Very happy experiences with Omar in Kirkland Tire Center yesterday.I asked helping. When Omar knew this was the first time for me to meet the tire pressure checking yellow sign, he gave me a complete guide. From read the instructions in my car to set up the number on the Air machine, and showed me how to let the air into the tires. He explained very clearly, worked very friendly. I was lucky not only for my car was back to normal but also for me was educated. So impressive and appreciated! 2/13/24 M

2 tire sensors out of 4 were broke during the tire installation and they refuse to be responsible. The supervisor looked into my eyes and patiently explained that it s not them but your old sensor. The solution is I pay for the fix myself which makes me feel stupid. I m pretty sure all of them were working normal yesterday.No need to diagnose whether the sensor was out. I can guess the diagnosis report. Don t worry I ll pay for the fix. I sincerely can t trust here anymore.The tire pressure I checked later today was 31, 33, 33, 39. The dude working on these tires must have a bad mood this morning.All I hope now that is the tires can last a month without flattening. I better check the tires every day since the sensors are out.

I purchased a set of winter tires for an extra set of wheels here recently. The price was great. I worked with Matt at the desk, and the buying, mounting and balancing went smoothly. After installation, I found that my TPMS would not reset. I went back down to Costco, asked the tech, Matt, if he could verify that my new sensors were programmed and turned on. It turns out they were not, and he immediately took steps to make it right. Great service, would recommend.

Yesterday, my tire went flat, and Oman was exceptionally professional, thorough, and attentive in checking the air leak condition of each tire. My experience was very positive, and I highly appreciate the quality of service provided.

An hour and a half is a crazy amount of time to change tires when you don't have a waiting area and all the appointments are scheduled. Would have been three stars but I found a nice spot to sit on the sidewalk and the weather was great today.

Good. Provided the free tire with warranty. Service was fast. Still loosing some air but the service providers are good and supportive and knowledgeable staff.

Called in to ask about available inventory for my vehicle's tires, was met with a snarky reply that there are three sizes for my vehicle after hesitantly looking up my vehicle in the system, and then placed on a very long hold. Called around 10:45am on Mar 24

This Costco tire center is horrible. Horrible staff. Horrible service. I had an appointment for a minor tire repair and they told me it would be about an hour. After an hour and a half I asked for an update and they said it would be another 10 or 15 minutes. They didn t have the car ready for nearly another hour. I waited nearly two and a half hours to get my car back. No one apologized for the wait and when I asked why it had taken so long the employee just very rudely said we are behind schedule . It would have been nice to know that earlier.

Good tire warranty. Have a tire destroyed by a brick on the road. Replaced under road hazard warranty. Only have to pay the wear portion of the tire ($35 instead of $200)

It would be a 5 star but we had called a few times prior to our appointment to ask some questions and left messages for a call back. Never received a call back. Day of appointment when we checked in they asked of we had a wheel lock. We had no idea what this was so he said you probably don't have one and didn't bother checking before hand, so we get a call a little later saying they can't do the service because we do have a wheel lock. The staff was great though because my mom panicked and reacted heavy towards the news and they told us where to go to get removed and then took us in once we returned and got the wheels changed right away. I would just suggest maybe asking about wheel locks when making appointments because I'm sure there are others who have NO idea what they are or if they have them.

Purchases tires from Costco, had a nail pop a tire, no worries, as my tire was still under warranty. After being initially told they would be able to get a new tire on my car in 1-3 business days (as a warranty replacement) I called after 5 business days to be told they had no appointments for the next 3 weeks and would just have to wait for my warranty replacement. Person on the phone had no written record of what any other techs said, whole operation is unorganized and I will not be returning in the future. I recommend discount tire in Kirkland as a helpful and cheaper alternative that will provide good service.

I pulled up to put air in my tire. When I got out of the car I realized it was completely flat. I walked in without an appointment and Tony, I believe his name was, took care of me within 45 minutes. He knew I lived in Seattle, not Kirkland, and had to be at work within the hour. He was so kind, accommodating, and understanding. The team solved the problem and got me on my way. I am far from my family and car issues give me anxiety and the team's care and understanding for the situation I was in made me feel at peace. I will come back to this tire center if needed in the future!

Placed order online for tires to be shipped to this location. Received no information that it would take 10 days to just get tracking info which then went to a non functional link. Tried calling tire center and while explaining what I was calling about I was hung up on. Called back and was routed to the customer care desk after no one would answer the phone in the tire center. Shouldn't take this long to get tires!

I would estimate that most customers have to enter the tire center a total of three times in order to buy one set of tires. Once to buy the tires and schedule an appointment, once to drop off their car, and once to pick it up. It was on my SEVENTH visit that I exited with tires on my car. I don't have the space to details each of those visits, but the fifth visit was an abysmal display of customer service in dealing with a rightfully frustrated customer. When I voiced my frustration with the service that I received and that I would be contacting corporate about my experience, the employee Lance grabbed the pen from my hand and screamed at me. It was at this point that the manager, Cliff, took over when I had already asked to speak with him. I never received an apology for the service I received or Lance's tantrum when I never raised my voice to him. In a nutshell, I was told I needed a certain set of tires, told those tires would not work, returned the tires, and then two days later told I should rebuy the tires because they would work and that they would now honor the warranty that they had previously said they wouldn't. On my fourth visit, the supervisor over the weekend (Tony) had told me to ask the manager for a discount on the installation for all the hassle and conflicting information I had been given, but I was now told that "the system won't allow that." Tony had told me that he couldn't do, but a manager could approve it, so someone is lying. Terrible service.

The absolute BEST. I will never go anywhere else Matt in Kirkland is a godsend. Not only did he go out of his way, over the phone, during a rush, to find a cancellation for me to fill, but he found a set of tires that were PERFECT that someone had cancelled sale on. I'd just had a very questionable experience with Les Schwab over a tire appointment, and they really disappointed. The contrast at Costco was night and day. Everyone was so professional and helpful, and it was very busy. I really appreciated that, those guys are the best.

Went there to have tires rotation. When I arrived, there were two people ahead of me. I waited for about half an hour before I was served. As this is a busy Costco, waiting in line is likely. In my opinion, it would make sense to have 2 separate queues - one for those who have already made appointments, the other for all other cases. This way, those who have made appointments can leave the tire center and start shopping earlier, and that would leave more room for others in the tire center.

Nice employees. TOO LONG of a wait for anything, even a question... One front desk person and no waiting area. Go to Discount Tires up the road. They pick up calls right away, they have 3 guys in the front meeting walk in customers, they match Costco coupon price AND they get you in and out fast. Plus you have a quiet seating area if you choose to wait there.

I'm SUPER happy with the service I was able to receive over the last couple of days. My tire was suddenly leaking air so fast I wasn't able to drive home, but I was able to make it to Costco Tires before running on a flat. Despite a fully booked appointment calendar Matt was willing to slip me in for an inspection. Even more impressive was Matt and the rest of the team's positive attitudes despite being obviously slammed all day.Unfortunately I needed a replacement and they didn't have my tire in stock, but they were able to get it shipped overnight so I could get it installed and back on the road the next day, once again without an appointment booked. I seriously appreciate the accomodations I was given considering the circumstances and will be sure to come back next time I have tire issues (god forbid)

The worst customer service experience ever!Yesterday I stopped by to have a flat tire fixed. They charged me 15 dollars, took the vehicle in for two hours, then called me and said the tire has more than one puncture and needs to be replaced, I said ok, go ahead.They looked at the computer and said the tires are not in stock and it ll take two weeks to have them delivered, so I asked them to order the tires, and put the spare on so I can keep using the vehicle temporarily.Manager CLIFF said I need to order the tires online, they wouldn t patch the flat tire because it might get flat again and since they are busy, they would not put on the spare tire! Period!So basically they charged me 15 dollars and wasted two hours of my time to kick me out of their shop to deal with a flat tire myself!CLIFF! You for sure don t have what it takes to manage anything and should NOT be in a manager s position!Shame on Costco to allow employees handle stressed customers this way.

I got two rear tires on my vehicle about 6 months ago and found out that I had a nail in one of them today. I took it into the Kirkland Costco Tire Center and was told that the best they could do to fix my flat, which is a pretty easy repair, it was for me to drop it off for several hours or make an appointment and come back tomorrow. Obviously, coming back tomorrow will not work because my tire will be deflated by then. And I couldn't just leave it for several hours as I have two dogs in my vehicle and no way to get home. I realize that their technicians do not make commission, but I think their customer service could be improved in this area.

Rude rude rude. I didn't see the tire filler station and none of the bays were open, so I went in the shop. No one was at the front desk. I waited a few minutes. An employee came in, didn't acknowledge I existed, went back to tell the guys working on cars something, and left without telling them they had folks waiting. I went to the shop door and stared at them until one finally deigned to wander over after several had looked up, saw me, and looked away. I said I just needed some air, so he waved toward the tire filler station (whose location was *not* obvious) and said, "One of us could help you, I guess." Worst customer service I've received in a long time.

Brandan is horrible. He told me to pull my vehicle in front of the door. When I came back, he just disappeared. I had to wait in line for another 15 minutes. Beside that, when I was asking him for the size of my vehicle tire, he answered, "that vehicle has many different tire sizes," instead of asking the year and trim.

Worst service and customer service ever! People who work there are not polite, agreeable or professional.- Had tires that were used prematurely, manager refused to honor the warranty!!!- Gave them another chance and took an appointment to rotate my new tires. Had to wait 30 minutes and drag someone myself to the front desk just to drop my keys. Told me they will be done within 1 hour. When I came back 1h30 later because I still did not hear from them, car was not done and was just seating in the garage! Had to complain again to have my car back!I love Costco but will definitely stay away from Costco tires and go to Tire Discount instead!

I am from Vancouver, Canada and just broke one of my tires on the road accidentally. This location not only help me into advising me what steps I need to take to get back on the road and safety go back home. One of the Costco's Auto Mechanic named Ben and the rest of the staff was by far went up and beyond in assistance as it was 1 hr before their closing. Once again I would like to thank them for their hard work. And keep up the good work.

Had an appointment for simple tire rotation and was told that my car should be ready within one hour.It turns out that it takes more than one hour to have them to start to work on my car and I have been waiting for almost 2 hours already!What is the point of an appointment?

It's a rubbish service, I left my wheels to put my new tires on, they told me they would have them in two hours and now they tell me they still have because I don't have an appointment, a rubbish service the first and last time I buy tires, I don't I recommend it at all, not even kidding...
