We were told our repairs would be completed two weeks ago and then come to find out our vehicle had not even been touched and we were still waiting on parts. Which is understandable, but why tell us it was going to be completed if it had not even been touched? When I called in to ask if we could get periodically get pictures of the status of repairs (because of the above) they said it s not possible since there s only two of them working. I get being understaffed 100%, but after having a somewhat poor experience you don t want to try to rectify it in a simple way? Mind you, I ve called the shop twice and the lady that is in charge of looking after our repairs has been out both times for long periods of time so the person I talk to on the phone has to try to figure out where we are, look over the detailed notes provided, and then relay the information back to us, BUT only if we call in to figure out what s going on. Your automated repair texts are telling us one date and then when we speak to someone over the phone it s a different date even if I called within 30 minutes of your automated text being sent out? This repair will take time - we understand! What we don t understand is the constant miscommunication and after reading other reviews people have left they had the same issues that we currently have. I hate leaving negative reviews and I often don t so I hope this will help us get better communication from the shop. If so, I will definitely update my review.

Classic collision just repaired my 2020 GMC Sierra Denali. They did an excellent job I'm very pleased. Roberto was my service advisor who went above and beyond keeping me fully informed of my trucks progress. He's a real asset to this business. I would highly recommend them to repair your vehicle as well.

These guys are awesome. Jameson runs a good shop. In 2020 my special order car was nearly totalled by a distracted driver. Got referred here by a relative. They made sure my car was not totalled, and got it repaired to the exact specs as set forth by FCA. Of which I am well versed in. The repair was and still is A+++ quality. You can't tell there was ever damage. And it was done right. No bondo bombing. They were very transparent from day 1 to the completion of the repair 3 months later. And I am extremely nitpicky being a car builder and show judge. They even were able to get the custom stripes duplicated as they were designed by me for that car specifically. Great work, great people, and I recommend everyone to them now. I will bring them all of my business henceforth.

Due to the recent ownership change the new management is pathetic. On arriving at the dealership 9am on the day of my appointment through Geico, I was informed that they can t look into Alfa Romeo while I had body work done on my car back in March from the same place.If you can t work on it why can t you call and tell me instead letting me know when I arrive? The lady in the office as a courtesy took pictures of the car for a Geico estimate instead and did ask me to write down my email so they can contact me. I could clearly make out it was just a formality and woukd never receive any estimate and yes it was! I haven t received any communication from any staff member of this body shop.I wish the old management or ownership is back who did an excellent work on my car early this year

We had an appt scheduled with them for mid September, but was told with the new ownership, that they could no longer take our reservation. My husband stopped by and explained our situation with Luke, who was fantastic. All we needed was a little repair to the side passenger door, and Luke spent about 5-10 minutes with us and fixed it on the spot. We were just hoping to get another appt but he was so quick and fixed our problem right then and there. Thank you Luke! Great customer service, will definitely be returning in the future if we need service.

This place is great! First time client of theirs and will be recommending them to my family and friends!! I have an Audi q7 that was recently randomly vandalized and keyed while it was parked on a downtown seattle street, so I opened up an insurance claim due to the severity of the damage and this location was on the approved list of body/collision shops through my insurance. I was very impressed with the level of service, the ownership they took of the job and they saw it to the end to ensure I was happy with the finished body work and paint that my car needed. Since my car was done, I ve had several people look at it, including folks at Audi of Lynnwood and they too was very impressed with the finish and quality that was shown on the work to my car! Highly recommend this shop. Very professional and respectful. Did the job timely and very well. I dropped my car off for some door damage. There was bumper damage as well but the insurance company wasn't covering. They fixed the door and brought the bumper to a state where the car is safe to drive at no additional cost. We were very pleasantly surprised by this. The people were amicable and very nice to my three year old. Even gave her a toy car :)Service: Painting

I had to bring my Honda Odyssey few years ago. The staff were very professional, kept me updated about the insurance processing time and started the work immediately as soon as insurance got cleared. They did a great job and returned the car on a timely manner. I recently bumped the front of the van on the curb and chose to bring here since we had a good experience. Jameson was very attentive, took care of it right away with no charge since it was a small fix. Really appreciated him taking the time to fix it so quick and he was very good in explaining everything he was doing. Would highly recommend the place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Totally disorganized system throughout this body shop.- Don t expect that they will inform you of the estimate result and work progress.-They don t even know your repair appointment was already set up.-You would get conflicted phone calls from different staffs who are not communicating each other who didn t realize you already made a partial payment for the parts.-You would have to take frequent trips to get the repair completed. Because of your phone message saying that the repair was done and please pick up your car ASAP, you would get there without delay, but the confused front desk person said you have to come back to get things reinstalled due to delayed delivery of some of parts.Service: Body & Trim

UPDATE:Today 8/18/2023, while visting the owners of Lakeside Collision Center in Kirkland, I was informed that after 76 years in business, they sold out to great national firm. There will be a new name, probably Classic Autobody. They'll be using water based paints now !!!!UPDATE:Moss Bay International, Inc. [ d/b/a Lakeside Collision Center Kirkland] continues to evidence its dedication to the best in customer service excellence!Due to their rather large billing error, a 75% overcharge (!) I filed a dispute with B of A Credit Card.The dispute was then settled immediately by Ms. Claudia!However, B of A Credit Card Services then refused to remit the payment back to Lakeside Collision Center Kirkland (even though B of A of course immediately charged it back on me).For four months, Ms. Claudia and I wasted hours of time wrangling with the liars at B of A Credit Card Services, trying to get this merchant paid.Finally, Ms. Claudia , Mr. Tim Pugmire and I decided it was necessary for me to come in and pay them (by check of course as B of A credit cards are no good anymore).SO I GET TO PAY FOR MY REPAIRS TWICE (as we know B of A will never refund MY MONEY).This autobody shop is the best.Mr. Tim Pugmire, Ms. Claudia and Jasmine my hat is off to you!I look forward to meeting you to pay this off and GET THIS OVER WITH!!A PERFECT BODY SHOP REPAIR EXPERIENCE! I had a great experience working with Jeremy. He addressed all of the issues with the body repair from getting rear ended in my brand new 2022 vehicle and also fixed a scratch that was from a different incident. Car looks great. We highly recommend Lakeside Collision Center and, especially, Jameson. Our car was damaged from a detail job, including 'burning' through the paint on the hood. After getting quotes from several places for $1,000s, upon initial visit to Lakeside, Jameson identified the problem, asked to try a solution and it worked! He was the first person willing to try something and, even if it hadn't worked, we appreciate his honest and analytical approach to solving the problem. I used Lakeside for the bodywork needed on my daughter's Prius (decent damage on the passenger side fender). I used them in the past and they did great work fixing the damages of my cars. However, it was a completely different experience this time. They were very slow to provide the estimate to my insurance company which caused a significant delay in getting the repair process going. They never returned my calls and it was a huge struggle. In addition, the front staff was very unfriendly and wasn't helpful. The day after I finally dropped off the Prius for the repair after a long delay, Lakeside called me to have me pick up the car since the repair part they ordered wasn't ready. They didn't offer any apologies. I had to wait for 2 more weeks. After the repair finally started they never gave me any update on the progress or estimated completion date. In summary, I had a very bad experience with Lakeside and will never use them. I wouldn't recommend Lakeside to anyone. There are many other shops which are much faster and better than them.

Amazing service - I had a door damaged for an older CR-V. They ordered the parts and got it fully replaced within the timeline they provided. They worked with the insurance on the estimate and secure an authorization for some additional work needed. Family run business by a father and son. Highly recommended!

Had a large door ding right on a crease in the rear passenger door of our Explorer. Lakeside did a great job explaining the repair process and completed the work on time. Their finish work was exceptional. Its a 2016 and they feathered in the new paint into the right front passenger door and the rear 1/4 panel matching it perfectly. No sign of the old damage. They washed and vacuumed my vehicle to boot. These guys are top notch!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After my car was involved in a hit and run, Lakeside took my Subaru in. Molly, the woman I spoke with the majority of the time was knowledgable with the process (with insurance) and helped put me at ease with the process by walking me through it (very patiently!). Molly was awesome in providing updates throughout the process (ie: parts were ordered, parts installed, body work is being done etc). With all the supply chain issues with parts, I was prepared to be without my car for roughly 2 months. I was genuinely shocked when my car was ready 20 days after the hit and run. When I picked my car up, someone had deep cleaned it and even polished my tires! Lakeside really took a bummer of a situation and made it as pleasant as it could have possibly been. I would highly recommend Lakeside if you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of needed this level of car repairs.

Absolutely wonderful place for body work. After my car being vandalized at work extremely early in the morning I got in touch with my insurance and they recommended Lakeside Collision. I brought it in early on a Monday morning and was told they'd have it back to me by end of week. Today is Tuesday and they called me this afternoon saying it was all fixed and ready for pick-up! The owner and son are fantastic and really care that your car is taken care of and you know what is happening while it's being worked on. Doesn't hurt that they have a rental company across the street if you need wheels. Thank you for making my used car feel new again to me after only having it for 5 months!Service: Body & Trim

I have used Lakeside many times now and they always do a great job! I have had them paint body kits for a couple of cars, color match roof panels when we remove sun-roofs on race cars, cut and buff my personal restoration project car and scan/clear codes when we have swapped seats in cars.Jameson, Russell and Barrett are all great to work with! They give estimates up front and stick to them unless additional damage/broken parts are discovered. They have great energy and are excited to do their jobs! This place is great! Family owned and the people were stellar! I loved the dog too. They were efficient and skilled and affordable as well. Enterprise is right across the street, so the whole process of checking in and then driving off in my rental happened on site in under 15 minutes! I received my car back in 1 week with no evidence of its trauma. Like I said. GreatService: Body & Trim

Great experience!! The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time and it looks great. The car was nice and clean when it was returned to me. The communication could be a bit better but overall I m very happy.

10/10! I needed auto body work done in 2 places (new bumper and side quarter panel) and their team fixed it up no problem. They are fast and have amazing customer service. When I picked up my car is looked like it did when I first bought it 3 years ago!Extra points for their office dog "Copper" the Golden Retriever being there to greet me!

I took my GMC SUV in to have my right rear and front. Quarter panels repaired. Their service was efficient and they did an excellent job They even did a extra buffing on the un damaged doors and it looked like anew vehicle. Lakeside was very professional and did a great job on my repair. All the people I spoke with were positive, professional, and seemed to really care about my issue. When I asked to have them walk me through that was done, they were very thorough and seemed happy to do it. I did not have to ask them to fix anything else, which I have had to do at other collision places. Over the last decade hey have fixed my car a hand full of times after small and large amounts of damage. They have done some great work for me on a consistent basis. They worked with my insurance well, are literally across the street from the rental car company. They gave me extra paint just in case I had a rock chip later on. They guarantee their work for life which is good. Plus they have gone out of their way to help me multiple times. I will happily continue to go there for all of my repair needs.

They were completely customer oriented. They accepted the job when 3 other body shops turned it down. Our vehicle is a mobility van with embedded electrical wiring and the part required needed to be identified in the after market area. The ordered the part and installed it perfectly. They also inspected other areas of the van and took extra time to ensure that reported noise had been eliminated. The price was reasonable and the time required to do the repair was correctly estimated and completed. I can't recommend them highly enough. They're the best!Services: Body & Trim, Welding

We have 3 new cars in our family I am still particular about new dings, scratches and dents. I've been to Lakeside for 4 different repairs in the last 2 years and received the royal treatment from Jameson and the staff each time. Unfortunately, I had a ladder fall and make a small dent in my new car. I had always gone to a body shop in Juanita, so I took the car there and got a high quote ($1000+) to fix it. Then I went to a shop in the Totem Lake area and they wouldn't quote me at all...their policy is to have an appointment to get a quote there. Scheduling appointments for a quote didn't work for me at the time, so I looked on my phone for an alternative body shop and it said Lakeside Collision was just a half mile away. So I went there and immediately felt welcome. Jameson assessed the damage, worked up a full repair quote on the spot, then gave me an option of having a dent repair specialist fix it to 95% of perfection at a fraction of the price. That option sounded great to me and I got a complete fix at a fraction of the price! Lakeside won me over on that recommendation with their honesty. My second visit was on car #2 that had the garage door go down on the bumper. Again, Jameson gave me a full repair option or a quick, cheap workaround that would fix the issue without a trace of knowing it happened. I chose that route again, and Lakeside had my car in and out in less than an hour, including testing the electronics to make sure all my sensors were working fine! Issue 3 happened shortly after that when part of my trim was damaged and had to be replaced. I knew there wouldn't be a quick fix for this one so I took it to Lakeside expecting the worst. Jameson ordered the part and scheduled me to come in for an hour long repair the following week. In less than an hour after a swap of the trim and a little buffing there was no evidence of damage. Issue 4 involved 2 of my cars when my teen driver rubbed sides of the cars as he backed out of the driveway. Damage to both cars was evident and I knew this wouldn't be a quick fix like the others. Scheduling repairs to both cars was so simple as they could do one right after the other and even though Jameson said I might want to space out the repairs to space out the cost, the actual price turned out to be very reasonable and having them done back to back was the way to go. Because of his painter's buffing wizardry, much of the damage was removed without lengthy repair or painting and the body work that was required was quick and painless. Lakeside did all they could to make a more major repair seem minor. In both cases the cars were finished ahead of promised time and my satisfaction was complete. You don't have to fear going to the body shop when there's a place like Lakeside right off the freeway to take care of all your car repair needs. Thanks Lakeside!
