they are nice people. And their service was spot-on I was in and out in like a matter of 20 minutes with great tires on his jeep highly recommend them

Didn t have high expectations, but things went pretty smooth for me. Ordered tires at the store and 2 days later went back in the morning to have them installed. Everything as promised. What made it 5 stars for me is the professional manner used by the guys working here, especially Luke, to handle a disgruntled customer (sorry excuse of a grown man) who was throwing tantrums like a petulant small child!

Ordered my tires online and scheduled an appt at the same time. I showed up on time and they had me out the door when promised. They also have a link that shows you the progress of the install. Great service!

Just bought a 2021 4Runner TRD Offroad but it came with street tires, so I wanted some all-terrain! Super-duper easy, I ordered some Falken Wildpeak AT3W's and setup an appointment for the next morning! They were professional, friendly and had my new tires on in less than an hour! Would highly recommend this Discount Tire!

These guys are amazing! James was so helpful. I came in for a walk in and there were able to take me right away. He told me his concerns with my tires and showed me many options. I didn t know much and he was still so patient and generous when helping me out. 5 stars! Definitely recommend:)

Discount Tire is great, but this location is odd. It has a tiny, very small waiting area that looks right into the bathroom. It's like waiting in a locker room. Which is annoying because it's right next to several very busy roads with a loud obnoxious interstate. Walking out of here is difficult and you'll likely find terrible sidewalks until you get to the new totem lake mall that's just surrounded by a parking lot. Go to the nearby real totem lake for some tranquility while you wait.

This is what "handshake customer service" is all about. I had to get my TPMS sensors replaced due to low battery and during the process, the tech accidentally forgot put my old, chrome valve covers back on.When I went back, store manager Jeremiah not only provided a nicer set, he also provided me with some valve stem covers to match (since the original, OEM parts are chrome).I also found out that Jeremiah and Discount Tire take care of their employees beyond the benefit one might receive as an employee, even making sure nobody goes without Christmas presents.Sure, it's a corporation, but I totally dig it. Take your business here, especially with more locations and longer hours to serve your needs (when compared to Costco).

Disappointing. Waste of time. A complete fraud. Facts:1) Go to their home page forward slash "services" and at the bottom you will see, "RIM REPAIR AND REFINISHING." There are some details about REPAIR.2) Clicking on "Learn more about rim repair and refinishing" will then take you to their home page /learn/rim-repair-refinishing, which is all about REPAIR.3) Made an appt for a REPAIR.4) Showed up and the clerk didn't know what I was talking about. The Manager said they were a wheel shop and specifically said, "We don't do repairs. We do replacement." We sell rims, not repair them.Those are the FACTS. Left-hand says one thing and the right-hand says the opposite. What a complete waste of time.

I went in to have my wheels replaced (with my wheels with winter tires on).Turns out that one of my wheels has really bad damage on it that I noticed while picking up my car. The employees didn't proactively tell me anything about the broken wheel. I asked whether there's something I should do about it, and the issue was treated casually. Now I am home and I am really worried about safety of driving on the broken wheel, and the next available appointment is in 2 weeks.The front desk employee was nice and kind.

I've used Discount Tire for many years across 2 states. Went in yesterday for a needed tire repair that was taken care of quickly and without issue. The two individuals working the front were friendly, professional and helpful and the tech was quick to make the repair. Definitely recommend this location. Thanks guys!

Based off of only one experience with them (likely to result in more after this), I have only the utmost appreciation for Alden, Kyler, & the rest of the crew I got to pleasantly interact with!They all took care of me as a walk-in and a bit of a goofy yet time-sensitive situation, but I can't thank them enough for their fantastic assistance Granted, I was also helped by getting there early in the day when they happened to not be overly busy, though I still firmly believe they went above 'n beyond with helping me today (And because I promised Alden I would mention it: I still think the multi-level/2-story setup they have at this location is quite odd given my own extensive experience with many DT locations across the country )

I've purchase two complete sets of tires from Discount tire and every transaction has been complety professional. My new and unrelated vehicle, picked up a screw and punctured the tire. I first went to Lee Jonson which was overall a terrible experience. I should have come here first. They took care of the issue quickly and am now back on the road. Thanks guys.
